Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily Dear regarding irregular periods get FSH, LH, T3, T4, TSH and Serum Prolactin test done,. And visit a gynaecologist clinically.

there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

Exercise – Do at least one exercise twice or once every day, its help to boost your metabolism. 1)walking – 30 -40 min/day 2)Aerobics – 30-40 min /day 3)Cycling – 30-40 min / day 4)Meditation – 30 min /day 5)Skipping – 30-40 min/day 6)Swimming – 30-40 min/day 7)Jogging -30-40 min/day 8)Playing out door games – like football, basketball, tennis, badminton etc. Eat health food , avoid junk food , drink plenty of water , sound sleep .

Hi Congrats, choosing best way to reduce weight reduction like walking. Then follow diet control Add following medicine Garcini 2 morning and 2 night Navaga guggulu 2 morning and 2 night. Cap Diucap 1 per day Sure you will get good result don't stop your walking and excise.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Lunch ? Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (Indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk.
