Hello, take Berberis vulgaris Q, 15 drops with water thrice daily. Take Cholesterinum 3X , 2 tabs twice daily. Home remedies :- 1. The acidic nature of apple cider vinegar stops the liver from making cholesterol that is responsible for forming the most common type of gallstones. It also plays a key role in dissolving gallstones and alleviating pain. Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of apple juice. Drink it whenever you have a gallstone attack. This will significantly ease the pain within 15 minutes. you can add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon of lemon juice to a glass of warm water. Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. Doing this regularly for weeks can dissolve gallstones and prevent pain. 2. Pears can also provide relief from gallstone pain and other symptoms. The compound pectin present in pears helps soften cholesterol-filled gallstones, which in turn get flushed out of your body easily. Mix half a glass of pear juice with half a glass of hot water. Mix in two tablespoons of honey. Drink this juice three times a day for two weeks.

Hi you are 25 yrs old, young, energetic and either studying or working. Your weight is also fine. Your complaint is excessive sweating for which the most common reason is hot weather. So for that you just have to keep yourself hydrated with lots of water every half an hour & chilled lime juice or orange juice or chaas or lassi at least twice a day. Another reason for having an excessive heat feeling inside body is eating food that is not suitable for your body. Excessive spicy food, veg or non-vegetarian can disturb your digestive mechanism. You must therefore eat food which has high water content and less spicy! for e. G, in the morning you can have chilled milk or lime juice or orange juice or watermelon juice with a fruit plate. For lunch you can have simple food like dal, rice, curd, 2 rotis without ghee and any 1 vegetable with less oil and less spicy. For dinner too, you can have tomato soup, 2 rotis without ghee and any 1 vegetable. In between, keep on drinking water or lime juice or orange juice or watermelon juice or chaas or lassi whatever you like. Relax at least for 15 mins daily with closed eyes in between your work or study! if possible apply little almond oil with your finger tips around your eyes during those 15 mins and slightly massage over the area around the eyes. You will feel much better after doing these lifestyle changes.

Hello user I can tell you to deal with your bad thoughts but for another problem you have to consult any doctor r psychologist fro this. Controlling thoughts will just end up giving more importance to them. They will come back ten times stronger. Because at the level of the mind, what you resists, persists. Do not try to control thoughts without a tool. Breath is a very powerful tool. Doing Pranayam, Meditation, breathing in a specific rhythm will help in having a say over your mind and thoughts. Mostly unwanted thoughts come to you when your work load is less and idle time is more. The more we sit without any activity, the more thoughts come to us. Drink plenty of water, do yoga, gym, running, meditation, sports, listen to music, get creative, spend time with nature, develop a hobby and you will find bad thoughts will eventually subside. Watch your food habits and bowel moment, Include fresh fruits and vegetables. Spend time out in the sun. Check your Vitamin D and B12 levels. More importantly relax. Get old sleep. Stop excess use of gadgets or watching TV. Spend time out in the nature. Work/Study and do whatever that keeps you busy.

I have mouth ulcers for last 4 days. One is on the backside of the cheek (big one) and other is on lip. I am 20 year old male. Please suggest a medicine.

MD - Pathology
General Physician, Amritsar
Apply dologel mouth paint before eating anything. Eat food low in spices and it should not be hot. While brushing your teeth take care not to hit the ulcer. Take capsule becosule z once daily. Get examined by a dental surgeon to rule out any dental problem.

Dear sir,
I have acidity problem. Can you please suggest me some food types to overcome tis problem.
Hello, dietary modifications are required to tackle acidity issues. Avoid excess tea/coffee, spicy and oily foods and carbonated beverages. Smoking and alcohol intake worsen peptic ulcer disease. Maintain a time gap of 1-2 hours between dinner and sleep. Take plenty of fluids. Regards.
