1. Include whole grains in the diet, such as wheat bread/pasta and brown rice. 2. Cheese and yogurt prepared with skimmed (nonfat) milk may be taken. 3. Use garlic, onion, bitter gourd, spinach, raw banana, and black plum. 4. Make a flour mixture of 1 part barley, 1 part black chickpeas, and 4 parts whole-wheat flour and use this to form pancakes and bread. 5. Avoid sweet, sour, and salty foods, potatoes, sweet potatoes, colocasia (taro), yams, fresh grains and pulses (legumes), whole yogurt (high in fat), and heavy, oily and spicy foods. 6. Avoid sweet fruits like pineapple, grapes, mangoes, etc. 7. Start doing some light exercise, such as brisk walking. Build up to a brisk walk of 30-40 minutes in the morning and again in the evening. 8. Avoid sleeping during daytime 9. Visit your physician every month.

Respected hi sorry to tell but you have been conveyed wrong information regarding length of penile urethra. There are no medicines to increase length of penile urethra & only glans penetrates deepest in vagina to give sex pleasure to female not whole penis dear thanks regards.

Water also plays imp. Role in hair fall. Try to use mineral water for head bath, take at least once for 2-3 days, you take hair wash. Always use lukewarm water for head bath. Dont go for very hot water. Don't comb when your hair is wet, better avoid hair dryer, colouring. T/ts. Apart of those precautions, massage lukewarm oil (if its herbal-good) min. 1-2 hrs b4 head bath. While choosing hair oil, see the ingredients. Like amla, hibiscus, bhringaraja, wiesbaden, arnica etc. R good.(if you cant make it. Even shampoo also should b mild, gentle, better herbal. Take diet with proteins more. Either in non. Veg r veg. Avoid dieting, sleepless n8s, stress. Inspite of all above, still problem continues, consult doctor.

Mix required amounts of gram flour, lemon juice and curd or yogurt. Apply this paste on tan affected area of forehead and face. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with water. This is an exclusive face pack prepared at home to remove tan from your skin in a very easy and effective way. A mixture of egg white, milk cream and honey works excellent against skin tanning. Mix tomato juice with honey or yogurt and apply it daily on skin to remove tanning.

Hi lybrate-user, 50-100 hair strands falling per day is normal. But if you are experiencing thinning of hair, of changes in hair texture or widened visibility of scalp, then a treatment is required. Hair fall/loss can be due to variety of causes. However, many of them can be controlled and dealt with. Most common cause is nutrient deficiency which can be rectified my oral medications and supplements. There are medicines available for local application which are also known to give significant results. Treatments like mesotherapy, microneedilling and PRP show significant long term effects. Hello lybrate-user thanks for your question in lybrate. The causes for backache are many eg: wrong sitting/ lying posture. Long standing/ sitting carrying heavy weights bending suddenly any physical injury long driving. Herniation in vertebral disc if it is long standing pain and many. Due to aggravation of vata dosha. Shivering may be cause of nervous. Try to avoid the cause, if any one of these. Always have erect posture while sitting and relax back muscle once in 40 mins. Tips to manage have light veg food on time, which improves digestion powder. Food rich in fibre to rule out constipation. Do minimal exercise acc to your capacity. Avoid vayu aggravating foods like potatoes, brinjal, channa, rajmah, peas, fermented items, spicy items. Rx myaxyl liniment ext application night before sleeping. Lumbatone 1 _ 0 _ 1 a/ f for 3 days. Sahacharadi taila massage regularly for 10 mins before bath for 40 days.

My mother is 48 years old and she has a problem of osteoarthritis in her right leg. As we showed to doctors, they say the cartilage between joints of knee is almost finished i.e there is less space and which restricts my mother to walk fast, to use stairs ets. Also they said that the left knee is good enough for now but too much , but with time that will also get affected as whole weight will be on left leg. They have given some medicines for making of cartilage like "CARTIGEN-DN" and some calcium doses, some painkillers (if required). Also they said do rest as much as she can. The reason for such problem is being overweight. She weighs 100ks but she eats normal food and she drinks lot of water but still her weight is this much. Also she has now started going to physician for some affective exercises but from 2-3 day she is facing some kind of pain in her one side hip bone. I just want to ask for diet plan to take and what other measures are there for such problem.

