for reducing weight..pls do follow a regular fat free diet wid some exercises..tats enough..no need of any commercial pdts as of my opinion..as it may hav some hw or other side effects..

Hello,Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. In general, it is recommended that you wait for 2 to 3 hours between your last meal and bedtime. This allows digestion to occur and the contents of your stomach to move into your small intestine. If you are prone to cold and flu then it's definitely advisable to avoid having curd at night. For dinner, opt for chaas or raita (maybe mint and jeera raita) to aid digestion. You could also add fenugreek to calm the stomach of any indigestion."Also cucumber is good for health .

Copper T has nothing to do with knee pain. Anyways, you need to get x ray done of knees and consult orthopaedician for the same.

Please follow the below recommendation for your conditions: Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. Thanks.

Knee pain- reasons can be-* cold weather *sitting in inconvenient posture constantly, without changing your position or without movement, *wearing ill fitting sandals, *lack of exercise or *internal disorder like arthritis. Point to observe- * if you have difficulty in climbing stairs, take lift while going upstairs. If there is no lift, go up slowly. * if it is due to strain of games or injury, take rest. * if it is due to obesity, reduce weight. * if it is due to constant sitting at a particular posture, change posture and engage in slow walk. * walking regularly at slow pace without unduly straining helps as it improves blood circulation around knee and eases the joint. *you can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good. Coconut oil will be soothing in summer. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take bryonia 200---twice daily morning and evening and give feedback after 7 days

I I think any infection in your body .for D3 and B12 start medicine .do blood test also cbc esr widol and urine r/m, then understand main reason. Sometime also B12 create pain.
