Hi, by improving your digestive system, you can increase your weight. 1. You must focus on getting the maximum nutrition out of the food that you are eating and digest that. Harshad ji, problem of thin skin is due to daibetes.Start taking green tea twice daily and drink plenty of water. Use ayurvedic ointment lippu, it will maintain skin moistuorizer as well as improve your blisters.

1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take shirshooladi vajra ras twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lemon tea twice a day. Avoid oily food. Consumption of alcohol. Fatty food. Junk food. Fermented food. Take lots of fibres. Fruits. Do pranayama and yoga early morning. Take 7hrs sleep minimum.

Hello- yes wearing tight clothes presses the testicles more towards the skin and due to slightly increased temperature of skin (body) the sperm production process of testicles gets affected leading towards infertility. Testicle need a temperature less thn the body temperature that is the reason why it is situated away from the body in sac called as scrotum.

Apply an ice pack to the painful area of your head. Try placing it on your forehead, temples, or the back of your neck. Take a warm bath or shower; take a nap; or take a walk. Ask someone to rub your neck and back, or treat yourself to a massage. Apply gentle, steady rotating pressure to the painful area of your head with your index finger and/or thumb. Maintain pressure for seven to 15 seconds, then release. Repeat as needed. Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

It is very essential to cleanse and exfoliate inner thigh area skin near genitals every day just as we do with our faces. When we neglect other parts while pampering face, this results in patchy dark skin. So follow this daily care routine for getting rid of dark folded areas. •Take milk and rub your dark area with it. Milk is an excellent cleanser and a toner too. •After cleansing, use a scrub, preferably APRICOT SCRUB (BAKSON), to exfoliate the skin around your dark areas. •You may mix olive oil with sugar and rub gently to scrub your dark areas •Sometimes use another scrub having bleaching agent such as lemon juice. You will find many scrubs here in this article that you can use for daily exfoliation. •After exfoliating, wash off with water and apply some moisturizer. •Never step out in sun when you apply lemon juice on your skin. This will make your dark areas darker than before. If you follow the above skin care regime daily, you will begin seeing result in a two week’s time. However, do not stop and continue cleansing, scrubbing and moisturizing your skin. Home Remedy Oats is not only good for your overall health but also for your patchy dark spots. As we do not pay more attention towards cleaning our other areas while doing every thing for our face- from cleansing, scrubbing, moisturizing and what not – our skin folds gets dirty with the oil and fine grit deposits. This makes it look patchy and dark. Oats can be used as a scrub as well as a mask for dark areas when mixed with certain other skin lightening ingredients. Use oats as a scrub for dark areas You will need: • Oats – ground it coarsely, do not make fine powder out of it • Tomato pulp • Water • Moisturizer Directions: • Take the coarsely ground oats powder. • Mix tomato pulp to it to get a paste like consistency. • Apply this mixture to your entire folded region. • Leave it for about 15-20 minutes. • Now wet your fingers a littles and start rubbing your dark areas gently in circular motions. The coarse oats will have an exfoliating effect to remove dead skin cells from your dark areas. • After scrubbing dark areas with this natural oats scrub for about 5-7 minutes, wash off with water. • Apply some moisturizer on dark folded areas and massage gently. You may use this scrub twice or even thrice in a week depending upon the intensity of dark patchy folded skin. While oats will remove dirt and dead cells, tomato pulp will lighten the skin due to its natural bleaching properties. I am 25 years old and I have cellulite on my legs and hips. My upper body is not healthy and due to subcutaneous fat on hips and thighs, I look healthy. My height is 5'6" and weight is 78 kgs. I have started exercising for 30 min atleast every day and controlling my diet like morning I have lemon water, then almonds 5 after dat for breakfast I have oats/brown bread toast 1 then I have salad b4 lunch, in lunch I have 2 chapatis then I have green tea. In evening I have tea with 2 biscuits (more gold), then I have dinner with 1 chapati. Will it be sufficient for me to loose weight? I want to reduce 10 kgs in 2-3 months.

You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

Hello- vaginal yeast infection can easily be treated by the use of some excellent home remedies- -yogurt is a good source of probiotics and good bacteria. Local application and internal use can minimize the infection. -intake of garlic in eals prevents recurrence of yeast infection. Tea tree oil local application is very effective in controlling the spread of the infection.

Weight loss depends as per he fat mas, muscles & water level of the body. Weight loss vary as per the fat mass of the body. Initially you need to check that what's your fat & muscles & water level, than accordingly it can be planned that how much fat can be reduced. Generally as per w. H. O. One can reduce approx 4-5 kgs in sapn of 25-30 days. That you can plan with the help of diet modification, as per your blood group & body nature.
