I am 5'2" in height girl. I have been losing weight without any reason hence, I am just looking much shorter than my real height. Is there any way to put gain and increase height? I am 19 years old and I doing lots of exercises to gain my height. I don't want any surgery or anything but is there any supplements which will really work on me? I have been doing yoga from six months and I don't notice a single inch of my body growing though I am enjoying the other results of yoga. Still. Is there any medicine which will at least boost my height? Height gives confidence. I am pursuing Civil Engineering and I can't just wear Heels to everyplace I go. So please any suggestion? Thank you.

1. Start cardiovascular exercises like running, jogging, cycling etc. 2. Avoid carbohydrates and fats. 3. Avoid processed and junk foods. 4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful. 5. Stay hydrated. 6. Have a light dinner. 7. Evening walk is always recommended. 8. Green veggies complete your nutrient requirements. 9. Consume all types of protein both from veg and non veg sources. 10. Sleep well.

For delaying the ageing process & staying fit in old age, one needs to maintain a healthy diet & lifestyle. Here are some tips: 1. Have 3 litres water daily 2. Have a balanced diet comprising of whole grains, whole legumes (sprouts/soyabean), vegetables, fruits, low fat dairy, lean meat, egg, nuts, oilseeds 3. Have small frequent meals instead of 2-3 main meals only 4. Stay active all the time. Exercise daily for an hr. Take stairs instead of lift/ escalator. Walk/cycle instead of taking transport. Avoid sitting continuously for an hr at a stretch 5. Avoid alcohol & tobacco, junk, fried, processed, sugary foods, cold drinks. 6. Eat out less frequently. Prefer freshly prepared homemade foods. 7. Kitchen gardening/ organic foods are a better option

Hello, Switch on to organic fruits, they are better. You are true most of the fruits are given carbide or hormonal injection to get rip. The best thing you can do is wash them thoroughly with warm water before consumption. Peel off the skin of the fruit which can ne eaten without the skin, even if it is making you compromise on vital nutrients.

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) U can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) Stop eating junk & processed food. 3) Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee . 4) Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) Boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.6) Massaging whole body with vata balancing herbal oil (ksheerabala oil) is very beneficial 7) Reducing stress level, sleeping comfortably for long hours and afternoon naps are very essential to increase body mass.

I am a girl my age is 18 I want to gain more weight I am very thin I want to be fat what should I do to be fat.
Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Why should alo vera juice be placed in the freezer. Cannot we take it naturally cold. Please name the citrus fruits to be added. Does alo vera falls in vegetables or fruits. I am told that vegetables and fruits should not be mixed. Is aloe vera good for curing erectile dysfunction. If yes how should it be made and consumed.

If you are not consuming it fresh, you must refrigerate it to prevent bacterial growth. You can add any fruit of your choice.
