Hello, Lybrate user, Skipping meal has become the trigger to obesity. You are obeased by 40 kg, approx. Take, simple, breakfast: Poha, phulkas, with vegetables, sandwich ,milk, Lunch & dinner: Rice (white/red/ brown) or, phulkas, or, khichadi (white / brown/broken rice) or oatmeals, chapaties,or Ravi balls,(1000-1300 calories) Liquid: 3/4 litters of water/day or from assorted sources e.g.milk, juice,milk shakes, Vit 'C' -gooseberry, guava,oranges, tomatoes to improve immunity & to prevent constipation, Vit'A' Papaya, sweet potatoes, oranges,to maintain skin & and good vision. Vit' B complex -Green leafy vegetable: Palak, methi leaves, drumsticks leaves, to check, constipation. Iron- pomegranate to increase haemoglobin level * go for cycling, jogging,skipping, gardening,swimming, either Under noted Foods b avoided. Row eggs, smoked seafood, Over indulgence in coffee & tea. Restaurant food, junk food, containing MSG & taste enhancer. Mango & jackfruits. Fried food. Tk homoeo medicines/ @ PhytoberryQ-10 drops, thrice before meal with little water. Mera weght badh raha mujhe weight loose karna hai .Mai Oats milk mai bna ke kha skta hu kya. Or agr kha skta hu to kis time khana chahiye .mujhe thyroid hai. Or weight kam nahi ho raha hai Please weight loose karne ke koi diet suggest kare.

Yeah eat low carb low fat high protien n vitamin n mineral rich diet .don't skip your breakfast .eat oats .boiled mung Brown bread veg sandwich or boiled egg white. Eat lot of fruits like papaya watermelon n avocado etc. Drink plenty of water n drink green tea coconut water n butter milk .eat green salad n lentils multigrain roti n green leafy veg cabbage broccoli capsicum lauki rural tomato in lunch .eat roasted chana makhana soup .dalia saute veg .n some dry fruits like soaked almond n walnut in. Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Hi, You can lose 4 - 6 kg weight every month with our customized daily diet plans. You can consult us via a private chat on Lybrate as we need to understand your food habits, lifestyle, blood group and medical history (if any). In general, few tips for weight loss include: Have small and frequent meals instead of 3 main meals in a day. Avoid sweets and sugar based foods, fried foods and heavy dinners. Include 2 - 3 servings of fruits and vegetables. Go for atleast 30 - 40 min of brisk walks / jogging every day. Have a light and early diner (by 8 Pm) and no salt intake after 8-8: 30 pm. Have a diet rich in protein and fiber.

I am 31 years old. I have been doing morning walk and exercise daily at least for 1 hr since last 3 yrs. Previously My weight is in between 69-79. Now,my weight is 67 .My height is 5 feet 8 inch. How I can reduce the weight to 60 kg. In morning I just take red tea and lukume water after exercise. After that I take breakfast with rice and dal. After 3-4 hrs I take some fruits.In evening I take tea with two root.In dinner I took two root and 50-70grm rice with dal and sabzi. Am I in right track to reduce weight to 60 kg.

Your current weight is right as per your height. But the composition of weigh should be less fat and more muscle weight. For this you should avoid packed and market food, reduce wheat and rice based food and minimize sugar, oil and salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds. Do body-weight and strength exercises.

Hello, Try to maintain healthy regime weight will reduce like avoid fast food , Fried food ,Gastric food, sweets etc.Take fruits and salad in your diet will help you.Do yoga and meditation. Try to walk in morning and evening . Avoid water 1/2 hour after meal then take small quantity of water at small interval.

To loose 5-6 kilos, you have to find time to work out and work out can bring results only if you be careful anout the diet. If diet is also not possible for you, then there are low chances of reducing weight. Steps that are easy to follow to begin with: 1. You should cut your daily diet by 25%. 2. Drink hot water with lemon in morning. 3. Have early (before 8: 00) and light dinner. Do some or the other activity for half an hour. You may go for a walk/play badminton/ do some yoga. Just take out thirty minutes from your daily schedule and follow the mentioned diet changes, you will surely see results in a month.
