just try this..... Do yoga: Yoga will get your mind focused, stretch out your muscles, and get you moving in ways that can help you drop the tension-and if you drop the tension, you can drop the tension-headache. Just doing a few moves when the pain starts up can help, but the best thing to do is a set aside a few minutes each day to practice regularly and prevent headaches before they happen. Breathe: You may think your breathing alright, but if your head is pounding you?re likely not getting the most out of the oxygen you take in. In general we take breaths that are too shallow, and when we are experiencing pain or stress, we definitely breathe to shallow. Make a conscious effort to take deep, full, breaths that start in your diaphragm and fill up your lungs. This will get your plenty of fresh oxygen circulating through your blood and will also help relax your mind and body. Drop your shoulders: This is one I remind myself to do about 5 times a day. Make yourself aware of how you carry your shoulders. When you think of it, tell yourself to drop them down. You?d be surprised at how often we carry them hunched up too high, resulting in soreness and, of course, headaches.

Hello,White patches on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. In the mean time you can take cal phos 6x, 4 tabs twice daily. Cystic Fibrosis: All You Need to Know

Cystic fibrosis is a genetic condition, which primarily affects the lungs and persistence of this condition might lead to severe breathing problems and loss of lung function. If you have inherited two copies of the defective gene from your parents, you are likely to suffer from this disease. Cystic Fibrosis causes a buildup of thick mucus in your lungs and affects other organs such as the kidneys, pancreas and the intestines in your body.

It isn't very uncommon as one out of fifty people in Asia is a carrier of this disease. The disease gets its name from the cysts formed in the pancreas of the sufferer. However, this disease can be detected by testing the quantity of salt present in your sweat. Prenatal testing for Fibrosis is another method to test if your newborn is likely to contract a lung infection.

Complications faced due to cystic fibrosis include:

  1. Serious sinus infections
  2. Serious damage in lungs due to inflammation and incessant infection
  3. Malnutrition
  4. Complication in breaking down protein
  5. Respiratory tract contamination

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Firsst of all try to eat a balnced diet and avoid all junk and fried food.After 45 day of following this balanced diet schedule ,join a Gym and then while making your muscles in Gym ,give more emphai to protein diet. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins + 8 glasses of water daily. 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Staying fit is essential for fighting diseases and leading a healthy lifestyle. Most of the people go to the gym for staying fit these days; however it’s not possible for all due to financial and time constraints. You can find many exercises for weight loss online, which helps you to lose weight within the comforts of your home. Out of the several exercises for weight loss, pick up the one that you are comfortable to do. You can also perform secondary yoga for weight loss. Initially, you may find it difficult, but after some time you will get used to it. Few workouts that can be performed at home for losing weight Bridge exercise is an effective exercise for weight loss at home. It specially concentrates on the abdominal area, hamstrings, the lower back and the gluteal muscles. You can lie on your back by keeping your arms to your sides. Now bend your knees and raise your hips by maintaining the back straight and keeping the feet on the floor. Keep the hips in a straight line with your shoulders and knees. Hold on for 30 seconds and gently retrieve your hips to the initial position. Repeat the process for few more minutes. Bridge is one of the most popular poses in secondary yoga for weight loss. Overhead squats are also a part of the secondary yoga for weight loss. Push-ups: Push-up is any easy exercise for weight loss. Now lower your chest by bending your elbows and retrieve to the initial position. If you find triceps pushup tough, then you can make it easier by keeping your knees on the floor. It is an excellent workout for chest, shoulders and arms. Leaps: Often referred to as skaters, they are excellent leg strengthening workouts. For performing perfect leaps, you can get into a semi-squat position and jump sideways and then land on your right foot. Repeat this process in the opposite direction and land on your left foot. Nowadays there is secondary yoga for weight loss, specialized with leaps and pilates. Bird-dog is a popular exercise, which is a part of the secondary yoga for weight loss. It concentrates on abs, spine, hips, and butt. For doing it, you can begin with a hands and knees position. Point your fingers forward and keep your hands under your shoulders, and the knees under your hips. Gently stretch your opposite leg and arms parallel to the floor. Hold this position for a few seconds without arching your back. Retrieve to the initial position slowly and repeat the process on both the sides. Many people find this secondary yoga for weight loss effective. Walking Lunges are considered to be one of the excellent exercises for weight loss. It helps to strengthen thighs and hips. Stand tall by keeping your feet shoulder-width apart. Now step forward with your right foot, land on your left knee and then on the forefoot. Keep your knees at about an angle of ninety degree. Stand on the forward leg with the help of rear leg. Repeat the process with both the legs. It can be also done by holding a pair of dumbbells in your hands. All the above-mentioned exercises for weight loss are easy to carry out at home. Everyday set apart a few minutes for performing these exercises for weight loss. Within a few weeks, you may feel the difference; your body will become light like never before.

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.
