I am 22 year old. I have leg muscle weakness. I feel tiredness in legs even after 8 hours sleep. What may be the cause? What is solution for this? please help me.

Dear, causes of legs pain are: * due to muscular pain of leg muscles * due to excessive running or walking, long standing work * weakness or lack of nutrition in body * dehydration * due to varicose veins * due to diabetes to get relief from legs pain: * take your meal properly. Eat a bowl of cereal in afternoon. Eat a fruit daily. * drink a glass of milk, add one teaspoon of bornvita or maltova powder in it. * do massage your leg and calf muscles with mustard oil daily for 5 minutes. * take proper rest and avoid excessive running and jogging. * avoid drinking alcohol and smoking completely. * drink 6 to 8 glass of water daily. * check your blood sugar and blood pressure level. * eat a multivitamin capsules daily for 7 days.

Dear,you need not worry about your gaining weight . As you are 21 , your wt will be increased slowly as per your diet . And more over the Banana with milk diet will increase the weight. It is confirmed.

considering your age & profession your knee pain may be due to osteoporosis. massage with hot sesame oil for 10 to 15 min 2 times a days after massage give hot fomentation for 5 min. improve diet . do light stretching exercise daily. start milk + 2 spoon cow ghee on empty stomach, dry fruits will help you , like akrod & badam(almond). start Ayurvedic calcium suppliment to strenghten joint . dry khajur is good source of calcium.

What are the suitable diet for IBD, because no Doctor say about what to eat, just they say "Low oil & masala" but if I eat any vegetable which cause gas then it cause abdominal pain.

There is no evidence that what you eat actually. It can be helpful keep a food diaryto keep track of what you are eating. Take 1 Spoon Maruha seeds soak into a glass of water for at least 4 hours. Take early morning empty stomach. After 40 minutes you should take banana apple and papaya. (1full bowl). AT12.30PM...YOU SHOULD TAKE 1 bowl khicdi dahi . Eat small meals. Avoid wheat for some days Drink plenty of liquids Diet may be limited. Regular relaxation and breathing exercise. Avoid dairy products.

Excessive hunger soon after eating food is a sure sign of underlying hormonal disturbance. This is a lifestyle related issue and it can be surely treated with intensive lifestyle modification program. Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Avoid all junk food and all sweet food. Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibres, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Simultaneously working on exercise and diet will surely help. Best rate to lose weight is 1/2 kg per week. If that happens, it is least likely to go high again in future. You do not have to do rigorous exercise to lose weight but start with something small. Let us say 8 minute workout. Go to you tube and type 8 minute workout and you will see many options. Pick one which you like and can do. Trying to lose weight in very short time will need some form of crash diet. Even if you lose weight doing this kind of crash diet, you will get it all back within no time and all the gain will be mainly fat. Not good for your health. Be gentle and patient with yourself. Demonstrate commitment in your persistent efforts. Make comprehensive change in diet, exercise, sleep and stress in your routine. This is called lifestyle medicine. If you can not do it on your own, find some expert who can help you in this over extended period of time. We even do this over long distance by phone and whats app. Best wishes.

Hi, according to your height your weight is too low. I advice you, you should do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.

How to gain weight is as difficult as losing weight. Inadequate feeding habits, prolonged meal time gaps. Poor selection of foods increased physical activity without increasing the food intake major reasons for being underweight. Follow it up with a heavy and healthy breakfast.
