losing protein in urine as 321 mg per 24 hrs and getting back pain ,weakness, please suggest the medicine.
If you are losing 321 mg protein per day, you need to get evaluated by a nephrologist. Evaluation will lead to the cause of protein leak. Back pain and weakness may or may not be related.

Passing protein in urine is called proteinuria is not a specific disease. So its treatment depends on identifying and managing its underlying cause.
