Regular massaging of the scalp with lukewarm oil helps to stimulate the hair follicles. This is also an easy way to cure hair growth deterrents like dandruff and fungal infections. Regular massaging increases the blood circulation in the scalp. It is also useful for lowering anxiety or stress that is often the underlying reason for thinning of hair. Recommended oils for 3 to 4 times-a-week massaging schedule includes coconut oil. You can alternate this with mustard oil. Keep the oil on for at least six hours before washing it off with a mild shampoo. Other oils that can be mixed with coconut oil in trace amounts for faster results include almond oil.

I am 26 years old I used to get pimples and now they are totally gone but there are some small holes on my face how to get rid of them.

PORES TREATMENT 1.Wash your face before you go to bed each night. Going to bed wearing still wearing makeup, as well as any dirt and debris that may have collected on your face during the day, is a sure way to clog your pores. If your pores routinely look large, this could be part of the problem. Get into the habit of cleansing your face each and every night so your pores will be less likely to get clogged. Use warm water, rather than hot or cold, so your skin will be less likely to get irritated. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 2. Use a cleanser that doesn't irritate your skin. Many cleansers contain harsh ingredients that cause dry, irritated skin. When your pores are irritated, they look wider and more "open." In order to keep them closed, it's best to use a gentle cleanser that washes away dirt without causing your skin to dry out.( PREFERABLY USE CLEANSING MILK ( BAKSON) Choose a cleanser that's sulfate free. Sulfates are harsh cleansers that can strip the skin of its natural oils and leave it dry and itchy. Avoid using a cleanser with scrubbing beads on a daily basis. The beads could be irritating to your skin, and should only be used sparingly. 3. Try the oil cleansing method. It's becoming increasingly popular to replace soap with oil as a facial cleanser. It might sound counterintuitive to use oil to wash your face, but it's actually quite effective. The oil binds with your skin's natural oils and gently washes away dirt, sweat, and makeup without the need for harsh chemicals. Just smooth it over your skin and use a wet washcloth to wipe it off using a circular motion. Here are a few oil combinations to try out: For combination skin: Mix 1/2 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons olive oil. For dry skin: Mix 1/4 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons coconut or olive oil. 4. Splash your face with water in the morning. After getting a good night's sleep, it feels refreshing to splash your face with water. Since you don't wake up wearing makeup, there's no need to wash your face using a cleanser; in fact, it's better for your skin to give it a break and just use water. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 5. Exfoliate every few days. Dead skin builds up on the surface of your skin, mixes with sweat and dirt, and ends up clogging pores. Exfoliating your skin regularly will prevent your pores from getting clogged so quickly. The result will be closed, small-looking pores as opposed to clogged pores that look big and open. One of the best ways to exfoliate is by simply using a washcloth. Wet your face and scrub it gently using circular motions. ( Preferably USE APRICOT SCRUB ( BAKSON) Facial scrubs are also good. Try a mixture of ground almonds and honey. 6. UNCLOGGING PORES (A) Do a steam treatment. This is a great way to open your pores so you can get rid of the small plugs of dead skin and dirt that are making them appear large and open. Heat a small pot of water until it begins to steam, then hold your face over it and drape a towel over your head. Let the steam bathe your face for three to five minutes, then rinse your face with cool water. Steaming your face opens up your pores, allowing them to become unclogged. Rinsing afterward gets rid of the debris, leaving your pores fresh and clean. Use cool water to close your pores. (B) Use a MUD PACK. MUD is a natural element that draws impurities out of the skin as it dries. When you do a MUD mask, dry mud is mixed with water to form a paste, which you smooth over your face. Let it dry completely, then rinse it away with cool water. • Many Mud packs are avaliable in stores but I will prefer MUD PACK ( BAKSON) 7.TONING AND MOISTURISING (A) Always rinse and tone when you're finished cleansing. Whether you steam or use a mask, always remember to rinse away the dirt when you're finished. Follow up by using a toner on your face. Toner helps restore your skin's pH balance after cleansing, giving it a youthful, glowing appearance and helping to close pores. (B) Avoid toners with chemicals that could inflame your skin. Beauty supply stores carry many different toners. Look for one that works with your skin type, but avoid toners with excess chemicals, perfumes, and dyes that could irritate or dry out your skin. These toners will do more harm than good, and your pores will end up looking larger instead of smaller. Avoid toners that contain alcohol, which can dry out the skin. Avoid toners that contain glycerin and fragrances, since these can cause allergic reactions. (C) Try apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is made from fermented apples, and is a gentle, natural toner for any type of skin. Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of water, then use a cotton ball to apply it to your skin after rinsing. Let your skin dry, then moisturize it. (D) Try a honey mask to tone your skin. Plain, raw honey is an excellent toner for skin. Simply spread some on your face and let it sit for about ten minutes, then rinse it away with warm water. Your pores will tighten up and your face will feel fresh and youthful. (E) Finish your routine by moisturizing. Using a good face moisturizer( ALOVERA CREAM ( BAKSON) is key to keeping your pores closed, since dry skin can become irritated and lead to large-looking pores. Chose an alcohol-free moisturizer that doesn't contain perfumes and excess chemicals so you make sure you don't irritate your skin.

