you should start using a good sunscreen having spf30 during daytime(9am-4pm) all over your face daily. also cover your face & wear cap to prevent sun rays directly coming on your face.you should repeat sunscreen every2-3 hourly. as you got suntanning,use facewash containing glycolic acid for one month atleast.

Usually it BCG adenitis and no need to worry . Testing is to see if any cause is there and is needed after 3 months

Ed does predict cardiac risk. Echo is fairly okay. Get cardiac ct done to know status of blockages in blood vessels of heart. Get back here with reports. You will get more guidance from any of us here on the forum.

you may consult to surgeon to remove that. where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. You search for study materials from the internet along with your academic text book. You will find a very interesting way of learning and you knowledge will increase. Try avoiding going much towards entertaining parts of internet, even though it is very attractive part. You are an matured individual. You should have control on your life. You need to eat some carbohydrates before going for a run and protein after finishing your run. Eat frequent meals through out the day. And increase your protein intake. It will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

Get BP checked. Get ecg and echo - ultra sound of heart in the mean time when ever you have this problem take a glass of water, sprinkle ice cold water on face and take deep breath and force the air out with nose and mouth closed as you do when you r constipated - relax, go for morning walk for 30 mts and do deep breathing exercise for 10 mts for medicine and further advise contact on private chat.

It appears to be due to stress / anxiety, so do relaxation exercise. However to exclude other cause you need to do some blood tests like sugar and hormones. Stop smoking if you smoke. If you are taking any medicine or nutritional supplement on regular basis then it may be due to side effect of that. After tests you may need medicines if any report is abnormal. There is remedy for this.

I will suggest you to wash your hair daily with lux shampoo and apply hair oil daily and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

The demands of caregiving can be overwhelming, especially if you feel you have little control over the situation or you’re in over your head. If the stress of caregiving is left unchecked, it can take a toll on your health, relationships, and state of mind—eventually leading to burnout.  *Tips for getting the caregiving help you need: 1. Speak up.  Don’t expect friends and family members to automatically know what you need or how you’re feeling. Be up front about what’s going on with you and the person you’re caring for. If you have concerns or thoughts about how to improve the situation, express them—even if you’re unsure how they’ll be received.  2. Spread the responsibility.  Try to get as many family members involved as possible. Even someone who lives far away can help. You may also want to divide up caregiving tasks. One person can take care of medical responsibilities, another with finances and bills, and another with groceries 3. Say “yes” when someone offers assistance. Don’t be shy about accepting help. Let them feel good about supporting you. It’s smart to have a list ready of small tasks that others could easily take care of, such as picking up groceries or driving your loved one to an appointment. *Give yourself a break: 1. Set aside a minimum of 30 minutes every day for yourself.  Do whatever you enjoy, whether it’s reading, working in the garden, tinkering in your workshop, knitting, playing with the dogs, or watching the game. 2. Find ways to pamper yourself.  Small luxuries can go a long way in relieving stress and boosting your spirits. Take a long warm bath. Buy fresh flowers for the house. Or whatever makes you feel special. 3. Make yourself laugh.  Laughter is an excellent antidote to stress—and a little goes a long way. Read a funny book, watch a comedy (avoid watching emotional serials or movies), or call a friend who makes you laugh. And whenever you can, try to find the humor in everyday situations 4. Visit with friends and share your feelings. The simple act of expressing what you’re going through can be very cathartic. If it’s difficult to leave the house, invite friends over to visit with you over coffee, tea, or dinner. It’s important that you interact with others. Sharing your feelings won’t make you a burden to others. In fact, most friends will be flattered that you trust them enough to confide in them, and it will only strengthen your bond. Mostof the people have to go through this. Have patience and faith. Nothing lasts forever. This too shall pass. Pray. Prayer gives lot of strength. Take care.

Good foods for this are Fatty fish (anchovy, mackerel, salmon, sardines, shad, and tuna) Flaxseed. Canola and soybean oils. Nuts, especially walnuts. Dark green, leafy vegetables.
