Hello lybrate-user It seems to be Tan. Tan refers to the skin darkening due to exposure to the UV radiation of the sun In many regions, tanning is often done intentionally by sun bathing or other artificial methods Symptoms. • Darkening of the affected skin • Presence of blisters in severe cases Causes: • Sun exposure facilitates production of vitamin D • Excessive sun exposure can cause: Sunburn Weak immune system • Exposure to the sun damages melanin leading to brief skin darkening Remedies Gram Flour Gram flour is very useful in treating a sun tan as it helps remove dead skin cells and leaves your skin bright and young. You can use the gram flour powder available in MARKET or make a paste of whole green gram. Mix the gram flour in water and rub it all over the affected skin area. Wait 20 minutes before washing if off with water. Do this twice a week for a few months. For best results, use rose water instead of plain water. You can also mix some lime juice and yogurt into the paste. 6. Cucumber Cucumber juice also helps reduce a sun tan. Cucumbers have a cooling effect that soothes the skin and helps eliminate a suntan. The vitamin C in cucumbers also will help keep the skin well moisturised. Mix two tablespoons of fresh cucumber juice and one tablespoon of lime juice. Add a pinch of turmeric to it. Mix it well and apply it on the affected skin. Leave it for 30 minutes and then wash it off with water. Can also rub freshly cut slices of cucumber on your skin. 7. Milk Milk or milk cream can also be used for treating sun tanned skin. Put a small amount of milk in a bowl and add a pinch of turmeric and some lemon juice. Apply this solution on the affected areas and allow it to dry completely. Then wash it off with water. This will give you an instant relief from a sun tan. You can also soak a pinch of saffron in fresh milk cream overnight. In the morning, stir it well and apply it on the affected skin areas. This will lighten your complexion and make your skin glow. 8. Sandalwood Sandalwood is a common ingredient in many beauty products. It can also be used for removing a sun tan due to its skin lightening and anti-ageing properties. So, it cleanses your skin and helps you maintain a glowing complexion. Mix equal amounts of sandalwood powder and pure turmeric powder. Add some rose water to make a thick paste. Apply the paste on the affected areas and leave it on for 30 minutes or until it dries. Wash it offusing cold water. Do this twice a week. Can also mix sandalwood powder with coconut OIL and almond oil to make a paste to apply on the affected areas. 9. Almond A paste made from almonds will cleanse, scrub and lighten your skin tone. Soak five to six almonds in water overnight. In the morning, blend the almonds with some milk to make a paste. Before bed, apply this paste on the affected areas and leave it on overnight. In the morning, wash it off with cold water. Do this daily for the first 15 days and then repeat it twice a week. 10. Oatmeal Powder Oatmeal has skin-soothing properties and also works as a wonderful exfoliant to cleanse the pores. Thus, oatmeal powder can be used in a couple of ways to reduce a sun tan. Prepare a mixture of oatmeal powder and buttermilk. Rub it onto the tanned areas. The oats will help ex foliate the skin, and the buttermilk will soothe the skin. Can also make a paste with oatmeal powder, ground almonds, ground dried orange peel and milk. Apply the paste on the affected areas and leave it on for 30 minutes. Then wash it off with cold water. Can use these remedies to help reduce sun tanned skin. Be sure also to protect your skin from sun exposure. Tips To Prevent Sun Tan: 1. Cover your hands properly before stepping out in the sun to avoid direct impact. 2. If you can’t cover them, then apply a good sunscreen to keep the skin protected. Apply a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 liberally and half an hour before sun exposure. If you skip sunscreen because you sweat a lot, look for a ‘non-comedogenic’ one as this will not clog your pores. 3. Drink lots of water. This helps you to keep your skin hydrated from inside out, thus reducing the risk of the skin drying. It increases the cell turnover and lets your skin rejuvenate and renew itself. 4. Moisturise your hands, that is, hydrate your skin externally too by applying a moisturiser that contains natural fruit acids on a regular basis. This will aid tan removal from the skin.

Hi Pawan definitely this period problem can be solved. however first the cause must be found out. IN your case there are 2 possibilities, pregnancy and hormonal disturbance due to Ipill. I suggest you repeat the test again but with an early morning sample of urine for accurate results. if still negative we can start with medicines to resume her periods.

