1. Whole-grain bread. Research shows that people who follow a weight-loss program incorporating whole-grain breads, cereals, and other foods lose more body fat from the abdominal area than those who eat only refined-grain foods, like white bread and rice. 2. Low-fat milk and yogurt. Scientists have found that the more calcium in fat cells, the more fat those cells will burn. In one study, two groups of overweight mice were put on a restricted-calorie diet, but one also got calcium supplements. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result youll feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat.

A bowl of granola can make your breakfast delicious. It provides 500 calories, since it has enough nuts, oats, sugar and healthy fats which are sufficient for increasing body weight. To make it tastier, add some fruits, thick yogurt and drizzle it with honey.

Fat-rich diet: intake of animal fat content should not exceed recommended levels because of the increased risk of cholesterol in blood. Instead, one can opt for unsaturated plant fats that are healthy and very helpful for weight gain.

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% fat, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /8-10 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Avoid smoking, consumptionof tobacco and Alcohol.

Proteins shakes are beneficial or not for the body health?
No food works in isolation. It has to be a part of a balanced diet. Also any supplement should be taken only if you are deficient or if body's needs demand it. So it can benefit you only if it is used for its basic function of body building repairing in presence of all other basic nutients. Excess proteins are not stored by the body and infact have to be broken down and washed out which causes burden on the liver and kidneys. So unless" needed" there is no need for a supplement.

Kindly show me a photograph & digital X RAYS of affected part-KNEE Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello lybrate user, leg pain after running is common due to spasm in the leg muscles known as tibialis anterior which functions to pull the foot towards your body during walking, running. When a person runs or exerts an unaccustomed stress there occurs production of lactic acid in the muscle which is quite painful. Relief by: rest ice application stretching exercises will help a lot god bless you.

Hi, laziness may have to do with depleting energy resources within you. Make sure you have proper diet and sleep. Before going into other reasons, get yourself checked with a physician/doctor. Also try to organise yourself and have a balanced routine with due time to be given to all activities including studies. And remember'being cool' is not about following others. Hope this helps.

Wedding on weekend. Need to fit in your favorite dress. But this bulgy stomach flabby Arms puffy eyes and swelled up face spoiling the look.

Try this 5 day diet plan-

Early morning - ginger lemon honey tea (no milk) wth Lotus pop seeds followed by milk tea 1 marie biscuit

Breakfast - milk with any choice of your cereal (flakes /muesli /dalia /suji /oats) OR Curd +fruit smoothie

12noon - black coffee with 1spoon pumpkin seeds

Lunch - paneer stuff roti or sandwich wth lemon mint drink (in water)

Evening - ginger lemon honey tea with 1spoon methi seeds powder.
Then, later milk tea 2bis

Dinner - milk with any fruit Or 1ajwain roti.

Before sleeping - 1spoon soaked triphala powder in 300ml water in morning - drink only water.

Enjoy the wedding and compliments too.

HI…1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, E) do yoga and anuloma-viloma pranayam regularly for 20-30 minutes do all these things for 15 days…gives you good result…THANKS.

Almond milk is also a great way to put on some pounds. Boil milk with almonds, dried figs and dates. Strain the milk and consume it warm every single day for about a month. Do not throw away the boiled almonds, figs and dates. Munch on them to get all the nutrition.

Yes you need to follow a diet to loose weight since you are overweight And do you have any symptoms besides this? Get your blood heamoglobin levels tested.

Before starting out for a walk, relax and take a deep breath and fill your lungs with fresh air which will move them into their most efficient position. After you exhale, maintain the chest in this position with shoulders down and slightly back throughout the walk.

94 Kg weight is too much for a 22 year old boy.Means whenever you are on your feet,your legs carry all your weight and for that a lot of energy is required by your body,resulting in production of large amount of heat.This results in weakness in our body even after slight exertion.So the way out is to reduce your weight.
