I am 26 year was suffering from back pain from last six months doctor suggested for mri and mri results was dat I was suffering from spin dorsal tb and I am undergoing treatment for dat with orthopaedic.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

I am having a minor pain in right leg. However my mri reports I am going to attach. Right now l4 and l5 disc is 13.3 mm. Is it too much? And is it good to walk 5 to 10 minutes everyday. Nerve roots are having compression and so I just want to know. Can I be able to cure this like fusion of l4 l5 and how much time it will take as bed rest? Pls help and ans my questions.

1. Lie on your back. ... 2. Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. ... 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.

I am 18 years old. Last month on 29 I suffered from a crack in bone, I was playing football. It about 1 month and there is swelling in my leg. When try to fold my leg or I walk fast it pains. Otherwise there is no problem. What should I do? Also tell me the food I should eat and till how much time I have to take the precaution.

For any crack to heel it takes minimum 6weeks to heal. Kindly also tell which bone was broken. For swelling a doctor can apply crepe bandage. For pain I can reply only once you tell which bone was broken.

My MRI report is Minimal knee effusion Partial tear if pcl Ligamentous sprain/low grade partial tear of acl Grade 2 miniscal signal (intrasubstance meniscus tear/medical degeneration) in posterior horn medial meniscus. So what I care for it and what I do. Symptoms: I feel like cut cut in knee joint when I run and leg slightly move away from. Its position. So any surgery require?

He on table cam also plan for any specific procedures to be done eg: ligamentous repair / reconstruction. Try to move your head to left and right you will feel more pain on one side. Try not to sleep on that side. Find a good physio and treat yourself.

Warm up is essential before starting any kind of physical exercise. Do not skip your warm up if you r doung so. Pain will subside as your muscles get toned with regular exercise. Drink plenty of water and keep urself hydrated. I hope these tips help.

Heat is an effective mean of reducing and relieving pain in cervical spondylosis. You can use hot packs at home. Some exercises like static contractions and strengthening exercises are needs to be done. Isometric contractions of the cervical muscles improve the muscle endurance and tone as the contractions improve the blood supply thereby the nutrition to the muscle is increased and hence muscle strengthening is done. Please see a physiotherapist for these exercises. You may need traction and soft tissue techniques for the management of cs. Postural awareness is very important. As the condition progresses, the abnormality of posture also increases, thus from the initial stage itself, postural awareness through proper advice and education should be planned and initiated by the physiotherapist. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Yes all this is due to weakness. Take nutritious diet and a glass of milk daily. You should also take iron and calcium rich diet. Iron rich diet are- beans, peas, dried apricot, red meat, liver, fish, spinach etc. Calcium rich diet are- green leafy vegetables, fortified orange juice dairy products, tofu, sardines etc. Take homeopathic five phos, 4 tablet 4 times daily.

I have uric acid 0.4 more than required. Due to which some times joint pains. How to control this. Is there any home remedy.

Hi you can dcontrol by diet. You have to go to a dietician or simply cut down your protein intake which will reduce your joint pain eventually. First try doing by diet. Check your uric acid again after a month. If it's not reducing then we can start on some medications with diet. Hope this was useful to you get well soon.
