Get MRI done and start back exercise with trained Physiotherapist. If you have to sit for 8 to 9 hrs do proper exercise in morning and in the evening coz medicine is not the solution.

Female 26 years with 9 months of pregnancy followed by 1 year of breastfeeding may cause Calcium and Vitamin D deficiency. Please get investigations of blood levels of these. MRI of cervical spine is also must. Immediately stop breastfeeding, if still on. Attend a experienced, trained Physiotherapist.
