Do learn and practise facial and neck and eye movement from neuro physiotherapist do take balanced diet and hyderated avoid stress anxiety and anticipating the things best wishes.

Hello sir. Scars these days have got many ways of treatment. Varies from person to person, depending upon the skin type, scar maturity, length, position and width. The treatment might vary from few lightening creams, compression, silicon treatment, superficial dermabrasion, dermarolling, fat grafting to the scar revision surgeries. I am 23, I daily walk around 3 to 4 kilometers. My weight is around 55 kg, and height is 5ft 8 inch. Is it a healthy weight, I want to gain a bit weight in a healthy way. I don't have much fat on my body which is a good thing I guess, but my face is not full, means it looks weak, so I guess I need some fat or mass on my face without being a fatty person. What should I so, what diet should I follow? Any advice? I would be obliged to you. than in advance!

Do warm saline gargle twice or thrice daily. Have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice regularly which is very rich in vitaminc thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection including viral infection go for regular morning walk followed by free hand exercises. It will be ok.

I have 2 daughters n cause of 2 deliveries I have figureless body I want to reduce my tummy n my Virginia and increase my breast size. I have started morning walk from 3months for 30mins daily but no effect at all Please help me with home remedies as don't want to take medicine.

You cannot revert back to your previous self before deliveries, your daughters need your time. Do exercises like cycling as it is good for reducing the tummy & lower abdominal muscles including the lower reproductive tract but no jogging or running, it makes tissues lag downwards. Do yoga, lift weights -it helps tone up arms and make breasts firm. Eat a high protein diet like toned milks, eggs lots of fresh fruits and greens. Drink a glass of warm water with fresh lemon juice with a spoon of honey everyday on empty stomach. Target should be around 3-4 kgs per month, more weight loss rapidly will make you weak and unfit for routine work.

Once you start exercising, the fat in the face starts shedding off. Facial fat is the first thing you lose once you start exercising. You can also try massages on face to help accelerate the process.

Hello 1. Drink more water in a day. 2. Add garlic in your diet which is help for heart care. Usually fat people have a chance of getting cvd. 3. Search about omega-3 fatty acid, how will you get in your diet and how much beneficial for you. 4. Try to avoid more oily food. Let me know if I can suggest you the best omega-3 and garlic supplement.

If you are underweight and really want to gain couple of kilograms to the current weight, specialists recommend trying some of these suggestions. Find the one that is suitable for your needs and use it every day. It is advisable to consult your doctor before the start of any new dietary regime. • Banana milk shake • Banana 3 times a day • Muskmelon, 3 times a day • Mango with a cup of milk, or mango milkshake • Raisins, 30g daily • Dried figs, 2 times a day • Bran (100-150g) with fruits, ideally papaya • Fruit diet with milk • Cup of hot milk with some honey • Cup of milk, boiled with some almonds, anjeer and date palm • Mixture of white muesli powder, Indian ginseng powder and pomegranate seed powder put in a glass of milk or water and drink for a month • Eat more fatty foods (bitter, flour, rice honey, raisins, figs, dates, etc.) By adopting the above changes in your diet you can gain 4-5 Kg in 2 months

As I'm unable to sleep at night and feeling heavy tired and also my face looks thin I want my cheeks chubby.
Weakness is a result of lack of physical or muscle strength. If you are feeling that extra effort is required to move your arms, legs, or other muscles, it could also be a result of any disease, illness and too much activity at one time and not taking the food to match the amount of physical effort you are doing. Sometimes low levels of minerals (electrolytes), such as potassium or sodium also result in body weakness. Other important reason could be the problems with your thyroid gland. Because your thyroid gland is responsible for regulating the way the body uses energy. A low thyroid level can cause fatigue, weakness, laziness, weight gain etc. And a high thyroid level can cause fatigue, weight loss, muscle weakness etc. Sometime because of stress you may feel disinterest in your routine works. Since the reasons for your weakness are not known, I shall advise the following - 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days. 7. To get chubby cheeks, you have to put on weight. Eat lots of dry fruits, nuts and seeds to get glowing and full cheeks.
