Homoeopathic medicine spondyaid (bakson) drink 10 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily magnesia phos 6x (dr reckeweg) chew 4 tab every 2-3 hrly depending on pain daily drink 2 glass milk and an egg daily report after 15 days.

The thing is you are getting repetitive stain injury. You r using phone or laptop continuously more than 15-20 min. Your pain is to only over use do hot fermentation. Use laptop raiser with additional keyboard and mouse sure you feel better. It's only due to poor posture. Try to place it relive you in 3 days take care.

My left knee joint hurts often, I think when I have too much gas. Exercise makes it better. Recently I tried putting eucalyptus oil and it worked. Sometimes the pain shoots up to the butt.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1.Ruta 30 ( 4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2.Rhus Tox 30 ( 4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

I have pain on my back bone and solder how can relax on myself please give me advice.
Try the remedies they will help u:: 1.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 2.Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. 3.Increase the consumption of vitamin C in diet. 4.Take fresh Ginger into pieces, place in the cup of water and boil it for 30 minutes in low flame. Cool for 30 minutes after boiling. Consume this solution with Honey. 5.While sleeping, lie straight on your back or with bent knees supported by a pillow. 6.Taking hot and cold compresses on an alternate basis can be quite helpful in relieving pain.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Sir, three months back I have suffered from fever for two days and fever got controlled immediately. But, still I am having several joint pains in legs and hands (mainly in finger joints). Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I need to know the elaborate history from you so that I can understand cause of pain, duration of joint pains and any associated symptoms like stiffness etc. There is a workup for polyarthralgia ( multiple joint pains ) which needs to be done if history and clinical examination point to it. At this age I would like you to get some tests like cbc, esr and crp levels done. Also kindly tell whether thyroid profile and calcium, vitamin d levels have been done previously or not? do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. First do not stop work out due to pain. Do it with low intensity but regular. Take rest properly. If no progress take analgesic. Hot fermentation is good.

Pain in right hand shoulder on moving the hand. Once I move hand I feel the pain later it gets set and again when I move the hand pain starts. Slight pain in shoulder blade also.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. If it is just the first episode, it could just be related to your sleep posture and in that case you can take a gentle anti inflammatory medication which suits you, physical therapy in presence of a trained physical therapist and some activity modification. Usually this should be sufficient for relief of symptoms, if the symptoms persists beyond 7-10 days, then it will require a proper examination, investigation and management. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
