Hello lybrate user we are giving you some important tips to follow up, 1. Drink water, especially before meals. 2. Eat high proteins in breakfast 3. Drink green tea at least twice a day. 4. Eat less refined carbs. Its helps to reduce weight and do not gain extra weight.

Hello, Lybrate user, Take, simple, breakfast: Poha, phulkas, with vegetables, sandwich ,milk, Lunch & dinner: Rice (white/red/ brown) or, phulkas, or, khichadi (white / brown/broken rice) or oatmeals, chapaties,or Ravi balls,(1000-1300 calories) Liquid: 3/4 litters of water/day or from assorted sources e.g.milk, juice,milk shakes, Vit 'C' -gooseberry, guava,oranges, tomatoes to improve immunity & to prevent constipation, Vit'A' Papaya, sweet potatoes, oranges,to maintain skin & and good vision. Vit' B complex -Green leafy vegetable: Palak, methi leaves, drumsticks leaves, to check, constipation. Iron- pomegranate to increase haemoglobin level * go for cycling, jogging,skipping, gardening,swimming, either Under noted Foods b avoided. Row eggs, smoked seafood, Over indulgence in coffee & tea. You cannot aim a time frame. You check your tft and cbc in a good lab and send the reports to me privately and you need a diet and exercise plans and medicines if the tests show any problem.

There is no universal diet plan A diet plan is totally based on your personal BMI, BMR, MEDICAL CONDITIONS, MEAL PREFERENCE AND ACTIVITY LEVEL hire a dietitian and get a customised diet plan If you want to do it by yourself then keep low carbohydrate, moderate fats, 70-80 grams protein intake.

For a month few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Can I consume 3 cups of green tea in a day. I'm suffering from psuedohypothyroidism due to pituitary progesterone deficiency but doctor gave me medicine for this. I want to boost up my metabolism for losing weight and I also do the exercises regularly. Can I consume green tea 3 cup after every big meal in a day?

Metabolism is not increased by Tea / Herbs. Do physical exercise regularly. Do Yoga / walks / aerobics. Energy and metabolism depends on mental energy.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

Weight is loos by decrease intake means food intake and increase out put means increase physical activities. Calculate calories intput and out put take following remedies 1. Barleys soup at the time of lunch nad dinner 2. Have your dinner at 7.30 pm and sleep at 10.30am 3. Exersise atleast 45 min 4. Eat all fruit-vegetable [ex. Lauki, parval, bendi, karela, 5 fruit=muskmelon, watermelon, papaya your weight will come down.