With all its moisturizing action, aloe vera is one of the most effective skin soothing agents. When you rub the gel over an itchy spot, it helps reduce the skin irritation in that area and provides quick relief from itching. Just break a leaf from the plant, cut it lengthwise using a knife and using a spoon, scoop out the jelly-like substance inside. Apply a little of this gel to the itchy area and leave it on for a few minutes.

Best 10 Ayurvedic Home Tips and Treatment for Hair Growth

Best 10 ayurvedic home tips and treatment for hair growth

Everybody wants to get good and healthy hair. More and more people are resorting to ayurvedic remedies for all such problems. In Ayurveda, you have a number of simple steps to make your hair beautiful, healthy and strong. These are all power packed remedies that are sure to work out. All your hair problems are solved from inside to make your mane perfect. Read on to know what these remedies are, and how you must use them:

Amla, the Indian gooseberry:

Amla or amlaki is a very good ingredient for purifying your blood. It is very effective in giving you relief from indigestion. The vitamin c content in amla solves all your hair problems from inside. Dry some amla and powder them. Mix this powder with warm water and make a paste. Apply this paste on your scalp to get thick and long hair. It promotes the growth of your hair and makes it black. It solves a lot of other health issues, too.

Ayurvedic oils to give your scalp a hot oil massage:

Choose any one of the important oils like coconut oil, almond oil, or Brahmi oil, and give your scalp a good hot oil massage. A massage is good for improving the circulation of blood in your scalp. It also makes your hair follicles rejuvenated and improves the circulation o blood in the roots of your hair. Within a short period of six months, you will start seeing the difference. Your hair grows better, thicker and longer, and hair fall is reduced. Take 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, which is freshly squeezed, and mix it in half a cup of oil to heat up. Use this mixture for a hot oil massage in case you are suffering from dandruff.

Champi - ayurvedic head massage:

Abhyanga or ayurvedic massage is considered as an excellent treatment which improves blood circulation to hair roots and promotes hair growth. To practice champi at home pour some oil into a bowl and make it warm by keeping in hot water. Apply this oil in smaller quantities (by parting hair) to different parts of your scalp by moving your fingers in circular motion, just like you do while shampooing your hair. Repeat this process until you cover your entire scalp.

While massaging the oil use your fists to gently tap the head all over. This will improve the blood circulation to your hair and relieve the muscle tension you have. Leave the oil on your hair for around 1 hour and take a bath with warm water. You can also try a simple trick here to soften your hair. Just dip a towel in warm water and wrap it around your head after the massage. For best results you can do this overnight and take a bath the other day. Wrapping of towel all the night to your head isn't good and may cause headache to few people. So if you want to practice this method overnight just ignore towel wrap.

Elchuri ayurvedic tips for hair growth - lamba kesini:

This is very simple tip which can be tried by both adults and children to get strong and long hair. Take 20 grams of radish and cut into small pieces. Now take 3 pinches of black pepper powder and rock salt powder and mix all these with radish pieces. Eat this mixture two times a day. You can also add some honey to it to give some taste.

