1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. 3. If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 4. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 5. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 6. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. 7. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. 8. Feel confident about yourself. 9. For a customised plan, you can consult me privately.

Exercise regularly with a high protein, low fat diet to lose fat and gain muscle mass. Restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only which are rich in fibre and fill you up with lesser calories. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Eat small and at frequent intervals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. Take care of the posture while studying or working on the laptop or mobile. My mother age is 65 her MRI report is Acute osteoporosis compression fracture of D-11 & L1 vertibralbodies. And in ultrasound dignost CLD problem kindly guide me right. She fallen down on bed before one year that time she feel pain li left shoulder it was treated. After that pain in her back and both side of stomach and leg. Kindly guide me the best. Hi there. Your mom fell 1 years ago and the pain has started now. You can start with vitD3 suppliments along with calcium. Put a brace. Also consult a physio for mobility and strengthening exercises.
