There is no need of surgery. You use physiotherapy for avoid sciatica. Maintain your posture, avoid forward bending and weight lifting. Use hot formentation. Do flexion regimen of exercise to cure sciatica. Go for a physio and take ift and swd with us. Consult with full history of pain and with your reports.

Hi there few things you must go before start running like always do stretching of your leg muscles before start running, wear good running sports shoes, do walk for some time before start to run, increase your calcium intake through diet. And for loosing weight have high proteins and cut carbs, sugar and fat from diet.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. D = apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. If still you dont get relief consult physiotherapist as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation. Best wishes.

Hi, When I standup after sitting on the floor, I can't stand straight for 2 to 3 mins. I have to stand bent and then I can stand properly. This happens when I sit on floor and stand up only.

Dear user. this phenomenon is normal. Dizziness or light-headedness when standing up occurs as a result of abnormal blood pressure regulation. Normally, when people stand, gravity causes blood to pool in the veins of the legs and trunk. This pooling lowers the blood pressure and the amount of blood the heart pumps to the brain. Take care.

In January ,during my journey in bus, I got a severe backache. When I consulted the doctor, he told me that I had a disc slip problem ,some space had been created in lower discs. He suggested me physiotherapy and exercise and gave me medicines (pain killer and to remove inner swelling ). This treatment continued for more than a month. Then at last he had given me vitamin D capsules. Now a days again I am having pain in my lower back. Please suggest me some permanent solution for this.

Cracking sounds are usually non pathological but in your case it's painful so my advice is 1- ice foamentation for 10-15 minutes thrice a day for 3 days 2- complete rest to the painful part 3- may use crepe bandage 4- if not bearable go for pain killers.
