Lunch ? Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (Indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk. For further assistance you can concern me privately.

Sir I have a vertigo problem how this vertigo will come what is the symptoms and cure.

Sir I have a vertigo problem how this vertigo will come what is the symptoms and cure.
Vertigo is often caused by an inner ear problem. Some of the most common causes include: bppv. These initials stand for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Bppv occurs when tiny calcium particles (canaliths) clump up in canals of the inner ear. The inner ear sends signals to the brain about head and body movements relative to gravity. It helps you keep your balance. Bppv can occur for no known reason and may be associated with age. Meniere's disease. This is an inner ear disorder thought to be caused by a buildup of fluid and changing pressure in the ear. It can cause episodes of vertigo along with ringing in the ears (tinnitus) and hearing loss. Vestibular neuritis or labyrinthitis. This is an inner ear problem usually related to infection (usually viral). The infection causes inflammation in the inner ear around nerves that are important for helping the body sense balance. Treatment for vertigo depends on what's causing it. In many cases, vertigo goes away without any treatment. This is because your brain is able to adapt, at least in part, to the inner ear changes, relying on other mechanisms to maintain balance. For some, treatment is needed and may include: vestibular rehabilitation. This is a type of physical therapy aimed at helping strengthen the vestibular system. The function of the vestibular system is to send signals to the brain about head and body movements relative to gravity.

Usually diabetes medicines don't result in change in urine colour. However, if you are taking vitamins, then it is possible. Please start drinking extra water. If it persists, please check a urine routine.

I assume you are talking about muscle cramps in your calf muscles. You can start taking Vit E tab (like Tab Evion LC), once daily (for a month minimum), along with a pain-killer tablet which suits you. I can advise you Tab Voveron SR 75 mg twice daily after food, along with Tab Pan 40 once daily before breakfast (both to be taken for 3-4 days). Along with these medication you can start exercises in form of calf muscle streching and knee and ankle movement exercises (or can consult a physiotherapists). Or if you have any other query regarding this or something else, you can consult me privately.

I have pain on right hand side chest from 6 months. please tell me method about cure it.

I have pain on right hand side chest from 6 months. please tell me method about cure it.
Hi lybrate-user, There can be many reasons which lead to the development of this condition. Identification of the cause of the disease is essential to provide proper treatment. Broadly rib pain is treated like this: / The treatment for rib cage pain primarily depends on the cause of the pain. Rest and immobilization are the best cures that are available for ribcage pain. If the pain is the result of a minor injury like a pulled muscle or so, then a cold compress will be just enough to provide the required comfort. Do not apply the cold compress directly onto your chest, but place it on your chest region after covering the compress with a clean towel. Having OTC painkillers like also helps to provide pain relief in this case. / A prescription medication will be given to you if the home remedies are not working. The prescription will also be effective in case the pain is due to a fracture in the ribs. A compression wrap, which is a tight elastic bandage wound over the chest, will also be done. This wrap splints the area of the chest and holds it in a tight manner to prevent further injury and pain. But, see that the compression doesn’t become too tight that one experiences difficulty in breathing. This will in turn lead to the condition of pneumonia. / If the condition has arisen due to bone cancer, then the physician will try to isolate the location of the cancer and then try to remove* unwanted growths surgically. If the tumor or growth is too big, then surgical removal becomes impossibility. In such a case, a chemo therapy or a radiation therapy is first performed to shrink the size of the tumor. After the tumor has shrunk, then it can be removed by using surgical means. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

I have an addiction to alcohol and after drinking I feel very good to play my guitar with singing. I think it's about two and a half years, I am continuously doing this. I drink about 300 ml daily at night. What should I do?

Hi. Start with homoeopathic medication by Schwabe - Quercus Robur 1x/ thrice a day daily for 4 weeks. Start taking fresh, nutritive, balanced and healthy food consisting more of seasonal fruits, green vegetables, pulses, legumes, nuts, flaxseeds, 10-12 glasses of water in a day, 6-8hrs. of sleep daily and think healthy! Can also practice yoga which also helps in get rid up this habit and detoxify your body! Yoga Poses: -Marichyasana: It is performed by sitting in a comfortable position on the floor. Sit cross-legged on the floor and pull your right thigh towards your chest. Twist your body towards the right side. Repeat the twist on the left side. -Suryanamaskar: To begin with, hold your hands folded in front of you (as in the Indian Namaskara pose) and look at the sun. Raise your hands straight upwards in the folded position. Bend down and touch your feet. Stretch one leg outwards and arch your body backwards. Bend forward in the downward dog pose and then rest your entire body on your belly. Next, slowly lift up your torso in the cobra pose. Now, return back to the downward dog pose and all the other poses you have performed before it in the return sequence. Ultimately, you will return to the folded hands pose which you have started with. -Baddha Konasana is performed in a seated posture. Start by sitting with your legs stretched outwards. Now fold one leg and then the next, and place them with the soles of the feet in contact with each other. Remain seated in the position for as long as you can. -Balasana helps in combating alcoholism by strengthening the mind of the alcohol addict. This asana relieves mental stress and fatigue and improves blood circulation to the brain. To perform this asana, kneel down, touch the floor with your forehead and stretch out your hands in the front.
