doing workout is good. please try to avoid oily food, sweets. drink lot of water. immediately after workout do not eat anything for at least half an hour. do kapalbhaati but with an expert yoga trainer.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Most often loss of bone density or loss of bone health is due to deficiency of nutrients and wrong eating habits. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels and definitely deficiency of major nutrients. . Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Include cereals like ragi, seeds like sesame, coconut and pulses like rajma, chana ,sprouts in your diet. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Avoid excessive tea, coffee, and avoid aerated drinks. Sleep well. Exercise at least thrice a week. This is essential for bone health.

Kindly mention the tablets u r taking for diabetes ..as u may need to increase/change certain medications...what is exact level of fasting/pp sugar and hba1c levels??regarding food items ..there is a whole diet chart that can be prescribed but plz provide above required details first...till then just take ur meals regularly on time daily and u can take fruits like guava /mausami/jamun etc

Hello, take natrum mur 200,3 drops morning empty stomach, single dose. Use this home remedy:- Tomatoes are great for oily skin due to their cooling, clarifying and astringent properties. The high vitamin C content in tomatoes is very helpful for acne prone skin Plus, the natural oil-absorbing acids in tomatoes help get rid of excess oil. *Cut a tomato in half and rub it on your skin.Allow the juice to soak into your skin for at least 15 minutes.Rinse your skin with cold water, pat it dry and apply a light oil-free moisturizer. 5 Ways to Fight Depression If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. I'm suffering from SEVERE hair fall along with itching and irritating scalp. What could be the problem?
Hi. Itchy scalp could be due to dandruff/ fungal infection of scalp/ lice/ dry scalp or may be some other cause need to rule out. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

You need to take a balanced diet. Do exercise. Eat fat burner foods. Eat one glass luke warm water with lemon juice with one tsp honey in the early morning. Follow a low calorie balanced diet. Eat low calorie foods. Eat more vegetables n fruits. Eat 4 ltrs water. Eat flax seed powder with 1 glass of water before go to bed. Eat pomegranate /day if you want really lose weight. Avoid fast foods. Use rice bran oil o doctor'choice company 15-20 ml/day.

Hi, You are a Normal guy. Just believe that. Be Strong mentally and physically. Bulk does not matter. Look at all Badminton players and marathon runners of Olympics.. They are all thin yet strong. Each body is different. You should not compare with others. Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Take sprouts daily. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods, chips etc. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.

1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result.

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Continous chronic migraine needs prophylaxis treatment for decreasing migraine attacks and remission. For management of migraine you need to follow following things. 1) avoid fasting, skipped or delayed meals, excessive chocolates or coffee. 2) Take proper sleep and timely diet Medication can be started Flunarizine Amitryptiline: sedation common side effects Topiramate: memory disturbances and risk of angle closure glaucoma and renal stone Divalproate: Weight gain You need to discuss with your treating neurologist about all these options and associated risk and side effects. Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.
