I used to masturbate alot. But now I do it rarely. I feel that it has effected my level of erection and stamina alot. Stamina is decreased alot. I am very much worried about it. Please suggest me what can be done to improve my stamina and erection like it used to be before?

masturbation is the only reason for lack of stamina , because one drop of semen is equal to about 40 drops of blood, You should win over this nasty habit by : 1) Eating less in night, 2) Avoid non-vegetarian foods 3) Avoid intoxicants like tobacco,alcohol 4) Avoid onions and garlic which are aphrodisiacs and bind to lust and masturbation, 5) Take fruits , vegetables and drink hot cup of cow's milk every night 6) Avoid foods which are too pungent , spicy , oily , bitter because such foods cause misery and disease 7) Read nice books based on simple living high thinking and make your life successful You should be very careful and determined to stop this nasty habit as soon as possible as it can cause many problems physically , mentally , socially etc The truth is sometimes harsh but if taken positively it can ultimately lead to happiness and success, The truth is in the oldest and fully dependable authorized Vedic texts like Bhagavatam and Gita , that by masturbation one takes the risk of becoming an animal in next life, Sincerely, Dr.Sunil P.S : If you have any doubts about my reply please reply back here

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee.

Diet should be followed properly and you should take high protein diet. Consume as much water as you can. Add honey in water and have it several times in a day. Eat dressing salad before your meal. For detailed diet plan consult privately

According to your height your weight should be 56 kg.Extra weight is not good for health.So just avoid fast foods,junk foods.processed foods.Take plenty of fruits,vegetables.Use unrefined foods.Take fish,egg,meat,yogurt,lentil,tofu,mushroom,cottage cheese.Use healthy fat in cooking.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Do regular exercise like push up,sit up,plank,yoga so that you can get proper body shape.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

There are number of ways for you 1. Take medicated water like ginger water 2. Avoid water 1 hour before and after meals 3. Inc your appetite 4. Eat right food at right time.

You should have 82 kg according height.Do muscle building exercise.Eat extra food.Use bigger plate than before.Eat plenty of dense fruits,vegetables.Protein foods will help in this regard.Use healthy oil in cooking.Avoid smoking,alcohol.These leads to weight loss.Drink lots of water but not during meals.
