Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples & dark spots : • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily . • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. * Apply one teaspoon Besan with 1/2 teaspoon of curd , make its paste to add water also and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

I want to start with treatment of depression and anxiety but I have my exams in 2 weeks. Is it ok to start it now as I am worried as this sudden change might create some problem but I want to start it soon bcz I have great trouble in sleeping I couldnt sleep in last 2 days even after having a tiring day and body. I sleep for 3 4 or max 5 hours which is affecting my whole life cycle as I fall asleep by morning 5 or 6 due to which I am notable to attend my classes nd study schedules as well. To push back, set daily goals for yourself. "Start very small,” "Make your goal something that you can succeed at, like doing the dishes every other day. Regular exercise seems to encourage the brain to rewire itself in positive ways. How much exercise do you need? You don’t need to run marathons to get a benefit. Staying involved and having daily responsibilities can work as a natural depression treatment. They ground you and give you a sense of accomplishment. If you're not up to full-time school or work, that’s fine. Think about part-time. If that seems like too much, consider volunteer work. 7. Challenge negative thoughts. In your fight against depression, a lot of the work is mental -- changing how you think. When you're depressed, you leap to the worst possible conclusions. You might feel like no one likes you, but is there real evidence for that? You might feel like the most worthless person on the planet, but is that really likely? Try to have fun. If you’re depressed, make time for things you enjoy. What if nothing seems fun anymore? "That's just a symptom of depression, You have to keep trying anyway. As strange as it might sound, you have to work at having fun. Plan things you used to enjoy, even if they feel like a chore. Keep going to the movies. Keep going out with friends for dinner. When you're depressed, you can lose the knack for enjoying life, you have to relearn how to do it. In time, fun things really will feel fun again.

Stop gurkha khaini first. Visit near by dental clinic and get diagnosed. Your condition may be submucous fibrosis.

I presume your baby is on partial breast feed and almost 6-7 months old. This is age when most of mothers feel that child is demanding feeds earlier than before or may not gain weight as before. Then you. Should increase the interval between two feeds and start with very thin soup/porridges, to be given two three times a day at least 2-3after breast feed. Food cooked at home and made from your diet. Just add milk/curd in each feed.

My brother had scalings on his lips. For the past 5 years. Since it was minimal, we used to apply moisturizers and vaseline. But since last 2 months, it has become quite severe. We have tried vaseline, aloe vera, various antiinflamatory creams, and also b complex, vit a & c suppliments. But in vain. Please advice.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Hi, Vit D deficiency does not have any effect on the menstrual cycle; it affects the bone density. Give her D3 Must 60K chewable tablet one tablet once in a week for 12 weeks, followed by once in a month for another 3-6 months. Exposure to sunlight for 15-20 mins before 9 AM or after 4 PM is advisable.

Symptoms and Treatment of Gingivitis

Often regarded as less painful and much milder than more serious diseases like periodontal disease, Gingivitis involves the inflammation, redness, irritation and swelling of your gums. People who suffer from Gingivitis are normally unaware of it because of its mild nature, but it might turn out to be serious in some cases and can lead to periodontitis and tooth loss. 

Signs and symptoms
Since Gingivitis is seldom harmful, people who suffer from it are, in most cases, hardly aware of having it. Nevertheless, here are a few signs and symptoms which may indicate that you have Gingivitis:
1. Tender, puffy gums
2. Gums easily bleed whenever you brush or floss your teeth
3. Swollen gums
4. Change in color from a healthy pink to a dusky red
5. Receding gums
6. Bad breath

Causes
Gingivitis is most commonly caused by bad oral hygiene and maintenance. Bad oral hygiene usually supports the formation of plaque and tartar. Because plaque forms and re-forms quickly, it requires daily removal. If you don't give your teeth the attention it needs, plaque can further result in the formation of tartar, which is a heavier and denser substance than plaque and acts as a protective barrier for bacteria. It is even more difficult to remove it and you may require dental cleaning.

Treatment
The main aim of treatment is to reverse the symptoms of Gingivitis and to prevent further development of the disease into more serious dental issues and diseases.

1. Initial evaluation and assessment
