Cause of discoloration – Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics. You may need deep cleaning, polishing along with whitening (bleaching) procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

When I eat anything and when I brush my teeth blood comes from my teeth. What should I do? I am using dabur red tooth paste.

You need a cleaning with polishing.. Do ask for proper brushing technique from ur dentist after cleaning.. Do massage ur gums regularly and use floss.. Use a soft bristle brush and any fluoridated tooth paste..( tooth paste which has fluoride amount in it like colgate and pepsodent)

Reduce fat. Do regular exercise. Eat small amount of food. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. No sugar, sweetened juice, soft drinks. Eat plenty of watery vegetables, whole fruits. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Protein foods will help to build muscle, not fat. Use small amount of healthy fat. Take walnut, almond. No smoking, alcohol. Use lukewarm water after meals. Take proper stress free rest.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Hello, Include the following for getting better vision: Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. DHA is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like wild salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for eyes: Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing rather reducing the power of your eyes. Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet 2. Destress yourself. 3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day. 4. Have an oil massage at least twice a week with coconut oil or any oil of your choice. Condition your hair after shampooing. 5. Take tab adgain once daily after food for 15 days and revert.

I am a 26 year old male. I was diagnosed with hypertension 3 years ago during company medical check. Then I consulted in jayadeva and all the other tests were fine. So they suggested amlong tablet. After one year the tablet was changed to telmed h. I started running for a few days and without medication my bp was 114/83 which is normal. So I left taking medicines and kept running and maintained low salt diet subsequently in the tests the bp was in normal range. So I left taking medicines. Eventually in parties I was nt able to maintain diet and even stopped jogging and now it showed 152/110 which is very high. Should I start taking medicines again? Or try to control using diet and exercise.

Whey is just a milk protein. Any protein if taken when needed by the body is fine. Ideally the supplement should be taken depending on your routine exercise diet etc. For it to benefit. No supplement will work in isolation. It has to be a part of a healthy nutritious diet.

If the weight gain has increased drastically without making any evident change in food and other physical activities. I recommended you to get your thyroid levels checked. Still for basic weight loss to be achieved maintains a balanced diet of not more than 1500 calories per day. 1. Refined sugars in coffee and tea should be completely stopped, shift to multigrain chapatti instead of only wheat based and have more complex crabs in your snacks time like roasted grain and salads. 2.2serving of fruits should be included but keep the serving size maximum to 1 at one time. 3. Include 1-2 portions of proteins in form of tofu, paneer, sprouts and oat meals daily in the evening time to manage the intake of carbohydrates after 7: 30 pm. 4. Maintain a good balanced of carbohydrates, fats and protein to the ratio and include a cardio session of 45 mins daily for at least 5 days a week to maintain a good health overall.

Hello, Thanks for using Lybrate! I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns. Treatment options generally depend on patient's condition and clinical symptoms and not based on the size of the stone. The size of your gall stone is a moderate, generally no surgical intervention is not needed unless you have pain and other symptoms. If you have severe pain that could not be managed with general analgesics (pain killers) surgery may be needed. Nowadays laparoscopic removal of gall bladder is preferred and you can get back to your daily activities with in few days. Prior to surgery a USG scan may be needed to assess the condition of your gall bladder. I suggest you to consult a general surgeon with good experience in laparoscopy and he will explain you regarding the various treatment options. As of now you can continue you pain killers.
