Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1.Ruta 30 ( 4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2.Rhus Tox 30 ( 4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert.

I have severe chronic pain in right back side of the head since 5 yrs. I have removed xray, doctor told me that you don't have spondylitis. Can't make out the reason for pain please help. (Sometime I have also pain in the neck.)

Go for an evening walk. Exercising at any time is good for you. But evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips.

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

At first, required Digital X-Ray of Cervical Spine- AP View /Lateral View. Then you will take TENS stimulation for three weeks and Gabapin (ME) one tab after dinner for two weeks.

Hi apply cold fomentation for 20 minutes thrice a day for 5 days. Learn spine mobility and strengthening exercise from physio. Do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.
