If you hav all your tests done and everything is negative. Then the two commonest reason should not be overlooked. Mouth ulcers can also be due to gastro disturbance. Please take care of your food intake. As you have mentioned, you have kidney stones now, I guess your food intake is not healthy. Change your food habit and inculcate lot of vitamin b complex in food. Sometimes dangerous diseases are given so importance that the minor reasons are missed. Take care.

Sir I am 34 year old male my weight 80 kg. My kidney size rt 9.8*5.3 and lt is 9.5*5.4 are normal or have some problem.
Median renal lengths were 11.2 cm on the left side and 10.9 cm on the right side. Median renal volumes were 146 cm3 in the left kidney and 134 cm3 in the right kidney. Renal size decreased with age, almost entirely because of parenchymal reduction. Each kidney is about 5 inches (about 13 centimeters) long and about 3 inches (about 8 centimeters) wide — about the size of a computer mouse. To locate your kidneys, put your hands on your hips, then slide your hands up until you can feel your ribs.Your kidney sounds to be normal

You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. Dear lybrate user, a kidney stone is mainly formed due to the accumulation of the minerals present in urine. Such accumulation occurs mainly due to low intake of fluids. Continuous low fluid intake results in the deposits of the minerals over the stone & eventually leads to an increase in the size of the stone. Formation of stone leads to pain along the kidney region. If the size of the kidney stone is below 3 mm then it is possible to get rid of it without any surgery. Take homoeopathic mother tincture berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for 15 days. The stone will be expelled through urine in between the span of 15 days of medication. But if the size of the stone is more than 3 mm then you should surely go for surgery.

Kidney stones are formed due to various reasons. But above the so called reasons like dehydration, dietary factors, gout etc all the persons who are exposed to such conditions are not getting kidney stones and it proves it is due to the tendency of ones genetic make up which causes a proneness to get kidney stones and it has to be treated with homoeopathic medicine to get a permanent cure. Moreover before that the site of the stone and the type of the stone with its size etc has to be assessed with usg kub to make the treatment scientific and effective.

Get a urine routine and microscopic examination, urine culture if you are suffering from recurrent uti, serum calcium, urine ph and bicarbonate estimation to exclude distal renal tubular acidosis, serum uric acid estimation. Have plenty of water. And 9 mm stone is unlikely to go away with meds. You myt need surgical management.
