Hi hot water formantation 3 time in a day is gud for u.then use some oil like voline and do some streanthening exersices .use softfootwear also.

I am 19 yrs old. Sometime pain in my one leg. When pain in right leg but no pain in left leg and vice versa. How is it?

You are very young and most of these non specific type of leg pains, fatigue and tiredness are due to deficiency of calcium and vitamin d in body, especially if there is no back pain and radiating pain in legs. 1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment 2. Learn exercises for knee 3. Don't sit on floor. 4. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 5. Wear knee cap. 6. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching Towel Hamstring Stretch Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it.. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated Hamstring Stretch While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds Repeat 3 times for each leg.

I think I have piles. It bleeds with stool and make me soo week soon after, I am computer engineer so I have to spend 8 to 10 hours, sitting in front of computer and it start panning after 2 or 3 hours of sitting. And it feels so irritated as I can not help my self.

Hello Prince Piles may or may not cause :- #pain or discomfort around the anus #pink small pads of skin protruding from the anus sometimes they may appear purple/blue #bleeding from the anus Try the below self care measures:--- Eat lot of high fibre foods - beans, whole grain breads, cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables.will help you soften your stool. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Several lifestyle changes may be required. Most back pain gets better with a few weeks of home treatment and careful attention. Over-the-counter pain relievers as prescribed by me may be all that you need to improve your pain. A short period of bed rest is ok, but more than a couple of days actually does more harm than good. Do reply back for medication prescriptions.