Methi, the miracle herb:

Methi is great for promoting hair growth. It is a very common herb found in every household, and easily available. Take some methi and roast them. After that, grind them well. Take some warm water and make a paste of methi in water. The amount of paste you need will depend on the length of your hair. Apply the paste on your hair. Cover your hair and scalp completely. Let it stay for 20 minutes, and then wash off with cold water.

Get relief from pitta dosha:

Ashwagandha is an anti-oxidant herb which gives you relief from pitta dosha. Pitta dosha is the main reason for the loss of hair and hair fall. Take a 6 mg capsule of ashwagandha every day. It cleans up your system and gets rid of all toxins. It is also anti-inflammatory and solves a number of hair problems.

Increase your metabolism rate and promote hair growth:

Aloe vera is an ingredient that makes your system clean. It is very commonly used in Ayurveda for its numerous properties that are good for your health. Take 2 tablespoons of the latex of the aloe vera leaf and either drink or swallow it. This is good for increasing your metabolism. It also ensures good bowel movement. Too much of aloe vera could cause side effects like diarrhea and other issues. So, limit your intake of aloe vera.

Jatamansi, the aromatic herb:

This herb is also called muskroot or the Indian spikenard. This herb is useful for removing all impurities in blood and makes your skin glow. Apply this herb directly on your scalp to promote proper growth of hair. Another idea is to get a capsule and consume it. Be sure not to take more than 6 mg.

Rosemary essential oil for hair growth:

This hair oil works great on your hair and is a widely used natural oil to improve hair regrowth. Massaging the head gently with rosemary oil thrice a week improves the functioning of nervous system, stops premature graying of hair and reduces hair fall. For best and faster results use it overnight.

The king of all herbs - bhringaraj:

Eclipta prostrata commonly known as yerba de tago, false daisy, and bhringaraj/ bhringraj is very effective in enhancing the growth of hair. As such, it is called the king of all herbs for the hair. Take some leaves and make a paste out of them. Use the paste to apply on your hair. Cover your scalp well and let it stay for a few minutes. Wash it off after that with cold water. Bhringaraj is not easily available everywhere. In case it is not available in your city, you could try an alternative remedy. Get a pack of dried bhringaraj. Take about 5 to 6 tablespoons of it and let it steep in warm water. Take the paste and apply on your hair and scalp. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash it off. You must do this regularly to make your hair grow well.

Along with these remedies, here are some hair care tips that control hair fall and help your hair grow well.

Drink lots and lots of water:

Water is an essential art of the human body. The body is able to function well only if it is well hydrated. The hormones and enzymes in the body are able to work only if there is the necessary amount of water in the body. At least, 8 to 10 glasses of water per day is necessary for the body to function well, and also for proper hair growth. Make sure you have a healthy diet and a regular intake of all the essential nutrients.

Never comb wet hair:

Hair becomes more prone to breakage when it is wet. So, you must avoid combing yours just after a bath. You could run your fingers through it to settle your hair. Wait for it to dry out to comb or style it.

Good sleep for hair growth:

Sleep is a very important part of good health. You need enough sleep to let your body relax. After a hectic routine, even your body needs rest. It is during sleep that most of the tissues are regenerated and rejuvenated. You need a minimum of 8 hours of sleep every day. This is important for staying healthy and fit. Hair growth is also promoted if you get enough sleep.

Now you know what you should do to have good and healthy hair. Choose your favorite remedy and follow it regularly to make your hair thick, strong and longer. Also, remember the above tips to take good care of your hair.

80-90% of the time all will go well with a rhinoplasty when done by a plastic surgeon. All aspects are considered before doing the procedure. 1.10-20% risk has to be accepted by you though the plastic surgeon will put his 100% for you. 2. You should be able to tell the surgeon exactly what is in your mind. 3. You should be a happy and satisfied person to like what is done for you. If you are the complaining type of person you cannot appreciate what is done for you and will be unhappy.

I have been getting pink bumpy and itchy rashes on my skin (legs, arms, face etc). I have consulted 3 doctors but I still have the problem. Bumps comes all of a sudden and vanishes after some time. I find my eyelids swollen one or the other day when I wake up. Eyelids swell after I go for threading too. Rashes are being noticed around the waistline if I wear a belt. One of the doctor told that it is food allergy and the other told it is due to water or climate change. I am facing this problem from 3 months. I am really worried. Please help me on this.

Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6.
