Hii Dr. I am 24 years old, my body is unable to handle temperature difference, I mean when I am in office there it is cold but at the same time when I am coming outside temperature is warm now a days and when reach home I get fever. Why I am facing this plm?

Homeopath,
Hii Dr. I am 24 years old, my body is unable to handle temperature difference, I mean when I am in office there it is...
Dear lybrate-user, all human beings as rule of thumb are warm blooded animals, ie we have thermostat mechanism which mainatains favourable yet constant tempreture for our body system, Some animals which belongs to genus reptiles/amphibian etc are called cold blooded, like snakes crocodile where they require external sources, unlike c old blooded creatures our body and your body knows to handle tempreture llike one you are facing now a days! second worry is Feverish feeling which you are undergoing, yes some people are sensitive to tempreture changes which occurs at change of season and they may be more prone for viral infections /flu like sickness/seasonal cold etc ,if you continue to feel feverish, check your oral (mouth) tempreture by thermometer and read whether it crossed red mark (98. 6F), if so get check with blood reports and seek medical advise or else relax ,wear heavy clothing if required, avoid ice or cold driks when your body is heated etc stay hydrated, eat seasonal fruits ,cucumber and tomatoes, this will strengthene your immune responses. Right now as per your description your are absolutely normal, feel blessed and take care, for more you may write to me.

Medicines for anxiety disorders are known as anti- anxiety medications. They are not antibiotics. But are different class of drugs that work by maintaining the optimum level of certain neurotransmitters in your brain to stabilise your mood and reduce your anxiety.

Use kz cream twice daily. Fungal infection. Also called jock itch, when occurs in groin. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. May be red or black in colour. Treatment depending on the type and severity. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it. As it has to be differentiated from eczema, bacterial and viral infection, doctor need to see to confirm the diagnosis. So, meet me in my clinic or do direct online consultation by sending photos for detailed information and medicine for treatment.

Hi, I used to a walker during my college days and have a lot of stamina. However after 10 years of work life my stamina has taken a huge hit. I Am not able to be active like I used to be. I maintain a good appetite and I am not obese, but I want to regain my stamina. Please suggest.

Dietitian/Nutritionist, Delhi
For stamina n energy, you should have a wholesome diet with enough proteins (eggs, fish, chicken, milk & its products, nuts -seeds etc) and good quality fats (rich in MUFA-PUFA) and moderate carbohydrate intake with focus on high fibre. Hydrate yourself properly and include enough fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not have long gaps between meals and do not skip meals at all. Have a good breakfast before you leave for work with source of protein in it. Workout for 45 mins daily be it brisk walk, any sport, swimming, etc .Some exercise while sitting at the desk would be useful too. For antioxidants have variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and the right cooking oil, fish, nuts and oilseeds for omega 3 fatty acids. Both these (antioxdants and omega 3 fatty acids) will help control aging and take care of heart health. Contact us directly for a comprehensive and tailored diet plan to meet all your needs.

Dear lybrate-user, Backpain, joint pains and headache at an age of 31, without being overweight, needs evaluation to rule out inflammatory arthritis, but before you go for any investigation, my recommendation would be for you would be to have a look at your life style, be active, exercise regularly, have healthy food and watch if your symptoms improve. Give yourself a time of at least 2 weeks and see if this works. Let us know if this helped you. Thanks.

Dear user At 33 years you have 160/95 mm of hg Though technically it should be considered as a case of HBP not requiring medicine but lifestyle change modification as a first step in HBP line of treatment Low salt intake in well balanced diet Avoid obesity all times Walk half hour daily Sleep 7-8 hours daily This can be tried for 6-12 months and check Bp every 2 months If BP does not come under control you will have to take drugs lifelong Regards.

How can I loose my weight ?I am having high bp sometimes. Suggest me the best way to loose weight.
Make necessary dietary changes and combine it with 40 min brisk walk / exercise / gymming and you can easily shed weight. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less (or avoid completely if want to lose fast) and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Have plenty of water and sleep well. Destressing also helps shed weight optimally If you need us to help you with proper customised Diet plans for weight loss, you can opt for our online program or contact us through Lybrate' private consult'
