Hi doctors I'm 34 weeks pregnant I got cervix stitch in 21 weeks for cervix opening 2.5 cms and funneling now I'm 2.3 cms with no funneling I was taking progesterone injection weekly now at 32 week doctor gave me steroids injection baby is now head down position no dilation. I'm still worried it may be preterm or what that too im on bed rest bcoz of that severe body pain sometimes tightening of upper stomach will occur no pain in abdomen but pain in inner thighs please help me out.

if you have no uterine contraction, pain abdomen/ backache, you will be fine. Taking steroids will help in lung maturity of premature baby too. Take bed rest and progestetone support. You should b fine, allthe best.

Hello,Homoeopathy has a good treatment for piles.Take sulphur 30, 3 drops with water once daily in the morning and nux vom30, 3 drops once daily at night.BC No. 17, 5 tabs thrice daily. Drink water at frequent intervals. Add more roughage to your diet in order to avoid constipation. eat fruits ,salads, green vegetables. Avoid spicy food, fried and junk. revert me after 7 days.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

DEAR Lybrate USER. This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things …. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of water during meals …. 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal… 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods… 4) avoid coffee and tea… 5) try to sleep upto 10.30 pm … 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning… A) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals… B) take 250 ml of fresh butter milk during meals. C) instill 3-4 drops of CHANDANADI TAILA in each nostril at the time of sleeping…… Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. THANKS.

take luke warm water with lemon juice and honey. have small and frequent meals. take high fiber diet. do walk daily. don't skip your breakfast and meals. avoid fried food, oily food, junk food,maida products.take luke warm water before and after meals.don't take any fat burner.

Such a thing should never be done. Do inform her family so that they can keep a watch. Even repeated use of crocin is not advisable. You can understand what an over dose can do.

Hi, Chewing sugarless gum can actually help tighten and tone sagging neck muscles and skin. Open and close your jaw repeatedly in a circular motion. Chew for 20 to 30 seconds, stop for 10 seconds and begin again. Here are few facial and neck exercises to tone up the muscles, but do consult your doctor in case you do have any medical condition! -The cow face is an effective exercise in reducing jowls. It not only adds definition to a sagging jawline, but also supports blood circulation for a rosy glow. Allow your jaw to go slack so that your lips slightly open. Protrude your jaw and place your bottom front teeth over your top front teeth. Raise your left arm, turn your head to the right and look up toward the ceiling. Hold for 10 seconds, then relax your jaw. Repeat the movements again, but now hold the position for 15 seconds. Complete the exercise three times, lower your arms and perform three repetitions with your right arm. -Lie flat on your back, letting your head drop over the edge of your bed. Raise your head and attempt to place your chin on your chest. Hold the position for 10 seconds, then lower your head back down. Complete 10 repetitions. -Tilt your head back and look up at the ceiling. Press the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth and swallow. Keeping your eyes on the ceiling, tilt your head slightly to the right and swallow. Now tilt your head slightly to the left and swallow. Repeat the exercise three to four times in each direction. -Neck rolls not only release muscle tension, but also assist in toning the neck, throat and chin. Tilt your chin toward your chest. Rotate your head to the left, raise it up toward the ceiling and down to the right in a circular fashion. As you feel the release of tension, wrinkles in the throat area begin to dissolve. Eat healthy, take 6-9hrs of sound sleep, drink 10-12 glasses of water in a day and always keep smiling! (Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night if there are wrinkles.)

All these are not related to masturbation. Masturbation is not really bad; it is the addiction to it that is bad. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. You will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The second thing that can happen with addiction is that it will become compulsive and will have no boundaries or limits, since it can be done all by yourself, whenever, wherever, and however too. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it. Also you should not spend too much time alone, and you need to keep your mind occupied with other interesting things and a lot of socializing. At you age probably you are studying a lot, or are under stress to perform well in the exams or moving around too much in the hot sun. Actually there are a number of reasons which can cause headache. Since you are having headache for last 2 weeks, it would be better for you to go a doctor who will check your all other parameters and give you appropriate medicine. Please do not take medicines on your own, it is harmful. There is a lot of difference between feeling sad and feeling depressed" depression" is a very intense feeling and a depressed person becomes almost non-functional, inactive and many times suicidal. So please be aware of your real feelings. Are you feeling sad and low or are you feeling depressed? don't allow temporary set backs to discourage you. You are very young. Try to learn new skills, pursue studies of your interests. Have a realistic dream and make a concrete plan to achieve that dream. Please remember, in this world only one person can help you all the time and that person is yourself. Have faith in yourself. Take care.

Please rule out arthritis developing. However start doing walks and if possible cycling exercise. For legs also this will hp. Additionally light massage on legs with maharayan oil+ mahavishgarbh oil mixed after hot fomentation on knees and legs. Tab rumya ds 1 bd kumaryasav+ louhasav 10 ml each plus 20 ml water after meals. These are the methods & instructions to avoid acne: • To control the sebum (oily secretion) secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Dear Lybrate user. Many people think that they are ADDICTED to masturbation, where as they are actually just used to masturbate regularly and can not quit easily. Addiction is problematic and being used to is not, though there is only a thin line separating both. Masturbation is not harmful as long as it is not an addiction. We need to determine if you are addicted or just used to. Sex thoughts, Sex addiction, masturbation addiction, porn films addiction etc comes under behavior addiction. Behavioral addiction is a form of addiction that involves a compulsion to engage in a rewarding non-drug-related behavior – sometimes called a natural reward – despite any negative consequences to the person's physical, mental, social or financial well-being. Behavior addiction needs to be curbed or controlled using your own self will power. Diverting your mind and body away from the circumstances which compels you for the addictive habit, with the help of physical exercises, games, entertainment etc can help you. Never sleep alone. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap.Apply kojivit gel twice daily .Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. 3 Yogic Positions for a Better Sex Life

Doing yoga on a daily basis can give your sex life the boost that you may be looking for while improving the overall quality of both you and your partner's sex life. The dividends that you and your partner reap can range from an increase in flexibility, stamina and sensitivity to improved self-confidence. Thus, in addition to an improvement in the sexual aspect, you can expect improvement in physical and mental aspects too. So, here are some sex positions that you can try to make yourself relaxed and lithe, enabling your body to function properly.

1. Wide-legged straddle pose - This pose is beneficial for improving blood flow to the pelvic area, leading to an increase in sex drive.

To do this, find a comfortable spot to sit in. When you've done this, spread each leg at a 45-degree angle. While stretching your upper body, take in a deep breath. When letting out the air, bend forward and to touch your toes. All the while, keep the spine stretched to its maximum.

2. Squat pose - This yoga position works by improving your pelvic joints and targets your inner thigh muscles, abdominals, and your pelvic floor. The pose is also found to be beneficial in stimulating your spleen and sex glands (gonad).

For this, you need to stand with your feet wide apart and your toes facing outward. Join your palms together in front of your heart, and slowly bring them down in the direction of the mat, stopping just before you touch the floor. Position your biceps behind your knees so that they are spread out while helping your spine to maintain its stretched position.

3. Chair pose - In this pose, your pelvic region is targeted and helps you to establish a better control over your sexual organs. It works by lifting your pelvic floor as you go about lowering your tailbone.

Begin by bringing your feet together before assuming a sitting position. Keep your tailbone stretched when you lift your pelvic floor to stretch the spine.
