For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Polycystic ovary means your daughters overy has many cysts. Usually follicles mature and one ovary burst and ovum is released on 14th day of menstrual cycle. In your daughter's case this follicles does not mature more than 6-7mm, it shows a shape of ring and looks like pearl. And ovulation doesn't happen. This is a hormonal issue. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. No details of what type of side effects and Medicines taken Any Diabetic has to keep different blood sugar levels within a range. Proper diet at proper time, regular exercise, prompt medications as advised by doctors are most important things. Blood tests are to be done in Fasting state on getting up , 1 1/2 hours after principal meal and just before dinner. Take these readings to your doctor and take that advice

Avoidable things in leukoderma is curd, tamarind, raw tomato, raw onion, raw garlic, brinjal, papaya, green chili, pickles, citrus fruits & citrus fruit items / juices as oranges, lemon even grapes are strictly restricted. Fish and red meat should also be restricted. Oily / spicy food & non vegetarian food intake should be lowered. Milk & milk product intake to be lowered (not in case of kids). One should not take medicines containing amla (gooseberry - a rich source of vit. C). Get your hair trimmed once in 3 months and follow the below:- 1. Beer works as an excellent hair tonic. The proteins (hops and malt) in beer help repair damaged hair cuticles and provide nourishment to hair follicles. This in turn adds shine and luster to your hair. 1. Wash your hair with shampoo and then apply flat beer from the root to the ends. 2. Massage the beer thoroughly into your scalp using circular motions. 3. Allow it to sit for about five minutes and then rinse it off. 4. Follow this remedy once every two weeks. 2. Coconut oil:-to get shiny hair, it is important to provide nourishment by applying oil to your hair regularly. Coconut oil (organic and unrefined) is one of the best options. It helps restore moisture to dry and damaged hair, in turn making it shiny and healthy. Apply warm coconut oil on your hair, from the root to the ends. Massage for a few minutes and then wrap your hair in a shower cap or towel for at least 30 minutes. Rinse your hair with water, then shampoo and condition like normal. Another option is to add a few curry leaves to two tablespoons of coconut oil. Heat it until warm. When cool, massage the oil gently onto the scalp and hair.
