Addiction of smoking or drinking is only depends on yours mind. You have to excessive on your mind only. Eat green food more and fruits. Take apple in breakfast daily. Do walk in park and do yoga, exercises golden remedy is meditation. Which trained your mind within week. If you do it in appropriate manner. Close your eyes and feel fresh air think that you no need of smoking. Do it again and again. Try to find out other good things of yours interest. Which will more fruitful for whole life. Remember. Yeh it can be. You should go for eye checkup. And take proper diet like carrot, spinach, watermelon. Do some eye exercise, like rooling eyes, rooling left, than right up and down, it is very good exercise which is very helpful for eye muscles. And apply mustard oil in toe after bathing. What is the severity of pain? is the pain continous or intermittent? is it pulsating? since pain is a complex phenomenon, there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. Apart from pain killers, there is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. You are a teenager and he may not want you to do some things that you would be doing. If you are doing some things that are potentially harmful for you then you might want to think through your actions. But if they are of exploratory nature and will not potentiallly harm you or others, then having a word with your father would be important to let him know of your intentions. If you also get angry with him, then he would be seeing it as disrespect. You can talk assertively next time and take responsibility of your actions as well. He might be worried about your future, so if you behave and act responsibly then probably he will see your point and back off. Counselling helps children and parents to communicate more effectively with fewer breakdowns in communication. Children could find out what they want from life and learn skills and tips to safely make a space for themselves in their world of friends and other people.

You need to manage your time well If you are feeling burnt out take leave from work for a few days even if that means deduction in pay. See where you are losing out time. Plan the day carefully. See how you can use free time during work hours. If still problem persists medicine can help you although it will need medical supervision. But it is easy to start and will improve how you feel, improve energy as well as efficiency.

Its a bit personal but I want some solution to it actually I am masturbating from the last two and a half years and now my eyesight has gone bad its -0.75 for the right eye and minus 0.5 for the left eye and now I am also seeing floaters please help me that if I take some extra diet and stop masturbating at all will my eyesight cure I want to join Army and for that eyesight is very crucial. Hello..... Masturbation does not affect eye sight... Eye sight affects due to late night studying, nutritional deficiency, wrong sitting position during studying....... Firstly eat healthy diet including all green leafy veges and fresh fruits....... Vitamin C rich fruits are good..... Carrots are very good for eyes.. Eat them in salad or as juice....... Do exercises for increasing eye sight...... During studying sit straight and also read in full light..... These will help you to improve eye sight.... For more advice you can consult me..... Try to talk to him about how his behavior is affecting you. If he does not cooperate and you are interested in salvaging the relationship, ask a common friend to intervene and mediate. If you feel you are being abused in any way in this relationship, (be it emotional, physical, sexual or mental) you need to reevaluate whether you should continue it or not. It is better to walk away from an abusive relationship than to wait around, hoping your partner will change. Staying in a toxic relationship due to any kind of dependence will be harmful to your well being in the long run.

This is not sounding like a good situation. I will not name the possible condition but it is better if a doctor does it after checking for a lot of other symptoms. Without wasting another moment, you need to meet with a psychiatrist, immediately. You do not give more details but what you say is enough to get concerned. You are very close to a tipping point and delay will only make you cross this point into a permanent condition. If treated early, you can arrest this development and live a good life. Now when you seek medical intervention, please, please also seek some counseling, simultaneously. That combination is the best for recovery. You probably have had this condition for some time and you are fortunate that it has not worsened into a severe state. Rush now and attend to yourself, pronto.

Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

When one is under stress, as you are now, a lot of psychosomatic problems will arise. You need to look at your feelings of either sadness and/or anger. These emotions may be lying in your system unexpressed for various reasons and they can cause a lot of distress, including depression. What affects the mind affects the body. So talk to a counselor and doctor about your feelings and all your problems could easily be resolved, other things being normal.

First of all avoid fatty food probably it's due to indignation. Properly chew the food. Avoid water after meal for an hour. Take small quantity of water at small interval. Take salad in your meal.

You may be into an anger related depression or in the early stages of it. Meet with a counselor and work out your emotions with that person and follow all the instructions. When you internalize your feelings you will experience a lot of health complications. If you know of any reason, developmental or genetic that has contributed to this condition, take that to your counselor. So go out and meet with people, exercise regularly, sleep well and eat healthily. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don?t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love: find someone to love and to love you back. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive everyday and learn to be contended with what you have.

First thing is take your medicines as prescribed by your doctor, on time. Do not miss a single dose. Secondly, keep your family and close friends informed that you have depression of higher intensity, so that they would be available for immediate support in case of crisis. You probably have some suppressed feelings which are causing your migraine and stress also. It must have been hard for you work in this situation. Hence, please take appointment with a counsellor, who will be your another huge support. The counsellor will help you to reduce the intensity of depressive feelings and there by will reduce the your migraine and stress. Once you start feeling comfortable with yourself your work efficiency will go up. Take care.

Hi I wanna know 1 thing and that is I have one cousin brother and he often use social networking sites and when he surfed any social networking site then he usually send messages to unknown persons and then if they do not reply to my brother message then he usually send them messages again and again until they reply to his question (message) and few time ago my brother has send one message to one politician and in that message he has wrote that please become my friend and at that time .that politician has told my brother to talk with him via call but my brother do not talk to him via call and at that time my brother starts disturbing that politician and then few hours later (that politician send one message to my brother and in that message that politician has wrote .i m going to feed an fir against uh and that time my brother has said sorry to him and that politician said its ok but do not disturb me again but few months ago my brother again send one message to that politician and in that message he has again wrote that please become my friend and then that political has asked the reason for why do my brother wanna do friendship with him then my brother told him the reason and then that politician said to my brother:-why are you talking like girls with me then my brother has told him that aisa kuch nahi hai and then my brother and that politician start chatting with each other sometimes but few days before my brother said one thing to that politician and that is:-nice dp and after seeing that message that politician has blocked my brother and thats why my brother make a call to him and then my brother has asked to him (why did uh have blocked me) then at time that politician said my brother -(why are uh disturbing me) and why do uh wanna become my friend and that time my brother told him that I like to make new friends and then he has told my brother -(why are you talking like girls) and then he has suddenly hang up the call and then after waiting for sometime my brother has again make a call to him and then that politician has shouted on my brother and then he has also said my brother -(i do not wanna do friendship with uh and he has said to my brother .are you mad and that time my brother has told him that he is suffering from depression since his fathers death so now I wanna know that is these all things are normal or not and is there any insult feeling in this or not?

Your brother's behavior is obviously not normal. By abnormal, I mean he is interfering in someone else's life. Such kind of behavior is threatening to others. He is overindulging himself in making friends with others. This is like forcing others to become friends. This is a sort of passive aggression which is characteristic of depressed individuals. He tries to be close to others but gets irritated by their rejection. He feels unworthy and due to this he resends friend requests. Getting to know strangers may be good way of socializing but he is unnecessarily bothering others and himself. He needs to make friends in real life. Virtual friends do not add much to your social satisfaction. This way he may create legal problems for himself too. He needs professional counseling.
