Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Hello Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. hello your mother and u need not worry, diabetic medicines work effectively with regular exercise like walking or yoga and stretching together with healthy balanced diet. include foods like green tea, tea-coffee without sugar, diluted salted lassi, lemon water, salad vegetables like onion, cucumber, tomato, kakri, cabbage; fruits like watermelon, melon. she can start her day with 5 almonds soaked overnight and 4 whole black pepper alongwith green tea and an apple. also she should take green tea before going to bed. avoid foods like mango, banana, arbi, zimikand, cheeku. take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. thank u

you should have balanced diet as per your bodyweight and height ht in cm 100+wt in kg your diet should have plenty of leafy vegetables and cereals, carbohydrate and fat and protein fruits and lot water avoid red meat as far as possible instead have lean meat like chicken, fish,eggs etc go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises yes you can go to gym but do it in moderation and get your blood pressure checked up.

Gaining & weight is not a simple process. You have to be very particular about tour food choices and only taking supplements not going to help you much. Make yourself motivated and join weight gain programme under the supervision of dietician to get good results.

Hi. I advice you include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sprouts, eggs, milk and milk products, combination of cereal and pulses. Take heavy breakfast. No drinks before and with meals. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. You are weak you should take proper sleep and diet you take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

Thanks for the query. Tiredness is due to poor intake of nutrients and lack of energy. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well.    Exercise at least thrice a week.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
