Hello lybrate user according to Ayurveda Vata vikriti is the main factor for pain.... Treatment- 1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation . 2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day.. Diet- Avoid fermented food...Junk food....potato rice....sleep well...

Deficiency in vitamin D can cause bone and joint pain. Since your triglyceride level is high certain changes in dietary habits could benefit you from improving your Vit D level as well as reducing triglycerides. Reduce refined sugar, include low carbohydrate, high fiber diet. Avoid hydrogenated oil and processed foods and include healthy fats like olive oil, omega 3 fatty acids which are found in sardines, tuna etc, nuts etc. For foot pain external application of medicated oils and massage can be beneficial. Please consult an ayurvedic physician for further treatment advise.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Dear lybrateuser, - Your neck pain could be due to a soft tissue( muscular) problem - do minimal neck movement - apply pain relief gel lightly on affected area three times a day - take a pain relief tablet after meals 2-3 times a day - use a firm pillow for proper support of neck & shoulders while sleeping - if pain is of long standing then x-ray cervical spine can be done to rule out any bony injury or problem.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and do exercise regularly and also take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

Foot exercises. Do the following exercises barefoot: •1. First write digits 1 to 10 using your toes raised up in the air. •2. Sit on a chair, raise your toes and curl them •3. Pick up a small piece of cloth off the floor using your toes. •4. Still in a sitting position, point your toes and circle your ankles in a slow counter and clockwise motion. •5. Stand up from the sitting position and go on tip toe for 5 seconds.

I am 30 yera old male and have a pain in back injuries and lifting for last 1 months. So what should I do?

Backache is the commonest ailment. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore.
