The treatment depends on the cause of erectile dysfunction. Some of the common causes are, 1. Diabetes. 2. Prostate Enlargement. 3. Heart problems. 4. Problems in low back affecting the low back nerves. 5. Low testosterone levels. In this regard I would like to advise you to get the following tests done and revert back with reports. Fasting and postprandial blood sugars, TSH, Ultrasound pelvis and scrotum, Serum testosterone levels. Once the cause is corrected Erectile dysfunction will resolve automatically.

I am 32 years female and now 6 weeks of pregnant. Today morning I found some brown colored clots discharge. Is it normal? I have PCOS and had a miscarriage 1 and half years ago. My GP told me to be on rest and to do a scan after 2 weeks. Please suggest whether is there any thing to worry?

Hi lybrate-user, please check for your thyroid levels and sugars as you had last history of abortion. In order to understand cause I need detail history of previous abortion. Please take bed rest, you need start hormones to support pregnancy. Avoid lifting heavy weight, sex. Wish you good luck.

Yes many sites say different things - agree, but stick to old methods of measuring morning temperature before brushing teeth or taking tea, means just after waking up. If temp has been 97 for first 12 days after cycle, on day 13 there will be a dip by a point and on day 14 there will be a rise by 2 points or more and it will remain so till cycle starts. Day 14, when there is rise in temp. By a point is ovulation day and life of ovum in urerus is 48 hours. You are lucky to have a regular cycle and I am sure you will find the old time tested method useful, though there are ovulation kits available in market too and they too can be wrong due to human error.

I am 17 and weigh 36 kg. I and my bf were getting close and I had his ejaculation on my hand. Then about 3-4 minutes when the ejaculation was almost dry I had inserted that finger in vagina. We didn't have any intercourse. I had menstrual Cramps 2 days before this happened and the next day I had my periods. Also I had taken regestrone (2 doses) on my 1st day. And I didn't have much flow on 1st and 2nd day also I was over stressed and have thyroid but since 3rd day I had same flow of periods that I usually have uptil other 3 days Can I get pregnant? Are there chances that I'll miss next period? I am very much worried.

No, but you should be careful about your health. The health should be your first priority especially if you want the thyroid hormones to be in control and the periods to be regular. Please do not abuse the hormonal pills frequently as it can drastically confuse your system and lead to menstrual irregularities. Please go for regular medical followup with a gynecologist to ensure your well being. You simply need to take charge of your mind and body and take a conscious decision to adapt a healthy lifestyle. Spend at least 30 minutes to exercise everyday ( it can be any sport or simple brisk walkimg. Later you can increase the exercise time to 1 hour. Eat health food and avoid all junk and processed /packaged food. Have more of salads, fruits and vegetables - on a daily basis. Yoga can be very effective to bring hormonal balance ( for both thyroid and the hormones related to the periods ). Relax the mind by going for some hobby which makes you happy. Learn pranayam and meditation which can also help you to lead a balanced life.
