Hi Lybrate user, According to your height your weight is ok. Infact you can build your muscles with the help of high protein diet. There is no magic diet for belly fat. But when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. So try to increase fiber in your diet like fruits, vegetables, salad and complex carbohydrate like oats, daliya ect. Take small & frequent meal. (2 major meals & 2-3 small meals/ snacks). More & more green leafy vegetables & salad. Avoid simple sugar & simple carbs. Do not take outside foods/ fried/ deep fried foods. Drink sufficient water 2-3 liter/day. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week. Hi lybrate-userincrease your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day. Carbs are needed to gain weight but include healthier options like banana, potato, mango, whole grains, rice, etc. Instead of sugar-rich foods, chocolates and other junk foods. In order to increase your muscle mass, it is essential to do weight training 4-5 times a week for an hour. You can vary the intensity depending on your capacity. Consume protein-rich foods after you workout to increase muscle mass and eat good fats like nuts and seeds in your diet. Eating a handful of pumpkin or flaxseeds is a good way to give your body the fat intake it needs. Though junk foods like vada pav or burgers are loaded with calories, they only increase body fat and not muscle mass which is not the right way to go about.

One of the simplest home remedies 1. Take 1 glass lukewarm water 2. Add 1 tsp black pepper powder 3. Add 4 tbsp lemon juice 4. Add 1 tsp honey 5. Mix well 6. Drink every day it will surely help you.

In simple terms whenever you are free and wherever you are - you have to contract penis and anal muscles inwards and hold it for few seconds and than relax it and can do any number of times.

Dear lybrate-user Thanks for the query. We will try to help you in best way possible. What You Have To Do For breakfast, go for a full bowl of cereal, toasted bread with butter, and fruit. If you’re not a big fan of butter, you can always pick cheese or a yummy spread of peanut butter. For snacks, have nuts and dry fruits, boiled veggies with a dollop of cream, or cheese sandwiches. You can add some more items to your dessert tray. And, once in a while, you can give in to your taste buds and indulge in cakes, pizzas, burgers and whatever else your heart fancies. Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.

Hi, you have to increase intake of protein and calcium in your diet. Drink lots of water and add lots of vegetables and fruits in your diet. Tell me your hemoglobin levels and eating habits so that I can tell you some tips for gaining and maintaining healthy weight.
