Mr. Lybrate-user, if your blood sugar control is very good, plus you are on oral ani- diabetes drugs, then you can test once a month. It is always good to keep a track at that interval. Hba1c% should be done once in 4 to 6 months, which will give a clear idea of long term control.

Dear lybrate-user. CONSTIPATION is not a simple problem as is considered by most of the population. People take it very lightly and pass their life with it while doing self medications (with the help of tv & news paper advertisements). The general public never get the information (by any means) that constipation might be one of the initial symptoms of some LIVER & DIGESTIVE DISORDERS. If it is not treated in its initial stage, it might lead to some serious disorders like jaundice, bleeding piles, fistula, nutritional disorders etc. By the way, as a home remedy, please follow it - No packed food /drinks, take home made food, plenty of fibrous edibles, take plenty of fresh water as soon as you get up early in the morning (empty stomach) (Above suggestions are based on the feedback of thousands of patients under our treatment /both online and offline)

Focus on eating lots of leafy green vegetables, berries and clean protein. Increase consumption of wild fish, grass fed meat and cage-free chickens. Healthy fats are essential to good skin health and treating acne breakouts at home, so include foods rich in omega-3s like wild-caught salmol. Add zinc rich foods such as kefir, yogurt, lamb, pumpkin seeds and chicken. Eat more high fibre foods since fiber found in vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds supports cleansing the colon and growth of good bacteria in the gut. Add vitamin A   to your diet, including spinach, carrots and beef liver. Foods to avoid for acne-free skin include  hydrogenated oils, gluten, wheat, sugar and conventional cow’s milk dairy products. Sugar and carbohydrate rich foods – Consuming excess amounts of sugar and grain products can feed yeast and candida in the body increasing acne. Gluten and wheat – These foods cause inflammation of the gut which affects the skin. Chocolate – Is high in compounds that can trigger acne.  Eliminate chocolate completely if possible but if you consume it then make sure it’s pure dark chocolate. Fried and fast foods – These foods contain a number of ingredients that cause inflammation including hydrogenated oils, sodium, chemicals, flavorings and sugar. Hydrogenated oils – Causes oily skin and are one of the main causes of acne.  Hydrogenated oils can be found in foods like pizza and in packaged foods that contain soybean oil, corn oil, canola oil, and vegetable oil. Contact online for treatment plan.

I feel you are not married as you are only 18 years. So you may be doing sex with commercial sex workers and it is fraught with dangers of STD and esp HIV . YOu should do sex daily with only your wife
