First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

Having thyroid can I take 5m isabgol two times. Heard taking isabgol helps in digestion and weight lost. I do also walk 7000 steps daily also.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have gone through the details given. There is no mention of either the dosage of Thyronorm or Gluconorm SR as well as TSH and fasting, PP glucose levels and HbA1c%. Without knowing those facts there is no way to make any comment. Plus with a grade 2 obesity (37.26 kgs/M2) you already have a major issue. The product mentioned by you is basically taken to relieve constipation. It hardly has any benefit on weight reduction. Your primary aim should be to control TSH levels within specified levels, control blood glucose within the specified limits and also reduce weight. Walking for 7000 steps is not enough for you. It has to be more exercise and less of dietary intake. Intake has to be in proportion to your ideal wight 75 kgs. Thanks.

I am training for weight gain. I soak a cup of black chana and moong dal at night in water and I eat it next day whenever I get time. Does it still contains the same calories and nutrition if I eat all the amount I have dipped. Also if they have same calories as the raw beans why do I feel very hungry after eating it?

Take tablet paracetamol and for loosemotions drink ors solution and to stop the frequency of motions take capsule roko and avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi and if necessary we should take prescribed antibiotics.

Hyperpigmentation requires regular use of minimum spf 30 sunscreen in mornings and some lightening creams containing alpha hydroxy acids at night according to skin type. Best to meet the dermatologist.
