I am 46 years woman with scoliosis for the past 15 yrs. Recently getting pain on the left side lower back pain. Sitting two long brings in more pain. Feels as if bone is shaking while walking. Wear back belt occasionally. Pls suggest why the pain has increased and whether I should c a doctor immediately. Or can you suggest some exercise or medicines. Tks.

See scoliosis that too 15 years old is a chronic condition and you need to exercise very regularly for this. As this may result in more curvature of spine if you ignore. Just stretch the concave side n strengthen the convex side. If you hv pain get Physiotherapy done for some sittings than follow exercises. Or you can contact us for further consultation.

Tk a soft pillow for back support and break between work. Do stretching exercise of spine and legs. Sit straight and avoid toward bending. Do hot fermentation and rest must.

Probably they are vague complaints and therr are no particular diagnosis.. The teeth complaint may be because of lack of vitamin c...and other weaknesses... The shoulder pain also can be because of cervical spondylosis or may only be just because of wrong sleep posture... can only decide after proper detailed case...

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them. I had fracture at my elbow. I am not able to do heavy workout or work because of that. What should I do to once again work as before.

Hi before starting any workout, you need to start physiotherapy sessions to regain strength and normal rom of elbow joint.

Whenever I play badminton next day I get knee pain. Specially while climbing and getting down stairs. After 4 or 5 days pain go down. But my other friends also play badminton with me they don't get any knee pain next day.

Ok his muscle endurance is gud then u. Do heat fermentation twice a day and quadriceps exercise in gradually process. After sm time both of you equal. X-ray must of knee to see there any problem.

Dear lybrateuser, - Give rest to the affected part do minimum movements - apply pain relief gel three times a day - do warm water fomentation twice a day - take pain relief tablet twice a day after meals - if not much relief then get an x- ray done to rule out any injury.
