Egg white works well in order to lighten the pimple marks and the pimple scars. Take a fresh egg and break the egg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Apply this egg white on the pimple marks. After 10-15 minutes, wash with the cold water. Baking Soda Take some baking soda. Mix some water with the baking soda and apply this mixture on the pimple marks. Baking soda serves as an agent that carries out micro dermabrasion on the skin and helps to clear the pimple marks on the face and body. Tomatoes Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A, which helps nourish the dead skin while rejuvenating it. Vitamin A helps by healing the skin and by helping facilitate quick growth of the skin while removing the scars. Using tomatoes to help heal the scars on the skin is not a lengthy process, but it is rather simple. Just take a tomato, slice it and make it into a pulp. Apply the pulp on the face and leave it on for twenty minutes’ time. Then, wash it off with some warm water. You could also mix cucumbers with it. Make a paste out of all of cucumbers and tomatoes and apply as a face mask. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with some cool water. Follow this method two days at a time every week and observe the results.

Few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water and I will suggest you to follow up with reports.

Just by taking warm water and honey, it will not help you to lose body fat. You have to eat clean and do some intense exercise. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Just do this small exercise: Sleep with legs raised up from waist against the wall straight up, making 90 degree angle for 5 mins. Its better you do in early morning, else you can do it anytime. This will make your blood flow increased towards brain and other vital organs and make you sleepy with 10-15 mins. For any more queries you are most welcomed. :)

For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months.

For hair loss - eat more protein- checkup for b12, iron, iodine, thyroid- massage scalp with castor oil. Do not eat unhealthy food. Do not take stress do not wash your hair too often. Cover hair in sun. For smooth hair- use apple cider vinegar with conditioner. Use henna pack oil often, condition after wash, use hair serum. Go for regular hair cut. Stay away from flat irons and curlers.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay close attention to your food choice. · Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. · While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. · Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. · Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. · Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. · Eat plenty of salads. · Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. · Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. · Have an early dinner. Hey, please see the following naturopathy tips to lose weight, answer is bit long but do read to get benefits: Naturopathy believes that Mother Nature has every remedy for our problems, it believes in preventing the problem instead of just curing it. I am suggesting you some simple lifestyle changing tips that will not just make your body proportionate and give you a desired shape but will also help you obtain a healthy body. You can come over it very easily due to your determination. 1.Make sure you are walking at least 5000 steps every day. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime. Buy a pedometer to check how much step you walk, its a cheap gadget available in medical shops. 2.You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course foods of the day. 3.Eat handfull of roasted almond every day. 4.Try having your dinner before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you to lose your weight. 5.Try to sleep before 11: 00 P. Hello lybrate-user- night is meant for sleeping. Studying at night will disturb your sleep cycle and hence will make your brain weak, it will also ruin your eye power. So go to bed before 10 pm, wake up as early as possible if you want to study because in morning time the brain tissue is almost 95% active and has a higher capacity to memorize as compared to that of night hours. Moreover waking up early morning will also benefit your health and you can give your 100% in other fields in future too.

Do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose) 6. avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 7. drink plenty of water daily. 8.Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

My age is 29 and my hairs are turning white rapidly I do not know the reason. What to do to recover them. Please help...
1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.
