Strange pain/cramping feeling below right lower part of rib cage its been 3 month and I have changed 3 docs since then no improvement cramping feeling/pain is light but it is continues. Goodmorning sir I would suggest that you could do a cold water fermentation. What would also help you is too elevate your leg when your sleeping or lying down. If pain persists you could do tens treatment. This will reduce your pain.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Inform after 10 days.

keep your face dry, wash 4-5 time a day, apply retino-a cream at night and wash your face before sun rise as sun rays can darken your face. selenium 3x 3drops daily for 1-2 month. it will help. thanks

I am 30 year old male, I have 10% of white hair since 10 years. My beard hairs was completely black till 3 years back. Within just 3 year my beard hairs turns almost 50% white. You just do gentle stretching of whole body, do bhujang asana and in morning daily take a long walk. That might not give stress to your body and warm up and cool down is must.

Hello. Gently move the razor on these areas. Medication: start immediately with homoeopathic medication - sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and 10 drops of arnica montana q in 1/2 cup of water and apply on the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor. Repeat the above process every 3rd day for few months. Also take a multivitamin follihair/ 1 tablet daily for 3 months.

Make a shampoo by mixing 100 g each of amla (indian goose berry), reetha, and shikakai and boil in two liters of water until the liquid reduces to half. Use this shampoo for your hair for at least one month. Your hair will become thick. Mix equal amount of warm castor and almond oil and massage over scalp at least once a week. Make a hair pack by mixing amla (indian goose berry) powder with one egg. Apply it to your hair and leave for half an hour. Wash hair.

Causes for Premature Grey Hair • Graying or whitening of hair earlier than expected usually runs in the family. • Long periods under stress due to work intensity and tension. • A serious disease like typhoid can also act as the catalyst for graying of hair. • Intake of too much of alcohol, tea and coffee can cause graying of hair as well. • Eating too many oily and fried foods is another reason for graying of hair. • Using excessive amount of spices in your food. • Integrating too many food items that are sour and acidic in your diet. • Not having essential nutrients like copper in your food can also cause grey hair as melanin’s production gets hit due to the deficiency. • Lack of Vitamin C and Vitamin B in your diet. Natural Remedies to Reduce Grey Hair 1. Coconut Oil and Curry Leaves Coconut oil and curry juice remain one of the best natural remedies for hair strengthening. Using coconut oil with curry leaves works best and the remedy brings result if the oil is applied consistently over the scalp for 90 days. Just massage the mixture for 15-20 minutes into the scalp. Proper application generally leads to reduction in dandruff and hair loss while also helps in thickening your hair and in enhancing black hair growth. 2. Alma, Curd and Lemon Juice Pack Alma powder works very well with curd and lemon juice and is extremely useful in enhancing grey hair growth and in limiting grey hair. The mixture is formed by adding buttermilk and curry leaves juice in an equal amount in any small vessel before boiling it mildly. The mixture formed is then applied over the scalp for around 30-35 minutes before being washed off by using lukewarm water. 5. Sesame Oil and Carrot Juice Sesame oil and carrot juice is mixed with Methi seed powder before being left for drying under the sun. After 21 days, the mixture is deemed ready for application. Gentle massaging of the mixture over the scalp for 15-30 minutes every day for a period of 90 days brings the best results. 6. Onion Juice Onion juice is a remedy that was used before hair dyes were introduced to deal with grey and white hair. Simply rubbing onions or onion juice over your scalp can get great results. However, you will have to deal with the smell somehow if you would use this remedy to reverse the process of graying of hair. Natural Home Remedies for Premature Graying of Hair: How to Prevent Grey Hair Having seen the natural remedies that can reverse graying of hair and that can increase growth of black hair, let’s see the change in habits that can help you ensure that you don’t get grey hair anytime in the future either. 1. Quit Smoking The major reason for growth of grey hair prematurely is that the body starts to age prematurely. Smoking is a bad lifestyle choice and causes the body to age before time. The habit leads not only to grey hair but also to a wide variety of complications in life and therefore, quitting it remains integral. 2. Avoid Junk Food, Coffee and Alcohol Coffee, alcohol and junk food all are devitalizing and excessive usage of these items usually leads to premature aging. As a consequence, you start to look older than normal and your jet black hair start to turn grey. So, if you’re serious about preventing grey hair growth then you would have to avoid junk food, coffee and alcohol as much as possible. 3. This results in better hair growth and in prevention of graying of hair as well. 5. Keep a Healthy Diet A healthy diet ensures that your body gets all the nutrients it needs to function properly. A proper diet so as to prevent grey hair should incorporate food items that are rich in minerals and vitamin A along with iron. Yogurt and cereals are rich in these nutrients while green vegetables and yellow fruits are equally great sources too. Such a diet aided with regular water intake usually ensures that you don’t get premature grey hair. 6. Take Supplements Another measure which can help with preventing grey and white hair is the use of such supplements which are rich in the 8 B complex vitamins. You can either buy a multivitamin that comes with all of the B complex family vitamins or you can get a pill that has all the B complex vitamins for this purpose. To build muscles and to remain healthy, you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice.
