Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Yes, it's possible to lose weight and look healthy. Make healthier food choices. Avoid outside food (junk, processed, oily, sweets). Eat plenty of fruits, green leafy veggies and other veggies too. Stay hydrated all the time, drink at least 3 litres of water daily. Stay physically active; exercise regularly. Keep stress at bay. Get enough rest. It's very important to get a good and uninterrupted sleep of 7 to 8 hours every night. We are here to guide you. Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

Please ask your mom to continue to use the involved shoulder and extremity as much as possible given her pain and range-of-motion limits. Applying heat or cold to her shoulder can help relieve pain. A physiotherapist can teach her range-of-motion exercises to help recover as much mobility in the shoulder as possible. Her commitment to doing these exercises is important to optimize recovery of her mobility. Most frozen shoulders get better on their own within 12 to 18 months. For persistent symptoms, go to a orthopedic doctor who may suggest: steroid injections or shoulder manipulation or surgery. Best wishes.

Most of the youth have misconceptions about penis size and sexual performance .They run after many tricks to increase the penis size! It is not true that Masturbation will cause small penis/ or bend or lack of proper sex and weakness. The size has no relation to the enjoyment or fertility. If you have a penis and it can be erect and ejaculate semen you can have pregnancy and women will enjoy the penetration as only the initial part of the vagina is sensitive and not the length The average penis size of 8.8 cm (3.5 inches) when flaccid, whereas the penis size of 12.9 cm (5.1 inches) when erect Funnily a large number of men believe their penis is small and they cannot satisfy their partner. In fact almost 80- 90 % of women are happy with the penis size of their partner. The circumference or girth (you may say width) is 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches) in flaccid stage. It is 12 cm in erected state (4.7 inches) Men who want surgery to increase the length of their penis should try non-invasive methods like penile traction devices or extenders first, and in some cases, even try therapy to make them feel more confident about their bodies. There is no proven scientific method to increase size, girth or grip of penis although many false claims have been propagated by advertisements. The size is determined by an individual’s genetic build and length actually has no relation with sexual pleasure or satisfaction as many wrongly believe. Hi Mr. lybrate-user, Try to include more of bland foods like alkaline vegetables-beet, carrot, potato. Eat more of rice based foods like sooji, porridge, oats, fruits. You can include sugar on a daily basis and try to have whole dairy foods like yoghurt, curds, etc.

Dear, follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * use sunscreen having spf 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * take vitamin -e rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * make paste of papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content.

Stop taking all the medications and applications jus google your medications and see the side effects take silicea 30-4doses 12hrly and sacrumlacticum 30 - tds 6pils for 2wks repeat this after 2wks in same manner, and revert me after 1month with feedbacks.

Bleeding in stool is mainly due to piles. You should get proctoscopy done to confirm the diagnosis. Pile always needs surgery. You should avoid constipation by taking pegicol sachets twice daily.

Dear lybrate user. Why are you so much worried about nocturnal emission (night fall, wet dreams). A nocturnal emission or wet dream is a spontaneous orgasm during sleep that includes ejaculation for a male, or vaginal wetness or an orgasm (or both) for a female. Nocturnal emissions are most common during adolescence and early young adult years, but they may happen any time after puberty. Wet dreams are a normal part of growing up. There's nothing you can do to control or stop wet dreams.Even if you have a lot of wet dreams it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. Some guys have wet dreams a few times a week. Others may only have a couple of wet dreams during their entire life. Once you start releasing sperm by masturbating or having sex with a partner, you may have fewer wet dreams.
