Measure your temperature and tell me reading avoid exertion take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (if no drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

Take tab. sinarest it contains ( Acetaminophen+ Pseudoephedrine+ chlorpheniramine). Acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine is a combination medicine used to throat infection and treat headache, fever, body aches, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu. Do gargle with warm water thrice a day. Drink warm water also. Take plenty of water, liquid diet, dalia, green veg., orange. avoid cold things, cold drinks. Oily foods. If symptoms are from more days or again persist then do few tests for confirm causes of it.. i.e. CBC. welcome in lybrate.

A guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. You can add one teaspoon of honey to the above mix and have it in the morning. This combination is believed to burn the fat inside the body. 1 cup of green tea or black tea or black coffee without added sugar You can choose any of these for your diet plan or change the items daily to avoid monotony. Breakfast You can have a breakfast which contains less than 350 calories. Here are some options Two rotis along with half a cup lentil gravy or tofu gravy OR 1 quarter plate brown bread or broken wheat upma and a cup of low fat milk OR 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar  and ½ cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Take ½ cup melon/cucumber and carrot salad or 20 grapes or a fistful of peanuts/ almonds/ melon seeds. Make sure that the calorie consumption is between 50-70 calories. Lunch There are multiple options for vegetarian lunch. You can eat rotis with vegetables or go for brown rice and vegetable gravies or have some roti and rice, according to your preference. Make sure that the calories do not exceed 350 calories. Here are some suggestions for your best vegan diet for weight loss. 1 cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and ½ cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. 2 rotis with ½ cup vegetable gravy of your choice and one small cup raitha or green salad. You can change the above menu to ½ cup rice, and one roti with vegetable gravy, if you prefer to eat both rice and roti for lunch. If you feel that your stomach is not full, try having some clear soup before having your lunch. Evening In the evening you can opt for any of these Green teaButtermilkSalted lime juiceHalf cup oats cooked in low fat milk or water If you prefer to eat some snacks, you can select any of the mid morning snack or can opt for a half cup of cooked pulses or beans. Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. You can eat 2 rotis or one quarter plate upma or 3 slices of brown bread or one bowl of oats at night along with ½ cup vegetable and 1 bowl of salad.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

For reducing belly fat, 1. Practice kapalbhati daily for 1 hr along with toe touching, push ups, waist rotation 2. take stairs instead of lift 3.Walk/cycle instead of hiring a transport 4. Avoid sitting continuously for an hr 5. Avoid sleeping within an hr of a meal 6. Avoid heavy meals. instead have small frequent meals at 3 hrs interval 7. Avoid junk/ processed/ refined/ fried/sugary foods & drinks, alcohol 8. Get involved in outdoor sports activities (cricket/ badminton/ tennis/ squash/ golf/ swimming/ boxing/karate/wrestling) 9. Day to day activities like gardening/ car washing/ cooking/ ironing clothes may also be included.

Pl get x Ray of cervical spine done AP and Lateral views and send report. Also send ESR, uric acid and RA blood reports. It could be spondylosis, arthritis, torticollis etc. Treatment could be similar but physiotherapy may differ. After assessing the cause, exact remedy can be advised. Ayurveda 'Vaatnashak' medicines have huge range and need careful selection.

First thing is modify your diet, in the form of avoid spicy oily things and high carbohydrate diet eg potato, chips, junk outside food. Take a nutritious food a balanced diet in the form of more proteins, next comes the fat requirement which should be limited to 15-30% of daily energy intake. Carbohydrate rich in natural fiber should constitute the remaining food energy source. * bread cereal rice and pasta more seving *vegetable 3-5 serving *fruits plenty of in your diet. *milk yogurt and cheese 2-3 serving *meat poultry dry beans nuts very less serving. *fats oils and sweets occasionally. * increase physical activity in the form of jogging swimming and best way to join gym. JOINT & BACK PAIN 1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. If there is no other problem except the above, it indicate you are not taking sufficient quantity of water. Take minimum of 3 litres of water in a day. Avoid hot and spicy food. If you move in sun a lot then increase water intake to 4 litres a day. Protect yourself from hot sun. Get your urine tested for routine examination, if any finding come back again.
