To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 30 mins to one hour play/walk / exercise. Its difficult to draft a diet chart here which is tailored to meet your requirements. I am suffering from Familia Multiple Lipomatosis, the condition is degraded over the last five years, as it not only increased in sizes but also in numbers, now I have the cyst of this type, across my upper body area, with most located in my arms and waist areas, recently I noticed one located at the middle of my chest, though I treated with homoeopathy medicines, it is not coming to much help. If I press the big ones, it pains, and sometimes it pains all of a sudden. Please suggest me how should I get this treated, I am actually tired of this problem.

Lipomatosis is a systemic disease of altered fat metabolism. The only remedy I have found effective is purified extract of Bauhinia variegate in strength of 10 is to 1. You can take this medicine along with antioxidants and if there is a Lipoma which pains then you can go for ultrasonic Lipo lysis.

Tips to remove blacheads at home - Scrub your face once in two days with a good scrub. St. Ives scrub or body shop scrubs are good. Apply a good face pack. The face pack of gram flour, yogurt and turmeric. Daily wash your face with AHA glow, use tea tree toner after that. Apply sunscreen daily.

Get your bp, eye sight checked, get x ray of pns do following 1. Take plenty of water and liquids 2. Go for morning walk for 30 mts 3. Do deep breathing exercise for 10 mts 4. Do meditation for 10 mts do for 15 days you will feel better good luck.

masturbation in unmarried is very healthy way of sexual outlet. frequncy should be not more than once a week. it will not affect ur body wt.does not cause wrinkles.

Hiii. Take fatty foods. Take ,ghee, butter,milk, paneer more. Take honey mixed with milk in empty stomach in morning. Try weight gaining milk shakes.
