I have taken ipill on 28th of March and my menses were scheduled on 10th of april which is delayed for 16days as of know. I took home pregnancy test on 18th which was a week later after the missed periods. It was negative and today I again repeated the test with early morning pee. After two weeks delay. Again negative. Please advice the reason for missed periods and is the test reliable as I have tested twice after one week delay of period and repeated after another week. Please advice. Thank you!

Women who use emergency contraceptive pills have some irregularity and menstrual disturbance for a few months after taking them. Ipill is an emergency contraceptive pill and it contains a high dose of hormones which once ingested disturbs the normal hormonal pattern of the woman and this causes many menses disturbances like excess or scanty bleeding at menses, inter menses bleeding, or delayed menses. So what you are suffering is a consequence of taking ipill. If you are indulging in frequent sex, then the bestw ay to prevent such problem and prevent pregnancy is to use condoms and / or oral contraceptive pills. Which is more better than emergency pills.

Pls help me I feel very weak and energy less and my stamina is also exhausted whenever I do some physical activity like running or some other work which required stamina I get weakness and fainting like situation. Diet plan for weight gain In the present, where countless people are trying to lose their weight, there also many people who are underweight, and trying to gain some weight. While, being thin is something that, an over weighted person is dreaming about, it is not such as enjoyable feeling to be skinny for a thing person. At the same time, being too thin can also lead to many kinds of health-associated problems. Therefore, it is extremely essential to put on some weight. If, you also an underweight person and trying to gain some weight then, a healthy diet plan can help in this regard a lot. However, the fast foods and sweets can increase the weight; also accumulate fats in body, which are not healthy. Thus, it is necessary to follow a healthy diet plan that is healthy and nutritious. In order to gain weight, it is necessary to eat more than normal. The diet should be high in calories and proteins. High proteins intake is necessary for muscles weight. You should not stop or minimize the intake of carbohydrates and fats at any condition. At the same time, you must remember that all these foods are excellent sources of energy, which is essential for the body to function. Moreover, you should break your three meals into five or six sections. For instance, you can add 3 or 4 snacks with your three heavy meals. Here is a list of some high calorie foods that can help in gaining some weight. Vegetables – Vegetables are high in nutritious and should be included in every diet for all meals. You should consume all kinds of vegetables especially, starchy vegetables such as carrots, corn, potatoes, winter squash, pea and many more. Fruits – Fruits also contain many kinds of nutrition, vitamin, minerals and calories. In order to gain weight, it is necessary to comprise the high calorie fruits such as apple, pineapple, banana, pear and dried fruits as snacks between your meals. Cereals – Cereals such as nuts, granola, oat bran, wheat bran can also help in gaining weight. Therefore, you should add them in your diet. You can also add some fruits, nuts and take them by mixing with low fat milk. Beverages – You should also include some fruit juices, soft drinks, fruit smoothies, and low fat milk in your daily diet to gain weight. Moreover, drinking adequate amount of water in a day is necessary to detoxify your body properly. Consumption of drinks like tea, coffee and alcohol should also stop or minimize. Together with above foods and eatables, you should also try to have different types of soups, salads, dairy products like eggs, cheese, and butter. Eating more than normal is not enough to gain weight, it is also necessary to do some physical activities. So, you should also exercise on regular basis. It considered that, gaining weight is easier as comparing to losing. However, gaining healthy weight can be a difficult task than just gaining weight. So follow a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and put on some healthy weight.

There is enough pain in my knee from 3 months what should I do. And what what control should I make in my meal.
Gentle massage over knees with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oils daily for about 15-20 minutes and hot fomentation afterwards will greatly help in subsiding the pain. These procedures would give strength to your knee and reduce the pain and stiffness. Regular oiling the joint will improve the lubrication also. Use knee caps over the joints and avoid over exertion of the joint. This will greatly help.

Some daily diet tips start eating healthy breakfast everyday eat fruits at least once a day include green vegetables, salads in lunch as well as in diner. Eat fish a source of proteins with many vitamins & minerals avoid saturated food, spicy and oily food avoid much salt and fizz drink water, milk, fruit juice helps to keep body hydrated avoid late night food eat at least three hours to bed keep snacks away take 7-8 hrs sleep at night avoid soda drinking take fiber diet take at least 15 minutes footstep after meal.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before and with meals.

First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

Hi this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

Hello, stop eating junk and processed food. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sprouts, sattu with milk, only white egg ,peanut butter, milk and milk products. Please sleep early and wake up early in the morning go for jogging do regular exercise yoga and pranayam have a habit of taking lukewarm water +lemon juice +honey in the morning take salads and fruits more avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid rice.

Hello mam. You need to increase your caloric intakes by about 500 to 1000 calories per day. Extra 500 calories/day will help you gain up to one pound in one week. Tips to increase calorie in diet and gain weight: 1) eat three main meal (breakfast, lunch dinner). In addition eat two to three snacks a day in between meals. 2). Snacks should be of high calorie such as milk shakes, yogurt, high carbohydrate food- banana. 3). Eat more complex carbohydrates like whole-grain breads, pasta and brown rice etc. 4) never skip your breakfast and include 1 egg and fruit juice to your breakfast. 5). Eat bigger than normal portions for your regular meals. 6). Choose high-quality protein sources such as eggs, meat, fish, milk, seeds, protein supplements etc. Your body needs 0.8gm/body-weight (kg)/day of protein to build new muscle. 7). Eat starchy vegetables (potatoes, peas, cauliflower, pumpkin, sweet potatoes). 8). Consume nuts, fruits like banana, dried fruits like dates as snack between meals. 9). Eat healthy fats in moderation such as olive and canola oil, nuts, seeds, peanut butter to your diet. 10). Do not drink water before meals. 11) if it is possible, drink shakes, milk, juice, etc. Instead of tea, coffee and diet sodas. Good luck.
