Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine alfalfa tonic (sbl) (1tbs) twice a day for 15 days and revert. *avoid fried and spicy food *avoid stress and anger. *take a sound sleep. *take milk twice a day *include fruits, vegetables in your diet. *take small meals.

Eggs contain a good amount of fat, calories, and protein which are popular ingredients for weight gain. Consuming egg whites everyday can give you strong muscles and essential protein and energy. For better results, eat more of the egg white than the yolk, as the former increases your cholesterol level.  Alternatively, you can also eat egg-white omelettes or scrambled egg whites daily in breakfast. Note – Do not eat raw eggs; they may cause serious health problems.

Hi lybrate-user, I hope you're doing good. You can drink beer to gain weight but remember the key to gain healthy weight is to get in calorie surplus by eating adequate amount of food. Beer contains Maltodextrin, Barley, water, hops and yeast. There's nothing wrong to drink it but excess of everything can be very dangerous. Moderation is fine. Look out for good real solid food to gain muscle mass rather than just weight. Improve your body composition by eating more protein, adequate carbs and fats. Hi. Thanks for the query. Just by going to gym you cannot gain weight. You must know that since you are young your needs for nutrition is very high because you are still growing and developing. You have to take care to see that your diet is planned right. That's very crucial. Also just because you join a gym you cannot start by pulling weights. Don't get swayed by what others are doing or it be pushed by the instructor. You need to get into it gradually after developing your strength and stamina. A wrong technique or over training will lead to injury and stunted growth. So take care of all this and you can do good.

He is suffering from weakness and complete energy loss from a month n more after diagnosed beginning of typhoid. He was admitted for 3 days before month, his typhoid got cured, but after that there is extreme weakness that he is facing. Clinical treatment is going on but he is not recovering. You should have 54 kg according to height.Do health check up if there is any health related problem.Otherwise follow these ---Eat extra amount of food than before.Do not skip meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.These leads to weight loss.Take dense fruits,vegetables.Use whole cream milk.Take extra fish,egg,meat etc.Use healthy oil in cooking.Take stress free rest for 7-8 hours at night.Use supplement in this regard.For more details and quick result consult me privately on lybrate.

You can taje protein shake regularly to increase your muscle mass. But only protein supplement will not help you to gain muscle mass. Along with that you have to take a balanced diet chart according to your age, height and body weight. Diet and exercise both are important for weight gain. Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

You should take Cal. Phos 12 x thrice a day four tablets at a time for two days first. After that start Alfa tonic thrice a day for one month. ( this is Homeo Tonic).

Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

You take vomytab syrup 1 to2 spoon 20 minuties before lunch end dinner still vomat stop. Deva vati (tablet) 1 in morning after lunch end 1 after dinner for 10 days. Take 3 to 4 litter water daily tablet mfg. By sri sri ayurveda company syrup charck company.
