After one week my marriage arrived. I have so many small acne and pimples on my face. What can I do to reduce these. What can I do for glowing and flawless skin. Give me most adorable response on this regard.in starting in my teen-ager I have face acne and pimples problem. I thanked after some time these problems reduce automatically. But that's not happening. Now my marriage is coming in next week. So give me suggestions for glowing skin.

Take Cp. Amoxicillin 500 mg twelve hourly one after breakfast and one after dinner for five days and for a glowing skin Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Start cap. Optimum nutrition fish oil 2 caps daily after meals you ll start feeling things by 3rd week continue for 3 months . Also check your 1. TFT 2. Vitamin D3 levels 3. Calcium levels 4. CBC with ESR 5. Lipid profile follow with reports.

hi your height can grow till 25 year take following remedies 1.flax seed powder 1 tsp after lunch and dinner with warm water 2.lakshadi guggul 2 tab twice a day 3.ashwgandha churna 1 tsp with milk at 6.30 pm exercise 1.swimming 2.skiping 3.pull-ups 4.suryanamaskar

Change your food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, milk end milk products. Take prosup powder 2 spoon in aglass of milk after work out with breakfast end 2 spoon after dinner. Take 1 calcium tablet after dinner with this milk. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking will help you. You have 3 years to increase height.

My body temperature decrease in the morning 95.7, 96.3 what is the reason or it is dangerous.
It can be slight hormonal dis-balance, through which temperature may fluctuate, follow this natural therapy to bring it to normal at all times: there are 2 kinds of tulsi leaves we come across. One is" ram tulsi" (which is lighter in shade) and the other one is" shyam tulsi" (which is darker in shade) you have to consume 10-15 leaves of" shyam tulsi" which means the leaves with darker shade. Take 10 to 15 leaves of shyam tulsi and grind it into a paste. Boil this paste in 200 ml of water until the water comes down to the level of 100 ml. Consume this water swallowing (never chew tulsi) the leave remains daily in 3 installments without break. I guarantee you that you will feel better after some days. Besides natural remedies doesn't even have any side effects along with them.

Its been a week I'm suffering from medium fever. And my both shoulders are in pain. Thus it takes much longer time to get sleep. Normally I don't take any medicine for fever. Shall I need to take medicines for this or its just a seasonal fever?

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take adequate rest
