This may be due to general weakness. If you feel discomfort like headache, giddiness and only if it is due to sunlight, avoid going out between 11a. M.-4p. M. If necessary do carry an umbrella. Drink plenty of fluids, fruit juices. Increase intake of fruits, cucumber, and greens. Regularly oil your head. Have protein-rich diet for breakfast. Do not skip meals.

Hello lybrate-user, some irregularities in periods are normal after getting married and it happens because of sudden hormonal changes that your body undergoes. However, just to be sure, you can undergo a urine pregnancy test at your home.

Your wife suffering frigidity. It is psychological disorder. It is also called as fear of sex. It needs psychotherapy and cognitive behaviour therapy, sex therapy. If the psychologist is lady then it is helpful to you. Generally this type of problems comes to me. I conduct psychological counselling. Marital counselling both you need. This problem will not solved with gynecologist. It needs sex psychologist. Or expert in psychological counselling. Wait for more time. It needs lot of patience. It is not her problem. She is under psychological frigidity. It is curable. It takes some time to come out of the problem. Or better to consult sexologist also he is also helpful for this problem. Maintain good relation with your wife. Do not argue with her. Maintain friendly atmosphere. One day she will cooperate to you. Age is not criteria. It is common nowadays. Share your personal feelings and problems with your wife. Allow her to share her feelings. Be sociable all the time and be happy all the time. Ok all the best.

3 FALSE BELIEFS ABOUT HAPPINESS THAT MAKE US UNHAPPY

Happiness is the greatest pursuit of life. Some people want their dream job, others want to find their soul mate, but in reality, we are all just searching for happiness and joy. Without happiness (or at least the hope of happiness), life almost becomes meaningless.

Here is the truth about happiness:

The number 1 thing preventing people from living truly happy lives comes down to their belief about what happiness actually is. When you have the wrong idea about what happiness is, you will end up spending your whole life either looking for something in the wrong place or looking for something which never even existed to begin with.

Let?s go over some common false beliefs about happiness.

Here are 3 false beliefs that sabotage the happiness of many:

1) Happiness is an emotion
The biggest false belief about happiness is that happiness is an emotion that comes in your energy field, when in reality, it is a state of being and a way of life. When you receive something you want or see someone you like, you experience the emotion of happiness in your energy field. You watch it arise, feel it flow through you, and then watch your energy field relax once it leaves. When we believe that happiness is THIS emotion, we become attached to always trying to keep that emotion alive in our energy field, which causes us stress and anxiety due to expectation and attachment.
We then beat ourselves up for not feeling ?happy? enough, which causes even more unhappiness. What if happiness is actually a skillset and a way of interacting with the world as opposed to being a phenomenal emotion? What if it is a way of life and a state of mind? When we stop looking at happiness as being the same as the experience of the emotion of happiness, we can then align our lives with a deeper pursuit of holistic fulfillment.

2) Happiness comes with external gain
We are taught from birth that happiness comes from career, wealth, looks, possessions, accomplishments, achievements, and relationships. There are many, MANY people who have everything they want in life, and deep down they are seriously unhappy.
Why is this?
Happiness is a matter of spirituality, self-realization, and a relationship with your own soul.
It?s an inside job.
Looking towards external things to fulfill your souls desire for happiness is like trying to satisfy hunger by taping bread all over your body.

3) If you are happy, you don?t experience things like sadness or depression
Another false belief is that being happy means you never experience things like sadness, depression, anxiety, stress, anger, or frustration.
We tend to think of a ?happy? life as one consisting of rainbows, butterflies, and lollipops.
But what if a happy life is a balanced, holistic life?
What if sadness, depression, and anxiety are actually necessary in the pursuit of happiness?
When we believe that living a happy life and experiencing negative emotions are incompatible, we condemn ourselves for failing to live in a blissful state all the time.
In reality, being happy involves the experience of the whole spectrum of emotions, and the transmutation of those into a higher self-understanding.
Happiness is a butterfly, which when pursued, is always just beyond your grasp, but which,
if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you.
Happiness, simply put, is about your relationship to the contents of your present moment.
It doesn?t matter what the contents are, it only matters how you react and relate to those contents in your mind and energy field.
Sleep well.
Eat well.
Communicate well.
And most importantly, take time to become still, present, and meditative.
Feed your soul with stillness, and you may just find that ?happiness? has been there buried under thoughts and mental programs all along.
If you want to experience deep, unmoving happiness, think of it this way.
Less presents,more presence.

You need to get your thyroid function tests rechecked in 6 weeks to see if it is the correct dose for you. Also you need to get a complete hormonal profile done for pco as disturbances in these can also be related for hair fall.

Hello Doctor, Around five months back I took abortion pills and due to unsuccessful process get d&c. Hello Doctor, Around five months back I took abortion pills and due to unsuccessful process get d&c. Due to negative ...
If your blood group is negative then after every abortion and delivery you have to get an injection of anti - d done. This protects future pregnancies. Blood group negative does not mean that you will not conceive, it means that there can be complications in your pregnancy related to your baby. Baby can have jaundice, heart defects etc. So from now on do not abort a baby. It adds risk to the future children. When you plan a pregnancy go to an experienced gynaecologist and know everything before conceiving. Also get husband's blood group done.

Sex Life: 8 Foods That Help to Improve it!

The benefits of consumption of the right kind of the food are more than one. They are not only required for sustenance, but if chosen right, they also provide the right kind of boost to your sex life. Some of them are:

  1. Avocados: The reputation of avocados as an aphrodisiac has been well established over the years. Packed with unsaturated fats and being extremely low in saturated fats, they are very good for the heart which in turn keeps the men away from the risk of erectile dysfunction.
  2. Almonds: Almonds have always been associated as stimulants. They are rich in nutrients and other minerals that help in boosting your sexual health and also aid in the process of reproduction.
  3. Strawberries: They not only look delicious, but are rich in folic acid, one that keeps away birth defects in women.
  4. Oysters: Oysters have been long known as aphrodisiacs; consisting of zinc that boosts the libido. Other than oysters, several sea foods like salmon and herring are also known for their ability to enhance your sex life.
  5. Arugula: This leafy green helps in arousal and also helps in maintaining your sexual health. They do that by absorbing those contaminants in the environment that adversely affect your libido.
  6. Figs: Though this fruit may look funny, they serve as excellent aphrodisiacs and boost fertility. Filled with both soluble and insoluble fiber, they are equally beneficial for the heart.
  7. Citrus: Apart from its excellent taste, this fruit is rich in with vitamin C, antioxidants and folic acid, which help in the reproductive health of men.
  8. Spinach: This green vegetable is filled with plenty of advantages, but it is also beneficial for the bedroom. It reduces exhaustion and fatigue and provides the much needed energy. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.
