Hi take hot water bath twice daily, sleep on hard and even mattress. Do yoga. Kindly rule out your diabetes, calcium, vitamin d and other metabolic disorders. Best wishes.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from Back pain- * First correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back.You can use lumber belt for support. * Do regular back strength exercises.Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * Do not sleep on very soft bed ,sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * Do Tadasana and Bhjangasana for back strengthening.If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. * Take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin D supplements regularly. *Do not Take any heavy weight or heavy work. *follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight. Renal stones have multiple reasons. Most common one is low water intake. But ideally that's only a minor cause and is not the real reason behind stone formation. Stone formation happens due to disturbed mineral metabolism in the body and hence they start accumulating and forming into a stone. So we are advised to reduce coconut water and seed variety vegetables and so on. But the problem is not with the foods but with the body. Usual treatment and management of stones is towards removing the stone by either surgical procedure or medicines that will reduce the size, but to prevent we are advised to reduce or stop foods that contain calcium etc. But what you need is medicine that can correct your body's metabolism so that it doesn't allow calcium to accumulate. Homeopathic constitutional remedies are aimed at preventing, correcting and reducing the stone overall. So not only current stone comes out, further recurrence is also prevented.

this might be lumbar spondylosis / sciatica pain get done MRI L-S spine.& consult privately. 1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. LIFE-STYLE CORRECTION 1) Correct your sitting posture. 2) Take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) Foot should rest to floor easily. 4) Take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) Do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

dear it's medical condition that can be managed up to great extent with some safety precautions along with some medicine. but in cases where prohibited is not relived by 6 months. then no doubt rf ablation of definitely a option to treat it non surgical way.coccygectomy is not first choice. But all options depending on clinical status of patients

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and In a known case of diabetic we need to control sugar levels with medication, aerobic exercise and following a diabetic diet.

Runner's Knee - Know How to Deal With it!

Runner's knee is a painful condition that is usually encountered by athletes who indulge in varied exercises like running, jumping, walking, biking and more, on a regular or professional basis. The kneecap is a region that gets affected with aches and pain when a person is suffering from Runner's knee. This condition can occur due to a fall or constant bending of the knee, which can lead to misalignment of the knee joints and knee cap. Also, weak muscles and lack of balance during physical activities can add to the risk of contracting this condition.

Here's how you can deal with it.

Give it Rest: Literally! Suffering from Runner's knee could also mean that your body is trying to ask you to slow down. Wear and tear from excessive levels of physical activity can lead to Runner's knee, and in such cases, the best way to come back to peak physical form is to take some rest so that the knee is free of activity and consequent pain until it is ready to take on exercise again.

- The Only Way is 'Up': When you are suffering from pain in the region behind and around the knee cap due to Runner's knee, the best way to alleviate the pain is to place your knee in an elevated position. Get yourself some comfortable cushions and pile a few of them up before placing your knee on top. This position will give support even as blood circulation increases and inflammation, if any, decreases.

- Anti-inflammation Medication: See your doctor for chronic Runner's knee and find out if you are suffering from inflammation which may require the help of medication. This medication can bring down and gradually eliminate the inflammation or swelling, to give you relief from the pain. Remember to check for side effects before you take these medicines, though.

- Strengthening Exercises: A sure shot way of dealing with chronic pain is to do some muscle strengthening exercises as prescribed by your orthopaedic specialist or a physiotherapist. Doing these exercises will give your muscles the strength to support your knees in a better way while you indulge in athletic activities. Remember to substantiate these exercises with a calcium and protein rich diet as well.

- Cold Compress: In case you have had a fall or suffered an injury which has led to Runner's knee, you can make use of a cold compress or an ice pack to relieve the pain for some time. Ice is a well-known treatment for acute and sudden pain.

Runner's knee is a condition that needs care, rest, and medication if it is persistent. If these methods do not help, you should consult a doctor for scans and tests.

Seated Hamstring Stretch While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds Repeat 3 times for each leg. Piriformis Stretch 1.Lie on your back. 2.Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3.Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. 4.Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5.Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6.Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.

Have xray of your left ankle ap & lateral views This is quite a common condition Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take 1-1 tab mahayograj guggul twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Take green vegetables. Do exercises. Do pranayama early in the morning. Drink minimum 7-8 glass of water everyday. Take 7hrs sleep minimum.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again. Contact your family doctor or nearest hospital for emergency help.

Dear lybrate user. Back pain can be due to multipe reasons, from simple muscular spasm to complicated disc herniation or spine joints arthritis. My advise would be to consult a specialist for proper examination & treatment further than indulging in pain medication for symtomatic relief. Idea is to treat the disease if any & not the symptom.
