Dear lybrate-user, just pain in body is not a problem. Check for your vitamin and calcium levels in the body. Deficiency of calcium nd vitamins increases weakness due to that you suffer pains. Take vitamins and calcium rich food. According to reports after b12 nd d3 test. Take pills.

Hi doc, how to improve back muscle strength? I also have muscle spasm in cold season. It's Sudden occurrence and becomes worse by walking. Please advice.

Pleas start with stretching first. One week stretch then start Stretching Strength exercise. Always start Exe only after Stretch. If body pain increases then first check Calcium, Vit D3, and B12 checked. Hope other parameters are ok.

Hello according to your condition you have to take hot water fermentation through towel and do it 3 times in a day duration-15 min along with stretching and back exercises like straingh leg raising, bridging with -20 min repetition -5 sec hold do it for 3 days sure you will get well soon take care.

I am a 27 years old male. I have a tightness inside the heart and back pain while walk. My face will be swollen after I get up from the bed. I went for ECO, ECG, Thread mill test etc and cardiologist told me that my heart is perfectly fine. Do I have to go for angiogram and a test my kidneys because the back pain is also suffering me a lot.

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user, you say that you have been checked for any cardiac issues by a cardiologist so I shall rule out that. The back pain and the swelling of the face are suggestive of some problem in your kidneys. If you see swelling in your limbs as well you should see a nephrologist.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Sir/mam in my right leg in near ankle its pain so much. Some times in night uncertain pain occurs. It is from 5 year and have no swelling issue in xray every bone is ok.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment 2. Learn spinal exercises 3. Wear sports shoes only 4. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum 5. Don't sit on floor 6. Don't lift heavy things 7. Do hot fermentation twice a day 8. Apply volini cream before sleeping.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. Hi I am having swelling n paon in my left knee area. Its not in the knee but exact up n sideways. I am not taking any medication only applying volini. Its does give relief but for some time. Never had this problem before but after fever in september it started. Know from a week its aggravated. Its feels heavy wen I lift my leg as compared to right leg.

Hello- try these tips- 1. Try to wear a orthopedic belt to minimise strain on your back. 2. Avoid excessive travelling to further avoid damage to your back. 3. Increase dairy products in your meals, they provide nourishment to the nerves and muscle surrounding the vertebrae. 4. Use ashwagandha powder+garlic bud and make decoction in milk +water and boil it half. Use this mixing sugar in it twice daily. >you will feel no need of painkiller after 15 days of the treatment.

Why I always feel lower back back pain during morning wake up? And also when I do work in bend position. Kindly suggest some to get rid of this.

Avoid bending forwards and try squatting instead if you need to reach something at a lower surface. Start with tummy tucking exercise and extension exercises of the back like prone on elbows or hands, hip extension exercises.
