Hi karthi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating. Why most of the teenagers can't concentrate on their studies. Why do they get pimples n how to over come pimples marks.

Why most of the teenagers can't concentrate on their studies. Why do they get pimples n how to over come pimples marks.
Answering the second question first- due to hormonal changes, the sweat glands and other glands become more active and lead to release of oil from the skin, people who have oily skin develop pimples. You need to change some habits- like avoid oily and fried foods, wash your face often with a good face wash. As for concentration- it comes from focus- serious goals. If they have goals and have plans to achieve them concentration will follow.

I am worried about my height. I am 24 years old and my height is 5'5" Is there any chance that my height will increase anymore?

I am worried about my height. I am 24 years old and my height is 5'5" Is there any chance that my height will increas...
We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the hgh (human growth hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body.----------- it is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. Homoeopathic medicines acts as a catalyst in increasing the production of these hormones.---------- increase in height depends upon a no. Of factors like------------- 1. Height of parents------------------ 2. Recorded any increase in height in last 24 months------------- and I do not think that you have any chance of increasing your height at this stage-----------------so my suggestion for you is to cope up with your present height-------------

If a person is under tremendous stress and panic plus he is scared at time of blood test especially cbc test. So is it possible that due to his mental state increase in hemoglobin and hematocrit can be seen in test results. I mean can persons emotion affect test results temporary.

Yes of course it can. Stress can affect haemoglobin/ haematocrit in both ways. Acute stress can cause temporary elevation of haematocrit value. Again chronic longstanding anxiety can cause reduction of the same. Apart from that; haematocrit can vary due to many reasons i.e environmental temparature, day night cycle, food intake etc. So it is better to repeat the test to confirm the presense of any other pathology.

If you dont want any implant you can opt for autofat grafting in which your body fat is injected to increase breasts size without any cut on breasts. No medicine can increase the size.

Yes it is alright to take isabgol as it is only husk. However it is better to get regular motion daily by drinking 3-4 liters of water, having a high fiber diet and exercise. If you have any further query please ask.
