Take plenty of green veg, take proteins in your daily food. Use peel of potatoes. 1 cup peel of potatoes in a bowl of water. Boiled it. Filtered it and after using shampoo rinse your hair with that water. Let it b dry by wrapping a towel. Repeat it 3-4 days a week. You also need further homoeopathic treatment for this. During sexual act, we do good foreplay and before going penetration I lick her clitoris long time bcoz of her demand and she ll get climax and she feel tired and sleepy but she allows me to penetrate, during penetration she doesn't feel pleasure, and even l, so during penetration she tells me finish fast. If If I skip clitoris climax and moves for intercourse, she stops penetration and asking me to touch tongue to clitoris. How can I make her pleasure in Intercourse? Should penetration feel good to women? Should touch clitoris during intercourse to reach her climax?

MD - Alternate Medicine, BAMS, M.B.B.S.(AM)
Sexologist, Delhi
Once a woman has experienced direct licking of clitoris, she never likes any other act. Everything has to be in limit, licking should be done for arousal only and not upto climax. But as now she seems to be demanding about it, it's better for you to use 69 position asking her to satisfy you at the same time. Continue like that for a few days and then counsel her for proper intercourse for healthy married life. Other couples should be cautioned by this post.

Hi doctors I'm 24 years old recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. May I know in next how many years can type 2 diabetes has cure.In this technology in next how many years we can expect cure for type 2, diabetes Please answer me Thanks in Advance.

MBBS, CCEBDM, Diploma in Diabetology
Endocrinologist, Hubli-Dharwad
Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. As the things stand today, diabetes whether T1 or T2, has no cure. Both need to be treated for lifetime. Achieving strict blood glucose control is the only way of leading a healthy life for a diabetic person. This condition being a insulin deficiency disorder, one needs to either take insulin itself daily or take drugs that stimulate insulin secretion, plus those that reduce insulin resistance are to be taken for life time. There no CURE in the horizon at least for next few decades. Some pancreas transplants and growing pancreas (particularly Beta cells) by stem cells have been tried. But with very little success. Thanks.

Actuly 2 age is very late to grow your hight because till now you growth hormone is worked for it. The cause behind that may be your family backgound. But you can try with cycling and go with much calcium diat food. Eg. Banana, milk etc.

Hi Sir, My last periods started on 25th Oct. And today on 19th Nov we had unprotected sex. But semen ejaculation after orgasm, was outside my vagina. Is there any chance I could get pregnant? My period are regular and lasts for 5 to 8 days. I am afraid of taking contraceptive pill because of side effects. Please suggest.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, FCPS, DGO, Diploma of the Faculty of Family Planning (DFFP)
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
It depends on whether little semen went inside or not. This method is called coitus interruptus which has high failure rate. Everything in life has side effects but to get effects one needs to accept side effects so both are to be weighed properly. Failure of method can lead to pregnancy isthat acceptable side effect?
