I’m having some issues with my mental health The thing is there is like a voice inside my head, thinking always about worst consequences, worst things I can not even imagine, and I can not even control this. I’m trying to forget it, trying not to pay attention to it but I’m just failing again & again. This type of thing has happened before but somehow I managed to overcome that, because it wasn't severe. But this time this is severe. I feel like hating myself for those worst things coming in my mind, but believe me I don't mean any of these. This problem is really bothering me, I can't enjoy my life, can't concentrate, can't spend time with family as those awful things coming into my mind. I’m really feeling helpless.

Dear lybrate-user, first you have to consult it with a psychologist or psychiatrist near from you because it will harm not only your mental health but physical health too. I don't mean to scare you but prevention is better than cure so consult with a specialist. If you want to consult with me you can call me or you can take an telephonic counseling. . Other then it start morning walk and yoga exercise. It will keep your mind relax and whenever you start feel that you are hearing that voice start deep breathing and during breathing give yourself positive affirmation that "i AM ABSOLUTELY FINE AND I HAVE A HEALTHY MIND" I CAN CONTROL MY IMAGINATIONS" I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL LIFE AND I AM ENJOYING IT FULLY. If you will regularly do these things you will feel good soon hopefully. Take care and be positive.

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food and one tablet of rantac (150mg) twicw daily before food 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take rest 5. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen, dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment.

Use alum (fitkari) wash your face and rub alum on it, then do not wipe it with water let it dry itself and take a bath after 20 minutes, drink aloe vera juice in morning regularly. Drink 4 to 5 litre water everyday but make sure you are not drinking water right after your meals, give a gap of 90 minutes after every meal.

Exercise is the most holistic medicine and for depression, it is excellent to help the body produce natural antidepressants. To obtain this last benefit you must do vigorous exercise for at least 25 minutes. Apart from that, you must work with a counselor too and learn some new skills and techniques to cope with the daily challenges that you will face as a depressed person. Staying Hydrated During Exercise

Staying hydrated during exercise is one of the most important things you can do for your body. Not only do you have more energy when you're hydrated, your performance improves and your workouts feel better. If your body is short on fluids, performance suffers, you get tired faster and, in some circumstances, you can end up with cramps, heat exhaustion or other problems that may sideline you from exercise.

Exercise and Fluid Replacement Guidelines

The guidelines for fluid replacement have changed over the years as we've learned more about the body and how important water is to our health.

Each of us will have individual requirements when it comes to fluid replacement. We exercise differently, sweat differently and workout in different climates and environments but, guidelines, set out by the American College of Sports Medicine, can help you figure out how to stay hydrated:

Hydration Tips For Runners

Drink about 17 ounces of fluid 2 to 3 hours before exercise.
Drink about 8 to 10 ounces of water 10 to 20 minutes before exercise.
Drink about 8 to 10 ounces of water every 15 minutes or so during your workout. You may find sipping water throughout your workout works as well.
If you exercise for more than an hour, consider a sports drink. Learn more about the the best sports drinks
Continue drinking water after your workout to replace any fluids lost.
The Symptoms of Dehydration

Dehydration can lead to a number of problems when you're exercising including dizziness, fatigue, diarrhea, vomiting, heat exhaustion or, extreme cases, heat stroke. These symptoms may be a sign you're dehydrated:

Headache
Feeling dizzy or lightheaded
Very dark urine (when you're properly hydrated, your urine is light or clear)
An inability to urinate
Dry mouth
If you do experience these symptoms, stop what you're doing and consider drinking a sports drink to help balance out your electrolytes.

The Symptoms of Hyponatremia

Some of us get so worried about dehydration, we end up drinking a little too much water, which can lead to water intoxication.

This happens when you lose too much salt through sweating, and, though you're replacing your fluids with water, you're not replacing the salt you've lost. While this is rare, it can be serious, leading to seizures, a coma or, in extreme cases, death. Some symptoms to watch out for include:

Muscle cramps
Nausea
Disorientation
Confusion and slurred speech
You can treat hyponatremia by eating salty foods or drinking a sports drink that contains sodium.

According to ayurveda, the reason for pimples is aggrevated pitta. Reduce pitta aggrevating diet like nuts, eggs, red chilly. Avoid milk and salt combination. Take care these pimples will heal early.

Home remedies for acne

1. Take nutmeg (jaiphal) and rub it on rough and clean surface with little amount of water till a paste is formed. Apply it on the affected area for 10-15 minutes and then wash it with water. Repeat it twice daily.
2. Take clove (lawang) and rub it on rough and clean surface with little amount of water till a paste is formed. Apply it on the affected area for 10-15 minutes and then wash it with water. Repeat it twice daily.
3. Take sandalwood (chandan) and rub it on rough and clean surface with little amount of water till a paste is formed. Apply it on the affected area for 10-15 minutes and then wash it with water. Repeat it twice daily.
