First adopt to a healthy diet. He should consume 1 to 1.5gm protein per kg per day that mean if his height 168. His protein requirements 70-80 gm per day with right balance of calories & carb. Weight reduction: regular yoga practices and exercise are vitally important, especially for seniors and long standing obese. But only these two will not lead to weight loss until cut back on sugars and carbohydrates and weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements. Sugar should be restricted to only five tea spoon=25 gm daily intake and carbohydrates are to be in complex form.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Hello, if there is any fracture, it should be stabilised first, if possible. Radiotherapy is usually given to the metastatic bones. I need to see the bone scan report so that I can exactly prescribe the treatment.

You must be having fungal infection. Avoid steroid containing creams like Zole F etc.  application of steroid containing creams Betnovate etc just suppresses it on surface but it grows beneath the skin and spreads everywhere and also becomes more resistant Fungal infection tends to affect folds of the skin, moist areas like groins, armpits, mouth, genitals, under the breasts, webs between fingers and toes, etc. Our skin protects us from fungal/yeast attack, but any cut or break in the continuity of the skin can allow penetration of fungus. Amla is very gud for multiple things, for teen agers 4 teaspoon is okay and below 12 age 2 teaspoon is OK, it's advisable to dilute amla juice in Luke warm water and then drink early morning. after every 3 months leave drinking for 20 days then again start drinking.

Over the past year my husband and I have had sex once. Half way through he lost his erection and couldn’t get it back. He won’t discuss it. When I’ve made a move he makes excuses and I feel so stupid I no longer bother. He doesn’t even want to cuddle. He is kind and loving and in all other areas of our life we get on well. Friends think we have the perfect relationship. I don’t want to leave him but I cannot go on like this.

Your situation, although very upsetting, is not unusual. Studies suggest between 8-19% of men have persistent erection problems. A common way they deal with the embarrassment and fear this causes is to withdraw from their partner.

There are many causes of men’s erectile dysfunction including physical and mental health problems, stress, exhaustion, body image worries, or past sexual abuse. Factors relating to relationships, including unaddressed feelings of jealousy, anxiety, guilt, arguments or a fear of losing a partner can make a difference. As can concerns over sexual orientation, feeling unable to communicate sexual needs, or concerns over fertility/contraception. Pregnancy and parenthood can also affect men’s sexual functioning.

Might any of these apply? Talking in confidence to the Sexual Dysfunction Association may help clarify further, while giving you support and a chance to offload.

Dealing with this situation will require open conversation. Share how you care about him and are worried about his well-being. This may prompt him to disclose more. It’s OK to be frank and say you are worried by the lack of any intimacy.
He may feel that cuddles and affection have to lead to sex. Reassure him this is not going to be the case but stress how this is a way for you both to share affection while he seeks further advice. You may agree together to share pleasure that doesn’t require him having an erection. Like him going down on you, or holding you while you masturbate. If this makes him feel pressured, a sex therapist can help.

It may be he finds talking privately about intimacy with someone other than you a way to unlock possible barriers he may currently be facing. Or find skills and the confidence to tell you what is going on by discussing these first with a therapist. Some therapists offer advice online or over the phone which might suit him more than a face-to-face consultation.

Encourage him to see his GP within the next few weeks. He may try and shrug this off but if he cannot get or keep an erection this might be a sign of a more serious health problem.

His doctor can assess and treat any root cause, and if appropriate, refer to medical or psychosexual specialist, This is free on NHS, although waiting times vary. You can also self refer via CORST, many of whom offer a sliding fee scale. He may be prescribed medication for erectile problems (such as Levitra Cialis or Viagra). Don’t be tempted to buy these or herbal alternatives online as this can be dangerous.

If he continues to refuse to seek help then you may find therapy is worthwhile for yourself which can give you more skills to talk to him or consider long term options if he won’t deal with things.

Solutions other people have found include ending the relationship, having an open relationship, having an affair, or staying together while accepting there will be no sexual intimacy. None of these are easy choices, and may distress you to consider. They are really only for discussion if he won’t take any action and expects you to accept the situation. In which case a therapy for you may be a good idea. Hopefully an assertive yet caring approach will improve things.

Soft corns are best treated with properly fitting footwear and better foot hygiene. Products that can be applied to affected areas include 40% salicylic acid pad (corn caps). If it hard corn, it might has to be removed surgically. If persistent, consult a surgeon for further management.

How to increase height 1. Take Ashwagandha According to Ayurveda, ashwagandha (scientific name: Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, helps increase height. Take Ashwagandha to Help Increase Your Height Ashwagandha contains various minerals that broaden the bone skeleton as well as its density. This in turn increases your height. You can easily find ashwagandha in an herbal store. Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. Drink it every night before going to bed, at least for 45 days to increase your height. Note: For this remedy to work, you must avoid fast food completely. 2. Drink Milk Milk is rich in calcium, an important mineral for bone growth. Calcium also acts as a height booster. Engage in Exercise and Sports Exercise and sports stimulate the release of growth hormone that contributes to your height. To enjoy good height, you mustexercise regularly and take part in sports activities. One good exercise to increase height is skipping where you need to jump a lot. Do skipping for at least 30 minutes each day in an open area. Holding on to a horizontal bar and hanging with your spine stretched out is another effective exercise to facilitate height gain. Stay in the position for 10 seconds and repeat at least six times daily. Plus, play games like tennis and basketball that require you to jump a lot. This will help increase your height and also help in maintaining ideal body weight. Also indulge in outdoor activities, like cycling and swimming, on a regular basis to enjoy good height and a toned body. 6. Get Proper Sleep When you rest, the body grows and regenerates tissues. In fact, the Human Growth Hormone (HGH) responsible for increasing height is produced naturally in the body when you have a sound and deep sleep. During sound sleep, the brain is relaxed and releases more growth hormones. On the other hand, a tired brain shows low release of growth hormones. You don't need to worry about the diabetes unless n untill you get it confirmed. For that get an hba1c report done which will confirm your sugar status and will let you know whether you are in diabetic, pre-diabetic or non-diabetic range. Hello, get your eyes tested from an opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: vitamins a, c, e, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. Dha is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and then reducing the power of your eyes (if the eye power is less). Take physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month and instill euphrasia eye drops twice a day. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.
