For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. Include high protein with high fibre diet with less carbohydrate. Avoid to take every kind of packaged, process food and all kind of sugary drink. Try to take your dinner as soon as possible and avoid jogging after dinner, you can go for walk after dinner. You can do exercise in evening time. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd E.T:1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea.

You can have small frequent meals in your diet. Increase your water, fruits, salad intake. Along with this increase fibre in your diets that is going to feeling of fullness and then you will not feel hungry easily. Also include Jasmine tea 2-3 cups regularly. You can include more of clourful fruits and vegetables as they are good source of antioxidant that also prevent ageing. Try to have freshly prepared vegetables juice in your diet. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea.

Normal skin: wash your face with cleansers that are designed for your normal/normal-to skin type. Wipe an alcohol free, hydrating toner all over the face. Apply moisturizer more frequently to dry skin.

Hello. Panderm plus contains steroids and must not be used without a doctor's prescription and if used has to be for short duration as steroid have lots of side effects and damage skin. Now a Plain Sunscreen till the effect of steroid are reversed. You can add a depigmenting creams after. Consulting a Dermatologist.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To increase weight & to become fit you have to have a protein rich diet & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains & protein rich foods such as eggs, milk & milk products, non veg, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts, seeds - include a protein food item in each of your meals & have as a snack in between meals - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling, also do moderate weight lifting & yoga to build muscles & to keep yourself fit - can consult a dietician for diet chart with your exact calorie & protein requirement as per your constitution, activity level & food habits.

Eat good amount of pulses and legunes daily, Have 1banana with milk daily in breakfast. Include milk-700 ml-900 ml daily. 2eggwhites daily, eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Hello, You seem to be having melasma. Tranexemic acid creams do help reduce pigmentation. But melasma is difficult to treat and has high recurrence. But one month too short to see results. Suncreen is very important during the treatment. You can continue it if no results then can change to other options including chemical peels, creams, laser etc.

Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. For effective weight loss, make sure that you do not eat outside food. This includes junk as well as processed foods. Also limit the intake of food items that are very sugary, salty or oily. Eating sweets is fine but only once in a while. Only you can control how much sweets you consume. So make sure that you control your cravings for sweets. Eat healthy home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat calorie controlled meals and decrease your meal portions by a little amount. Exercise regularly, 5 times a week at least and 30 to 40 minutes each time. We are here to guide you.
