You have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages.
6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad
7. Avoid constipation
8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day
9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10. Relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Do exercise regularly.
16. No unnecessary medicines for medicine contact on private chat.

The commonest cause for such pain is fissure. Anal fissure improves with general measures but may require surgery. Piles of an early grade also improves with general measures. The general measures I would suggest are 1. Take lot of vegetables & fruits in your diet
2. Avoid chillies & spices
3. Take lot of fluids
4. Avoid constipation
5 periodically do anal exercises (alternately contracting & relaxing the buttocks, anal area & upper thighs)
6. Take sitz bath 3-4 times a day. This means sitting in a tub of warm water & doing anal exercises

Take tab Avipattikara 1 tab thrice a day after food and tab. Gasex 2tabs twice a day and Himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times a day before food. Take all these medicines for 10-15 days continuously. Avoid hot and spicy food and consume small amount of food frequently.
1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner.
2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink.
3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages.

If he is taking balance food and on proper time or not.
If there is any alcoholic habit or not,etc
If he is able to walk - he needs to do brisk walking daily in morning for 40 minutes.
