The easiest way to lose weight and improve your health?

The easiest way to lose weight and improve your health? ditch the white stuff! most white foods (bread, rice, pasta, sugar, flour) are primarily made up of refined carbs and empty calories, so cutting them out of your diet is one of the quickest ways to shed pounds and improve your well-being. There are a few exceptions to the rule, including egg whites, cauliflower, and fish. Those are the only white foods you should have on hand.

Sometime I feel pain in my heart during winter. On doctor advice I got medical checkup but evey thing is normal. What is the reason of pain?

Sometime I feel pain in my heart during winter. On doctor advice I got medical checkup but evey thing is normal. What...
Examples of heart-related causes of chest pain include: Heart attack. A heart attack is a result of a blood clot that's blocking blood flow to your heart muscle. Angina. Thick plaques can gradually build up on the inner walls of the arteries that carry blood to your heart. These plaques narrow the arteries and restrict the heart's blood supply, particularly during exertion. Aortic dissection. This life-threatening condition involves the main artery leading from your heart — your aorta. If the inner layers of this blood vessel separate, blood will be forced between the layers and can cause the aorta to rupture. Pericarditis. This condition, an inflammation of the sac surrounding your heart, usually causes sharp pain that gets worse when you breathe in or when you lay down. Digestive causes Chest pain can be caused by disorders of the digestive system, including: Heartburn. This painful, burning sensation behind your breastbone occurs when stomach acid washes up from your stomach into the esophagus — the tube that connects your throat to your stomach. Swallowing disorders. Disorders of the esophagus can make swallowing difficult and even painful. Gallbladder or pancreas problems. Gallstones or inflammation of your gallbladder or pancreas can cause abdominal pain that radiates to your chest. Muscle and bone causes Some types of chest pain are associated with injuries and other problems affecting the structures that make up the chest wall. Examples include: Costochondritis. In this condition, the cartilage of your rib cage, particularly the cartilage that joins your ribs to your breastbone, becomes inflamed and painful. Sore muscles. Chronic pain syndromes, such as fibromyalgia, can produce persistent muscle-related chest pain. Injured ribs. A bruised or broken rib can cause chest pain. Lung-related causes Many lung disorders can cause chest pain, including: Pulmonary embolism. This cause of chest pain occurs when a blood clot becomes lodged in a lung (pulmonary) artery, blocking blood flow to lung tissue. Pleurisy. If the membrane that covers your lungs becomes inflamed, it can cause chest pain that's made worse when you inhale or cough. Collapsed lung. The chest pain associated with a collapsed lung typically begins suddenly and can last for hours. A collapsed lung occurs when air leaks into the space between the lung and the ribs. Pulmonary hypertension. High blood pressure in the arteries carrying blood to the lungs (pulmonary hypertension) also can produce chest pain. Other causes Chest pain can also be caused by: Panic attack. If you have periods of intense fear accompanied by chest pain, rapid heartbeat, rapid breathing, profuse sweating, shortness of breath, nausea, dizziness and a fear of dying, you may be experiencing a panic attack. Shingles. Caused by a reactivation of the chickenpox virus, shingles can produce pain and a band of blisters from your back around to your chest wall. So for heart related cause there are many effective medicines to prevent that pain like arjunarishta....hridyarnava ras....akeek pishti....if breathlessness then shwas kutha ras....shwas chintamani ras....etc....avoid oily food...spicy food...junk food....etc

These are normal movements. All newborn would have. However difference between normal and abnormal movement is only one. If you hold the moving limb and movements stops means it's normal. If it is abnormal muscle twitch it will not.

Good Morning ~ If you are negative on the 63rd 86th and 126th day of testing for HIV, I believe you no longer need to take the test and you will probably not be HIV positive even after that. However, in instances where you believe you are regularly exposing yourself to HIGH RISK sexual activity, you may need to get the testing done.

Continuous Chest pain with sweating is a classical symptom of heart attack and you should never ignore it Specially if you have any two of these cardiac risk factors. Age above 45, diabetes hypertension obesity high cholesterol family history of heart attacks or past  history of heart attack or history of smoking or chewing tobacco.  Most important things is not to waste time remember - continues chest pain or even pain in left arm, upper abdomen or neck can be heart attack which means the blood supply to your heart is blocked and a part of heart is dying and with every minute of continuous pain the damage  increases. Ayurvedic Remedies for Drug Addiction

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), PGCRCDM, PDCR, MBA

Ayurvedic Remedies for Drug Addiction

Drug addiction is an addiction of a very severe kind. This causes the sufferer i.e. the drug addict to seek and use drugs compulsively despite the destructive consequences to themselves and those around them. This is known as a chronic brain disease because of the functional and structural changes it causes in the brain. It is the overpowering dependence on illegal or legal medications and drugs. One cannot quit taking drugs just by strong will or good intentions. Ayurveda's holistic method combines exercises, meditation, and herbal medicines to cure addiction towards drugs.

Ayurvedic Remedies:

  1. Panchakarma Therapies-Only an ayurvedic expert should perform the panchakarma therapies and rituals on you. It promotes cleanliness and helps in detoxifying the body. These therapies are done using various herbs and oils in accordance with the ancient traditions to eliminate negative conditions.
  2. Virechana-It is the most useful Panchakarma therapy to treat addiction. Virechana is known to cleanse the gastro-intestinal tract and purify the blood of toxins of a period of a few days. It helps decontaminate your spleen, stomach, liver, kidneys, colon, intestines and sweat glands through varied herbs and laxatives such as castor oil, mango juice, raisins, cow's milk, psyllium seeds, flaxseed husk, prune and senna.
  3. Rasayana therapies-Rasayana therapy is another very useful Ayurvedic treatment for treating drug abuse and addiction. It is based upon the transmutation and conservation of energy to improve the mental as well as physical characteristics in order to increase your body's natural metabolic processes while enhancing your immune system and brain function. Rasayana therapy consists of intricate face, head and full body massages which are combined with medicated creams and herb oils. This therapy is also useful to remove artificial aging which occurs due to prolonged drug abuse.
  4. Yoga-The chaotic chemicals are known to wreak havoc on the drug addict's brain during the process of recovery. Resorting to exercise or yoga will help generate extra endorphins which are very helpful for clarity. To recover from drug addiction, you must join a structured yoga class along with other ayurvedic therapies. Yoga is beneficial since it stimulates every part of your body without applying too much stress on any one part.
