Hello focus on diet and exercise. Eat more of the right kind of foods. Eat more good quality protein. Add low fat dairy to your diet. Cut down carb intake. Avoid sugary foods. Eat lot of veggies and fruits. Include high fibre foods in your diet. Don't starve yourself. Do not skip your meals. Have breakfast everyday. Keep an eye on portion size. Have small portions. Drink plenty of water.

Please first go for anti tpo test. If negative it may be due to iodine deficiency. If positive you have to take life long eltroxin. Use iodised unripe salt in vegetables and on salad. Any quiry ask on line.

Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration, irritability, fatigue & digestion problem. So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night. Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Go for an evening walk. Exercising at any time is good for you. But evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips.

Hello, lybrate user, obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. * go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Dear lybrate-user your work stress is also one of the reason for your headache and your irregular food habits. And coukd be junk food, and your age is only 23 years I do not want to say any difficulty things to you. You have to go for regular walking. As brisk walk, which make you active all the day and drink at least 3-4 liters of water eigther it should be chilled or normal room temperature. Have healthy food and a fruit a day and every 3 hrs please have something do all the things what I said above from the say 1 still its not better I will prescribe sone homoeopathic medicines.

Probably the most publicized side effect of heavy co2 resurfacing is hypopigmentation. This occurred more frequently years ago when co2 lasers first came out. The lasers back then were slower and hotter making all types of side effects more common. Today, co2 lasers are faster, better controlled through computer scanners and are very safe. With more aggressive treatments, however, there are small chances of delayed healing, or theoretically hypopigmentation. More common issues to be considered are prolonged redness lasting anywhere from weeks to months. In patients with more natural pigment, there is also the risk of increased or hyperpigmentation after treatment. Avoiding sun exposure and the use of bleaching creams can help decrease this risk. Something else to consider, today there are now fractionated co2 lasers. These lasers, such as the total fx by lumenis, are delivered in a pixelated manner using a computer scanner. The laser still penetrates deeply and creates some nice skin tightening, but is not as aggressive as the fully ablative co2 laser. Healing is shortened and the safety profile is better. For many patients, this is a better option and definitely something to look into.

Hi there could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. We should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. Lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea. Suggested supplements microfruit and cytofresh tablets daily after breakfast lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.
