Start doing surya namaskar daily in morning, start doing prithvi mudra with your fingers for 20 minutes daily. 1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

Hi and thanks for asking a question dear lybrate user do these following things: 1. You should at least drink 2 litres of water per day. 2. Regular exercises. 3. Always eat right and nutritional food. 4. No smoking and liquor. 5. Always try to keep yourself stress free 6. Always sleep this will keep you fit and will increase stamina. Thanks.

Sir m 22 year old girl. I have thyroid problem last two year as well as period problem. And I want gain weight so what should I do.

As your weight is 34 kg, then your bmi is 17 which is way below limit of normal range of 18-25. This is called as anorexia nervosa and in this case your hormones are not secreted in enough amount to bring menses in good quantity. You can take syrup aristozyme 1 tsf 1 hour before each meal to increase hunger and thereby weight and will solve many of your hormonal issues.

I have gaining weight continuously although I do not eat more my weight now 60 kg but last two months before I have 58 kg weight sowhat should we do to less the weight.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * In morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *In Lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *In evening, You can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *In Dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes.* You can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * Work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, You can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, Raise your legs without bending your knees, Do it for 3-5 times daily * Do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * You can take Medohar Guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of Ayurveda expert.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast. Lately I've been feeling very tired and irritated even though I don't do much physical tasks, what can be the problem?

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

You are over weight. I advise you to do exercises of your problem areas. Take more proteins and less fats and carbohydrates. Take lots of water and fluids.