At 48 metabolism slows down, menopause sets in causing physiological weight gain. Get opinion from ortho regarding joint replacement. Walking is not the exercise for her, her knees will get weaker. Reduce sugar and salt to bare minimum. No sweets. Lemon juice + spoon of honey in warm water on empty stomach everyday in morning. Apple cider vinegar diluted with water, as much as she likes. Green tea/clear soups/warm water every 2 hours to wash away accumulated acids in stomach to avoid acidity. Seasonal vegetables and fruits to suit her constitution-as much as she likes. Gentle massage with any oil to improve circulation and to burn the fats. Yoga under a trainer or guidance of a cd or physiotherapist only 1 meal per day in evenings with less fats, more proteins like toned milk, curd & salads. Reduce weight @ 5 kg per month only. Do not reduce her calcium intake. Work like a team taking help of ortho, physio, nutition therapist.

For a glowing face Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Dear sir/madam, I am 40 years old past 6 months I am suffering with knee pain & legs having slight swelling, my weight is 82 kg, I wont get time for walking & exercise. I am working women, these days I am not able to sit on floor and low seating while getting up my knees were paining a lot my office timing are 9: 30 to 6: 30 and my journey up and down 3 hours. Dear you are suffering from osteoarthritis of the knee joints. You will have to reduce your weight drastically by what ever means (consult a dietician). You must change your life style. Use a commode and avoid stairs. Learn exercises from a physiotherapist and spare time for doing them as you spare time for bathing, pooja or eating. They are simple and can be done any where. Even in office and while waiting for bus or metro. Do hot fomentation and apply a pain killer gel and support your knees with 6" crepe bandages 2 for each knee. Take a sachet of collaflex for about 3 months and a pain killer sos. If of no avail. Consult an ortho. Surgeon and get investigated and x-rayed. Take care.

Please wait fro few more days, may be the skin will regain its original texture and context, even if it remains like this please visit your dentist/surgeon. Ask his advice. He may advise biopsy/histopathogical examination of the lesion.

Pimples are due to hormonal changes, pollution, excess sweating on face, application of cosmetics, wash your face 4 times daily with face washes meant for acne stop applying any creams on face except pimples ointment take Dr. Prescribed tablets depending on severity avoid junk foods avoid milk foods getting pimples in teenage is normal for any person but not taking treatment modifies your face with lot of problems like marks and scars to correct these problems it needs peels, dermaroller and lasers.

Hello, Apply Homoeopathic medicine – Thiosinaminum Q few drops mixed in a glycerin solution on scars that are visible (as it is less greasy, so is more easily absorbed into the skin). Also take Causticum 200 orally twice daily for 4weeks.

You have a combination of many issues that can make anyone depressed. Since you are already on medication, you must now include counseling in the therapy to get the best results. In the meantime you may follow these actions: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

You are obviously not handling stress well. You seem to have a nervous disposition, perhaps developed from your past. If you can identify that source you may be able to work it out in therapy. Perhaps the home life was too restrictive or strict, or you were reprimanded at some time rather severely, or you did not develop adequate defense mechanisms to cope with stress, etc. You are reacting with fear and converting this into a psychosomatic reaction instead of dealing with it. Don?t panic though because if you cooperate a counselor can be of much help to resolve this. In the meantime you must do certain things to build your constitution, both physically and mentally. Mental stability can be achieved by learning a few skills in handling emotions in an appropriate manner. Stress management skills, which have a lot to do with expressing emotions, will need to be a major part of your recovery program. Emotionally you need the help of a counselor and that will help you tremendously to move from anxiety to normal fear. Please persevere and cooperate through all the support you need and you will come through successfully. Develop your body?s health by physical fitness through exercise, good rest (sleep), and a proper diet. Any way what you need to focus on is to do vigorous exercise of the aerobic kind for the heart?s fitness; meditation for the brain?s fitness; sleep for a well rested mind and body; a sound spiritual well being for good confidence and stability; and a diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Vigorous exercise, especially of the callisthenic kind, will make your heart, which is a muscle, grow larger; and then your heart will need to beat less often and you will respond to the anxiety with a calmer disposition. If your mind, constitution, and your emotions are in check and fit, you will never be disturbed again. The earlier you tackle this, the easier it is going to be. If the problems at home are an ongoing issue, then you must all go for family counseling too.

Yes at the age of 54 pregnancy is possible, but as your saying that menopause​ have happened 3-4 years ago so chances are very low, you can test your blood for beta hcg and see what happen.