Hello, apply homoeopathic - thiosinaminum ointment to your scar in a thin layer or else you can use thiosinaminum q few drops mixed in a glycerin solution on scars that are visible (as it is less greasy, so is more easily absorbed into the skin. Also take causticum 200 and calcarea fluor. 12x orally thrice day for 2 weeks, to dissolve large, extensive scars. The oral dose supports the action of the topical application. Revert me back.

surgery can solve your problem. Prostatitis treatments vary depending on the underlying cause. They can include: Antibiotics. This is the most commonly prescribed treatment for prostatitis. Your doctor will base the choice of medication on the type of bacteria that may be causing your infection. If you have severe symptoms, you may need intravenous (IV) antibiotics. You'll likely need to take oral antibiotics for four to six weeks but may need longer treatment for chronic or recurring prostatitis. Alpha blockers. These medications help relax the bladder neck and the muscle fibers where your prostate joins your bladder. This treatment may lessen symptoms, such as painful urination. Anti-inflammatory agents. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) may make you more comfortable. Prostate massage. This is done by your physician using a lubricated, gloved finger — a procedure similar to a digital rectal exam. It may provide some symptom relief, but doctors disagree about how effective it is. Other treatments. Other potential treatments for prostatitis are being studied. These treatments include heat therapy with a microwave device and drugs based on certain plant extracts

Skin whitening product - Gluthathione would decrease the natural melanogenesis and hence will lead to rashes over the exposed parts and can lead to skin cancer in near future and hence avoid any kind of medication for it and live with your natural skin texture.

Foods to Eat if You Have Oily Skin

An oily skin has a host of disadvantages. Apart from making a person look greasy and slimy, it also has major influences on the health of your skin. If you were not aware and thought of oily skin as an awkward condition only you should take a deeper look into its causal effects. Excess oil secretion can make you prone to sun tanning. It can lead to the formation of acne and can also result in upsetting dark patches.

Kinds of food to eat to rule out the ills of an oily skin:
1. Include green leafy vegetables in your diet: Antioxidants can successfully fight off oily skin. Green leafy vegetables are rich in Vitamin C; they are known to reduce the effects of oxidants your skin regularly comes in contact with. Eat spinach and kale as much as you can. A green leafy vegetable should be part of your daily meal.

2. Salmon can act as a savior: Everybody knows how oily salmon is. However, it is very valuable in treating an oily skin. Salmon is known to have a high percentage of Omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 acids keep sebum producing molecules on a leash. Thus, excess oil secretion can be controlled by consuming more of this nutritious fish.

3. Nuts can combat an oily skin: Having nuts with honey or yogurt or having them directly can treat the ills of greasiness. Nuts are a great source of Vitamin E that is further known to repair an irregular skin. Increased oil secretion is likely to result in acne; acne appears due to breakage of cell membranes. Vitamin E adds strength to your cell walls thus taking care of ugly scars.

4. Cucumbers can help your case: Consuming cucumbers raw can be of enormous use. They hydrate the skin by ridding you of excess oil. Antioxidants in cucumbers have the effects of an astringent. They however do not interfere with the functions of essential oils. Have a cucumber on a daily basis to find the way to a glowing skin.

5. Enjoy the benefits of grapefruit: The reason behind an oily skin could be the crushing presence of toxins. Grapefruit, rich in Vitamin C, deals with these toxins. Grapefruit contains fiber that is also good for controlling oil secretion.

Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I being a both a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. The condition can be improved by periodical cleansing, scrubbing and moisturising. Some of the home remedies that may suit you are- 1. Cucumber Cucumber cleanses the skin and help to soothe the skin and bring back the glow of the skin. Scrubbing the neck with cucumber removes the dead skin cells. • Apply grated cucumber or cucumber juice on the dark neck. • Gently scrub the neck for a few minutes • Wash it off after 15 minutes 2. Lemon Juice The citric acid present in the lemon juice is a natural bleaching agent. If you have sensitive skin, you will have to use diluted lemon juice for this purpose. • Apply lemon juice to the dark skin of the neck using cotton ball • Leave it there for 10-20 minutes and wash it off with water. • Do not expose the skin to sunlight after applying lemon juice.

In males, chances of dark circles due to hormonal imbalance is not possible. It can be due to stress or Anaemia. Take proper 8 hour sleep and nutritious diet esp.green vegetables and fruits. Use of mobile and computer screen should be limited. 2 glass milk daily 6-8 glass extra water daily HOME REMEDIES Slice up a papaya. Papaya fruit contains the enzyme papain. Papain helps exfoliate the skin, making way for new skin cells to emerge. Papaya also contains Vitamin C and Vitamin E, so it's a dark spot fading superstar. Papain is most concentrated while the papaya is still green, but you can use riper fruit as well. Peel and remove the seeds from a papaya, and try one of the following treatments: 1. Slice a piece off of the papaya, and lay or hold it on the dark spots that you want to get rid of. Hold it there for 20-30 minutes. Repeat twice a day for best results. 2.Make a papaya facial mask. Cut the papaya into chunks, then use a blender or food processor to blend the fruit into a smooth paste. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Leave it on for about 30 minutes, then rinse well.
