Hello lybrate user, please try applying oil called murivenna, an ayurvedic medicine. You will get it in ayurvedic pharmacy near by. Apply pil over knee and put cotton pack over joint, and tie. If toeing in evening, untie at morning when you get up. If done in morning, untie evening. Thank you.

Lybrate-user, fbs between 108 mg to 125 mg is considered as pre- diabetes. There is no treatment required, but better to take precautions like avoiding excess sweets, junk foods, pastries, bakery items, sweetened aerated drinks (colas), fructose corn syrup containing products, highly processed food products and high fat milk products. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads, and fruits. Use whole grain products, avoid refined flour like maida. Exercise daily for at least 1 hour. To diagnose diabetes fasting should be >126 mg & pp > 200 mg/100 ml. So please check pp level and inform.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Knee 2 quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. No drink before meals. Take whey protein one spoon after workout. Take small and frequent meals.

Body pain may be due to tiredness/ viral illness/electrolyte imbalance. Take plenty of oral fluids like fruit juice, lemon water, shakes, lassi etc. Take ors solution if you have sweated a lot. Take rest. If still have much pain then massage and a tablet of paracetamol may help. Do not take much medication without prescription.

Hi. First check your hemoglobin levels. Low levels can lead to fatigue. Instead of heavy meals have small frequent meals. Have at least 2 - 3 litres of liquids including water, buttermilk, nimboo pani, coconut water. You may also be deficient in protein, certain vitamins and minerals that's why your stamina seems to be low. Try and have well balanced meals every 2 to 3 hours. Increase your intake of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables and have protein rich sources in diet like milk and milk products, pulses and dal, egg chicken fish if you are non vegetarian. Reduce intake of junk food. Exercise also boosts your energy. You can for walk or any other sport you enjoy.

Hy e. Thanks for the query. It's possible you are not eating the right foods at the right time or just not eating enough. You might want to assess the workout as well. You should consider taking a personalised diet consultation. Get a good assessment of your diet and exercise routine. Also know that maybe you are trying to hurry loss...give your body some time to react.

I am 32years male and suffering from cervical and lumbar spondylosis due to which I am having tingling in the hand but I'm not having any pain in the back. You are right, mustard oil heating point is higher than other oils like soy oil. One should use little amount of mustard oil to saute the vegetables & cook it by steaming in a thick based vessel with a tight lid, preferably made of iron, like our grannies used to cook on a slow fire. The taste remains better with full value of nutrients of minerals and vitamins. Use soy oil for frying. But do not reuse it. Do not throw it either. Use a spoon of it to make curries, oil is not reheated but mixed with home made tomato purries & spices as a gravy instead of onions which soak more oil.

Don't worry do daily walking and stretching your joins for one month the go for exercise if started in exercise you should not stop suddenly. Walking will give relief from pain
