1. They are an excellent source of folate. Strawberries are an amazing source of folate (the folic acid found in food). Inadequate amounts of folate in the aging population can contribute to atherosclerosis, vascular disease and even a decline in cognitive function. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Calci aid (bakson) (2tabs) thrice a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Weight is something which should match your height. for height you need to be well nourished and take up exercises like swimming,cycling,gymnastics. they also help to improve flexibility. . Hye. Thanks for the query. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid indicated for allergic states, dermatologic diseases, endocrine disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, hematologic disorders, neoplastic diseases, nervous system, ophthalmic diseases, renal diseases, respiratory diseases, and rheumatic disorders. Practin is an antihistamine. These are prescription drugs and yes, one of the side effects is weight gain, but it's not muscle weight - it's fat accumulation which will drop once the medication is discontinued,  leaving behind accumulation of bad fats. Side effects include vision changes, swelling, rapid weight gain, sleep problems (insomnia), mood changes, acne, dry skin, thinning skin, bruising or discoloration, slow wound healing, increased sweating, headache, dizziness, spinning sensation, nausea, stomach pain, bloating, muscle weakness, or changes in the shape or location of body fat (especially in your arms, legs, face, neck, breasts, and waist). There are many safer ways to gain weight. This is not one of them.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user Your meal pattern should include at least 3 main meals and 3 snacks. Include milk 2 times a day - morning and bed time In between snack on dry fuits, nuts, milk shakes, lassi, sprouts, corn, pulses etc. Include 2 tsp ghee in your meals Have at least 2 cups of curd daily Also include 20% extra portions in your main meals. Finally, ensure you are enjoying your meals. Its important to eat with interest so that the nutrients get absorbed by the body. All the best

U should take some anticold tablets for three days with one antibiotic. It seems to b viral fever. Take complete rest. Drink plenty of water. Take aadrak swarms with honey twice a day.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

First you have to make your system clean so that good foods help you and not become a waste. Deworming - 3 tabs of nemocid together + 200 mg metrogyl twice daily after food for 3 days. Eat simple proteins like eggs, milks, curds, pulses, nuts etc. Take natural form of vitamin c like oranges, lemon juice, amla and other fruits, every grain is allowed including rice but wheat is better as it is wholesome. Good fats like nuts and butter, avoid bad fats, take lots of vitamins in the form of fresh fruits and vegetables, do exercises like stretching, walking, cycling, depending upon your stamina.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. To rebuild body tissues, to maintain a good nutritional status and to maintain ideal body weight. These people who are extremely thin also tend to go with unhealthy food and junk to add extra fat to the body before going with natural process to gain weight.For all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: Salmon Tuna Paneer Soya beans Soya paneer-tofu Eggs Shrimps Granola bars Cheese Paneer Yoghurt Walnuts Dates Apricots Anjeer Raisins Nuts and oil seeds Peanut butter Chicken breast Gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. Hello, Excess of iron isn't good for the body. Sometimes excess iron can also lead to partial or incomplete uptake of proteins and other vital nutrients. Get up ur existing iron levels checked. No medicine is of use until the lifestyle and food habits aren't changed.

It is of cervical spondylitis and meta carpal syndrome so do have clinically examined by neuro physiotherapist or orthopaedician asap and have physiotherapy treatment of tens of 12 days of 15 minutes duration and learn stretching exercise for cervical shoulder elbow wrist joints and do it regularly for 15 minutes per day once pain subsides or consult me privately via lybrat. Hi Agnish, Do 15mins surya namaskar Asanas daily. Don't dirve bike for long hours. Also don't sit for long hours, During 9 hours of work, try to stand and stretch your body front back and sides for twice in every hour. Drink more water and Eat boiled eggs in the morning.
