Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. Sunscreen should be both uva and uvb protective. Always use your umbrella whether it is raining or not. Use a cap or a scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Protect your eyes with a glares. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. Drink two litres of water every day.

I am taking tricyclic antidepressants tablet jolly well 50 mg for anxiety. When I take tea or breed or butter then some thing wrong happen in my head. Dizziness and some confusion start. Then I take alprazolam 0.25 for this and after 30 minute symptom 50%solved. What is this is this a anxiety or acidity in brain. Tell me please.

Tricyclic antidepressants can surely have interaction with butter and related food you mentioned. 2 options for, either get the antidepressant changed. Newer ones have come without these side effects, or avoid the foods which cause the side effects. Discuss with your psychiatrist. All the best.

Please take following medicines:- acid phos 200 / 5 drops in little water twice a day for two days only. Rub. 30 / 5 drops in little water thrice a day for two weeks. Revert back after two weeks with feedback.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

You need 7-8 hours of sleep to remain healthy. You are feeling tired because of inadequate sleep. check your hemoglobin and Bp. Take good nourishing diet and drink plenty of water. consult me for further advice

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Eat few these things for reducing fat. Apples: They are super foods that you can take three to four times a day as a substitute to carb-rich foods. Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- take gelesemium 200, twice daily. Take eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs, thrice daily. Take alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Actually i'm facing hairfall problem from last 2 years, I felt that my scalp is so week n my hair is going so thin now days, started itching problems on scalp n little pimple on head which is burning when my nail touches. The exact reason for the accelerated cell turnover that causes dandruff (and other hyper-proliferative skin disorders) is unknown; causes such as diet, hormones, and vitamin deficiencies have been explored with little result. There does not appear to be an association between oiliness of the scalp and dandruff. In Homeopathy, a huge number of wonderful medicines are present that are used to tackle hair loss cases. Every kind of hair loss (ranging from hair loss due to anemia / nutritional deficiencies, due to skin disorders, due to mental / physical trauma, due to childbirth or menopause, after acute diseases, to alopecia areata, alopecia totalis or androgenetic alopecia) can be treated with the help of well selected homeopathic medicines. Surgery for removal of wisdom tooth is nothing to be so scared about. Most commonly the procedure is done under local anaesthesia and should take about 30 to 45 minutes depending on the condition of your tooth. Following the surgery you can expect some pain and swelling which is controlled by use of antibiotics and painkillers. Usually the sutures are removed after 7 days of the surgery. In the meantime there are some food restrictions you need to follow, like eating a soft diet.

Hi. Lybrate user. There are many reasons for hair fall / whiting and graying i. E. Heredity, hormones imbalance and fungal infections (scalp infections), few medicine's side effects i. E. Cancer medicines, arthritis, heart, high, b. P, birth control pills, high intake vitamin a medicine, depression/ stress, radiations' side effects, weak immune system.
