Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

Quit smoking. First decrease your daily cigratte counts then further try to control your addiction. Take meals on time. Eat healthy breakfast. Have fruits daily before lunch n take light dinnner.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements ...they will not work in isolation. ....you have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

You have pain in your right testis sometimes. I advise you to tell me your weight, height, eating habits and any addiction to alcohol or cigarette, for better treatment. This pain is due to infection, epidydmo orchitis.

Hello, to remove pimple marks try this ayurvedic tip- a) scrub your face with manjistha + sariva powder b) apply amba haldi powder lepa with milk on spots c) start arogyawardhini vati 1 tab twice a day d) avoid spicy and junk diet.

Hello, Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. Play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better. 1.Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2.Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3.Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5. Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. No they are safe drugs, but do not seem to be from a standard company, seems local ones. Get the same from a good company, ask your psychiatrist for it. Also you need to stop the Ona 0.5 mg after some time because that is not advisable on a longer run. All the best.

As your skin is oily you said, you need to wash your face with mild soap, avoiding any creams application is good. Take more water, fruits, vegetables, oilless, spice less, food, avoid taking junk/fast food is major precaution required. Medically, take bakson's acne aid tablets daily 2-3 in number twice r thrice/day with external application of the same cream. Take internally echinacea mother tincture daily twice 10-15 drops in 1/4th cup of water daily.

Hello, You should have green leafy vegetables, fruits and protein rich food. Consume vitamin C-rich food by eating plenty of fruits like orange, lemon, sweet lime, grape fruit, and grapes. Eat wholegrain foods instead of processed, refined foods such as wheat flour (maida). Also, whole fruit instead of fruit juice will maintain insulin and blood sugar levels. Avoid cakes, pastries, junk food, colas, jams and pickles. Eat foods that are high in fiber as they will also cause a slower, more controlled rise in blood sugar and insulin levels. Incorporate legumes and vegetables in your diet as they’re high in fiber and nutrients and will manage your sugar levels. Combine protein and carbohydrates as protein helps to regulate the blood sugar spike caused by the carbs. Eat small, healthy meals more frequently to manage cravings and hunger pangs and NEVER miss breakfast! Corn, soy, cottonseed, and grapeseed oils should be avoided. Avoid soy products. Also avoid chemical preservatives, additives, artificial sweeteners and colorings. At last, you should consult a nutritionist for better guidance.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Back pain can result from bad posture, a sudden jerky movement, a lumpy mattress or poor lifting techniques. It can also be caused by injury in a work place, by a sports accident or by muscular spasms. There are also many diseases and pathological conditions that can lead to back pain. These include abdominal or pelvic disease, anxiety, arthritis, cervical or lumbar spondylosis, dermatological problems, kidney disease, rheumatic conditions, tumours and scoliosis. Our modern, sedentary lifestyles have a profound effect on the development of back pain; indeed one of the most effective ways of preventing it is simply to stay active. An average adult in the India spends at least two hours a day in front of a computer screen or television set, and back problems can be triggered if they don’t sit properly. In an age of mobile phones and computer games, such troubles are increasingly inflicting children of school age as well. Top tips for back care: For back pain, better to see your Doctor sooner than later. Take regular exercise – your Doctor can say what’s right for you. Hours in one position can cause problems – avoid computer ‘hump’. During repetitive tasks, vary your rhythm and take frequent breaks. Adjust car seats and on long journeys, take regular breaks to stretch. Pace yourself with heavy work such as gardening – don’t risk a disc! Watch children’s posture – they shouldn’t carry bags on one shoulder or spend too long at a computer without breaks. Avoid strain when lifting, particularly small children and shopping. Your bed could be part of the problem. Seek Doctor advice on choosing a new one. Take a hot bath or shower, soaking in a hot tub, or using a heating pad, hot water bottle, or heat wrap that provides continuous, low-level heat are all ways to bring healing warmth to your lower back.

Hi I am 27 years old male and I have anxiety effect from last one month some times I am feeling like getting heart attack but it is not physically in my body during anxiety my breathing and heart pulses were increasing. First of all you have to remove the all fear from your mind, be optimistic and see positive aspect in each issue. Avoid loneliness, be with family and friends. Chant some mantra of your liking like aum, aum namo shivay or aum namo bhagvate vasudevay namah or gayatri mantra regularly when ever gets time, reading of ramraksha or selected chapters of durgasptashati or hanuman chalisa. Proper sleep, exercise like morning walk, yoga and regular simple veg diet is useful, once in a week fasting or consuming only fruits 1- sarsvatarishta 15 ml + ashvagandharista 10 ml twice daily with water after food 2-daily scalp massage with almond oil before sleep 3- brahmivati 250 mg 2 tablets twice
